Je n’ai jamais laissé de mauvais avis de ma vie mais cette fois c’est inacceptable. Le logement était sale, rempli de moisissures et clairement insalubre (il y avait même encore les déchets des locataires précédents). J’ai dû me reloger autre part et malgré cela, l’établissement a conservé mon argent. C’est une véritable arnaque, on ne peut malheureusement ajouter que 4 photos à l’appui mais tout était ignoble ! À fuir !

洗碗区域发现有小蟑螂，饭桌上也有蚂蚁。床垫状况不太理想，睡起来不太舒服。另外，枕头上还有头发，整体卫生方面有待改善。希望业者能够加强清洁与维护工作，谢谢。

The property is in an ideal location for visiting Georgetown and local amenities such as Gurney Plaza

The facilities that were listed as being in the property were not available and some items did not work. I did send a message to the company but I did not even get a reply.

The apartment was fine.

1. There was no mirror in the bathroom. Not easy to shave in the lounge. 2. There was no broom and dustpan to keep the apartment clean. No cleaning service was provided even with a stay of 9 nights. 3. Electrical problems. Lamps falling off.

I asked for a normal unit, I got a family unit with 3 beds! One of the balcony chairs was about to be broken after I sat on it

We like the bed were comfy. The house is suitable for 5 pax per family or group. It has extra single bed.

Better to have a simple carpet or rug at the living room and air freshner in toilets. The netflix was not avialable and no tv channels. We can watch youtube only.

Ha sido la peor experiencia en alojamientos. Reservamos 4 noches, pero solo hicimos 3, ya que no aguantamos más. No existe comunicación con el dueño del alojamiento. Hemos consultado algunas dudas, y le hemos comunicado problemas que hemos tenido en nuestra habitación y no hemos obtenido respuesta ninguna. Lo primero, lo menos relevante de todo, las toallas de la ducha, están viejas, sueltan pelusas, muchas, y están manchadas. La cama está bastante dura. Y hay muchísima humedad en las paredes. Y muchísimo polvo, muchísimo. Cuando tiras de la cisterna o abres el grifo del baño, empieza a sonar un pitido muy molesto, que hasta que no pongas el grifo en una posición EXACTA no se apaga el pitido. El aire acondicionado hace vibraciones constantes cada dos minutos, es muy molesto ya que es las 24 horas del día. Incluso estando apagado, son vibraciones fuertes. Y lo peor, a las 6 de la mañana, durante toda nuestra estancia, se escucha un gran pitido bastante fuerte, que iba de menos a más, durante tres horas, hasta las 9 de la mañana ha estado sonando todos estos días. Esto ha sido lo peor, ya que era imposible poder seguir durmiendo ya que era muy molesto, no se de donde venía ese gran ruido, daba miedo. Me puse en contacto de inmediato con el dueño del alojamiento, y sin ninguna respuesta. Ha sido la peor experiencia de alojamiento en toda mi vida, no me considero una persona nada delicada, pero esto ha sido inaceptable, una manera de ganar dinero sin implicarse en el bienestar de sus huéspedes. Nos hemos venido un día antes porque el descanso era imposible.

Las habitaciones eran espaciosas y la cama grande. Estaba situado cerca de la playa y se veía esta parcialmente. Es un punto que tenga lavadora, que me vino muy bien. También la nevera estaba limpia y casi nueva ideal para mantener fresca el agua. Ademas en la planta baja tienes una tendencia para comprar agua y cosas esenciales.

El hotel necesita una renovavion importante. El water hacia ruido desde que entré y la tapa estaba desnivelada, la pintura de las puertas está fatal y las puertas hinchadas por el agua. Había un agujero en el techo del baño sin tapar. Y faltaba una parte del final de la manguera. Muchos de los interruptores estaban con adhesivo de embalar y no se podían tocar. También un mueble de la cocina estaba en estado lamentable. En algunos enchufes se veian los cables en la pared. El armario que también tenía un asa rota era minúsculo. Una lástima porque con una mínima inversión tendría otro aspecto.

The maintenance and facility of the house we stayed. 13-13A. Poor cleanliness, water heater not functioning well(only like warm water), balcony was like store room, bad quality towel

Property has mould all over, water damage and peeling everywhere, broken lamp, broken curtains and blinds. Couldn’t open any of the blinds cause all of them are broken, so it was dark. Bathroom dirty, shower had no water pressure. It said sea view but no real sea view. Owner / staff were unreachable, tried to message them through whatsapp and booking. Location is far from everything as well.

I truly enjoyed my stay here. The host was very kind and accommodating, even allowing a slightly late check-out, which I really appreciated. The unit was perfect — clean, beautifully maintained, and smelled amazing. Everything was fully equipped, just like staying in my own home. I only needed to bring my clothes because all essentials were already provided: toiletries, grooming essentials, fast WiFi, plates, cups, dish soap, and even simple cleaning tools like a broom. The view was calming, the house was peaceful and quiet, and the privacy was excellent. Overall, the comfort and convenience here really exceeded my expectations. I’m genuinely happy with this stay, and I can confidently say I’ll be a consistent repeat customer with this owner.

1. Washing Machine, does not work properly, need to keep restarting it to finish washing, kindly look into it. 2. I found and smacked a cockroach tying to climb my closed travel case there. I guess its coming from the Washing Machine floor drain hole. 3. I Suggest you make the Washing machine drain hole, incest proof. and all the other drain holes as well. 4.The Aircond compressor is making very load noise, like a train. 5. Kindly clear all the unused stuff at balcony its an eye sore to look at. 6. The metal cloths hanger at balcony needs some repair, It cannot stand by itself. 7. The Main Entrance Door, is just too strong when closing. it might take out your guests fingers it not careful. 8. All the pillows are just too old, and very bumpy not comfortable, lucky i brought my own pillows. 9. Power socket at kitchen, 1 is not working.

We chose it because of its location, which is near the temple where my mother's urn was placed.

1. Parking facility - llot is too narrow, drivinget up & down needs plenty of skill, precision. 2. Unit 16-1 - beds r sunken, linen smells, 1 toilet roll for 3days/2nites stay. No other tissues provided, bathroom/toilet has no ventilation, No towel rack or hook in bath, Lighting, only 1 bulb per room, Fans are noisy, No clothesline altho there is a washer (which we didn't use) No sofa at the lounge, Should provide pickup waiting spot for vehicles.

I like that the room was a studio with full living room set, pantry, fridge and so on. It was bigger than we expected and very livable. We had a full day so we didnt end up spending that much time in the room itself.

The bathroom was a little too tight and dim. It was slightly uncomfortable for me but it was clean and well kept.

The flooring at balcony is worse cause it’s a soaking wet fake grass with tons of germs which you will step into the unit and the property in charge person wasn’t nice as well. False accusation on your guest without prior inspection isn’t cool.

Loved the kitchen table, very large and ristic. Bus stop out the front, easy to commute into George Town. Bed was comfortable.

Curtains all unable to be raised very dark and unable to see out. Very little plates, cups glasses cutlery etc which was disappointing. Room was overall nice and comfortable.

The location was convenient but with too much vehicle traffic. Dangerous to cross roads when vehicles do not observe traffic lights crossings and zebra crossings.

Three queen sized beds to be squeezed into a single room apartment thus making the apartment to lack space. There is no lounge available. Much of the facilities are rotten and overran with cockroaches every morning. No clothesline available (although stated) - what's the use of having a clothes washing machine? Kitchen was tiny with hardly any room for cooking. Doors for the toilet/bathroom were also rotten. Some sockets and switches were damaged and unsafe. TV was located in such a position to make it highly inconvenient to watch.
