Petit déjeuner à commander en avance pour le lendemain avec un choix limité. Belle vue sur les rizières depuis la piscine. Très au calme. Belle baignoire et pression d'eau parfaite. Chambres avec douche et baignoire. Beau jardin.

Personnel peu concerné. Finitions et installations vétustes avec une fuite sur le siphon du lavabo. Propreté pas toujours impeccable. Piscine avec trop de chlore. Pas de personnel, pas de service autre que le petit déjeuner. Accès pour les GRAB difficile.

Понравился бассейн, ухоженная и благоустроенная закрытая территория. Номер очень эстетичный, с красивым видом. В номере есть кондиционер, что является большим плюсом. Белоснежное постельное бельё, ежедневная уборка — всё поддерживается в чистоте. Также понравилась атмосфера уединения: гостей практически не встречаешь, никто не беспокоит, поэтому создаётся ощущение отдыха в собственном доме. Идеальное место для спокойного, приватного отдыха.

К сожалению, впечатление от сервиса осталось неоднозначным. Менеджер на ресепшене показался недостаточно заинтересованным в гостях и не был особенно приветлив. Я сама работаю в сфере обслуживания и понимаю, насколько важно доброжелательное и внимательное отношение к гостям, поэтому этот момент особенно бросился в глаза. Завтраки также не понравились. Их необходимо бронировать за сутки, что не всегда удобно. Кроме того, никто не уточняет наличие пищевых предпочтений или непереносимости продуктов. Например, я заказала омлет, в котором оказался лук. Я его не ем, но меня никто не спросил об этом заранее, поэтому завтрак пришлось оставить. При заселении возникла неприятная ситуация с оплатой. Сначала менеджер сообщил, что оплатить картой невозможно. Когда я показала переписку, где было указано, что оплата картой доступна, мне просто ответили: «Да, хорошо», без каких-либо извинений. При этом сообщили, что при оплате картой взимается дополнительная комиссия 5%, о которой заранее никто не предупреждал. За время моих путешествий я впервые столкнулась с такой практикой. Также на сайте указано, что возможны ранний заезд и поздний выезд. Однако менеджер не отвечал на сообщения ни в Booking, ни в WhatsApp ни до заселения, ни после. В результате мы не смогли воспользоваться этой услугой. Позже нам сообщили, что свободных номеров не было, но тогда возникает вопрос: зачем заявлять такую возможность, если на обращения гостей не отвечают и услуга фактически не предоставлена

The villas were very pretty and the garden as well, it had a jungle-feeling to it, lots of vegetation, which we really liked. The pool was nice and clean, and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom had hot water and good water pressure, too. The AC works well, and it is relatively quiet so you may use it during the night.

The place has lots of potential, but many issues too. First, on Booking.com, they say they accept credit/debit cards, but then you get there, and they request that you make the payment in cash. If the property doesn't accept card payments, they should say so in the ad. Then, we requested an invoice for the payment, and they said they don't issue invoices. I don't even understand how that's possible. Another issue is the noise made by children by the pool at 06:00. If the other guests don't have enough common sense to keep quiet, the hotel staff should reinforce the silence rules. But they didn't seem to care too much. Regarding the pool, it only has 6 sun beds, which, if all the guests of the resort would like to use, wouldn't be enough for everyone. The breakfast is expensive and doesn't have variety or quality for the price they charge. There's no buffet breakfast; you have to choose one dish that you want to have. Coffee is really bad. You may find better and cheaper options in town. The water bottles in the room are charged differently depending on the brand. They say they offer complimentary water for guests, but then if you drink any water from the minibar, you have to pay for it. That is not well explained anywhere, and you cannot argue with anyone since their English is so limited.

