We chose this stay for the private bathroom which boasted a bath and had access to a kitchen for more of a home stay feeling. There was a fan unit in the bedroom.

The bath had no taps, so could only be filled up using the shower head. Water was slow to heat as the room was on the second storey. The plug hole was full of hairs. Empty shower gel bottles and a ragged sponge had been left from previous guests. The shower curtain was grubby. Towels were poor quality and smelt damp. There was no desk / chair to work from. Considering the price was similar to a hotel, the stay was not value for money.

Tour de même assez éloigné de l’aéroport. J’avais prévu de m’y rendre à pieds mais arrivant plus tard que prévu à cause d’un retard de main vol, j’étais fatiguée et j’ai pris un taxi et finalement j’ai bien fait

I had an amazing stay at this property! From the price to the facilities, everything was excellent and truly offered outstanding value for money. The highlight of my stay was definitely the staff. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. I really appreciated being allowed to check in 30 minutes early, which made my arrival much more convenient. It's small gestures like this that make a big difference. The property was spotless, and the cleanliness was exceptional throughout my stay. The rooms and toilets were very well maintained, hygienic, and exceeded my expectations. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and affordable place to stay. I will definitely choose this property again whenever I'm in the area. A well-deserved 10/10!

Honestly, there was nothing to dislike. Everything exceeded my expectations—from the warm hospitality and excellent service to the cleanliness and comfort of the property. If I had to mention one thing, it would be that I wish I could have stayed longer. Keep up the fantastic work!

1. It was extremely difficult to reach the room via the incredibly steep staircase. Carrying our suitcases made it even more challenging. 2. The room itself was so small that there was not even enough space to open our suitcases.

Cheap and cheerful which is what I wanted because I was only staying for a few hours before catching an early morning flight.

On the instructions in the room it said 'help yourself to breakfast cereal etc' but there was no milk in the fridge for this?

We stayed for less than 30 minutes before deciding we couldn’t stay any longer. The property was filthy and nothing like we expected. There were what appeared to be urine stains on the toilet seat, the sink was dirty, and the bed sheets had multiple stains and smears on them. The overall cleanliness was completely unacceptable. One of the biggest concerns was that the property was left unlocked, meaning anyone could have walked straight in. We also booked because it advertised free parking, but there was no parking available. The host was living at the property and was cooking food with a very strong smell, which made the environment even more unpleasant. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, with a poor-quality mattress that felt worn out. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience and we left after around 30 minutes because we did not feel comfortable or confident staying there. I would not recommend this property. There are far better places available for the same price.

Все было хорошо. Приехала в час ночи и заселилась без проблем. Номер маленький,но чистый.Постель приятно пахла. В номере есть вентилятор,это очень помогло,потому что было жарко. Не далеко от центра Лутона . На такси до аэропорта 11 фунтов .

The pictures was just as described, good for a night pass through the airport l, had no regret booking this place, good value for money.

Don’t know if it is just my skin been hypersensitive but the bedspread was a bit itchy on my skin so I had to turn over, otherwise okay

I’m 6ft and my private bathroom was in a loft so kept on hitting my head on the ceiling, shower was very small. Overall stay was great though.

Really close to the airport. Stayed only one night to catch a flight early the next morning but overslept and thought I would miss my flight--no such thing! I was right on time. Reasonable price for a 1 nighter.

A bit difficult to find when first trying to find it. Maybe clearer instructions on how to get to it would be good? Having said this, as said, very close to the airport so I'm grateful I could stay there on that particular night.

The room was very clean and stations, the view was fantastic. I recommend!

The only thing I can say are the stairs that are very small, but that is England.

Had a strange bad smell since I’ve entered the property. in photos looks very good8/9, in reality it doesn’t look the same4/5, that’s my opinion! I wouldn’t recommend if you’re going with your girlfriend or wife!

Got kitchen but can't use it, can ignore the gas, but the other facilities still no use-able. But owner are very friendly and nice.

The rooms are very close to Luton airport and the communication with the host was very easy. They were responsive and helpful and check-in was easy. The bedding was clean.

The house is not very clean. The kitchen and bathroom especially smell and need a deep clean. As this looked like self-catering rooms, we thought there would be space and facilities to sit down and eat breakfast. Instead there is a kettle and microwave and a small table amongst washing drying. The rooms are extremely basic with furniture in poor conditions and a very uncomfortable bed. The rooms are cheap, no one would expect luxury for the cost. As they are, however, they are beyond basic, offering literally an (uncomfortable) bed for the night.

The room was great! Clean, spacious and just comfortable in general. I especially love the fact that there's a desk and chair available inside.

Location is great especially for those who travel by car. 7 min driving to the airport! The owner was very friendly- gave us a lift to the train station 🚉 Good value for this money, if you need to stay for one night 👍

Roughhhhh. It was grimey and rough and the neighbourhood was meh but hey that's Luton 😂. The bedding was clean at least so that's a win I guess. As with anything in life you get what you pay for and this is absolutely an example of me being a cheapo.