We booked for 5 days originally and then prior to arrival extended to 7 days as our plans had changed. It ended up being almost double the price to include the extra two nights (weekdays). On arrival there is not option to pay via card, so you need to carry a large amount of money to cover this. The room had flood damage which caused a horrible musty/ moldy smell, the air con was dirty and caused us to cough, the outdoor spa was uninviting as there was a makeshift fence which gave no privacy from the surrounding guests and all the plants had been removed. We found a previous guest dirty underwear in our shower when we went to use it, and the upstairs bathroom had an open toothpaste Sutton on the vanity on arrival. When I brought this up, they apologised but clearly didn’t care. The cleaners didn’t change our sheets the entire week - I know this because there was a stain on the sheets and sand which was there every night. It clear the cleaners do not clean the rooms properly. I was extremely disappointed and would have cancelled to find somewhat else but would have lost all my Money. This is not worth the money that it advertised and the property is no longer in the condition the photos portray. I do not recommend staying here.

dù xung quanh cây cối nhiều nhưng mình thấy ít côn trùng (ruồi, muỗi,…) chỗ ở tuy có cũ nhưng cũng sạch sẽ. Mình từng ở rồi nhưng giờ mình có em bé nên quay lại vì đặt hạng phòng villa có bể tắm riêng trg phòng (em bé rất thích). Có điều kiến lửa to rất nhiều xung quanh khu vực bể bơi, chồng mình phải xịt dọn sạch sẽ mới dùng dc 🙏🏻

Ở phòng hơn 2tr mà dịch vụ quá kém, mình đi vẫn trong kỳ nghỉ lễ nhưng chỗ ở thường xuyên không có lễ tân, điện thoại bàn trong phòng thì ko dùng dc. Mỗi lần cần gì phải chạy lên khu vực lễ tân rất mất công, đã vậy lên sảnh còn ko có ai, cứ đứng gọi r chờ hoài bắt mệt, chờ lâu quá thôi về phòng luôn. 7h bắt đầu ăn sáng nhưng 7h30 vẫn chưa có nhân viên pv. Đồ ăn sáng thì rất tạm bợ, mng ko đặt ăn sáng cũng dc, phí thêm 300-400k ra ngoài ăn ngon và chất lượng hơn nhé.

Breakfast pretty bad, we went to hotel around the corner for buffet breakfast each day instead (Serene).Don’t buy breakfast included. Pool very very strong chlorine. Stairs in apartments very steep. Staff indifferent. Not welcoming. Wouldn’t check us in early at all, and had to wait until the clock ticked over to the exact time. Not even 10 mins early. Shower blocked so you had to have really quick showers or apartment would flood. Double the price of places we stayed at which were nicer.

Our room was amazing with an amazing view. It is not in the center, but a bit outside. It is comfortable, look as the pictures and is very quiet. Amazing bath tub and nice pool.

We were not satisfied with the service. • At check-in, the receptionist struggled with simple cash handling and did not agree on the correct change, even after we explained it in Vietnamese and showing it on the calculator. We had to exchange money with other guests to pay the exact amount. They did not take card Payments. • We received no information about the hotel or the surrounding area upon arrival, which we had gotten everywhere else in Vietnam. • It was not possible to buy just a coffee at breakfast—you had to pay for the full buffet. Other guests experienced the same issue. • The receptionist was often not present and did not consistently greet guests. All in all - they were never rude- but there was no service.

We really enjoyed our stay at Nghe Garden Resort. We probably had the opportunity to stay in one of its best rooms which offers an amazing view both towards the rice fields opposide of the resort and onto the pool side. The room was spacious, bright, comfortable and equipped with perfectly fitting furniture and amenities. The staff was very reactive prior to our arrival, providing us with a smooth airport transfer from Da Nang airport for a very reasonable price and we were able to rent a motorbike at the hotel, which was so very convenient. Overall, the communication with the staff was very smooth, timely and easy, which is a big plus. The entrance to the resort is guarded by a very kind security agent, which is reassuring when returning home late. The breakfast granola is also very good and the pool absolutely stunning and a pleasure to swim in. The bed was very comfortable and we really enjoyed waking up in this stunning room, filled with light, especially in the mornings when it is still hazy outside. Thank you so very much !!

The toilet seems to be a bit moist or the waterlevel is a bit low and therefore, it may smell a bit strongly when opening the toilet door after a warm day. I think the Resort could gain even more in charm if the tables and chairs were set up on the terrace (all of them not just one set). This set up would make the terrace feel more “inviting” for breakfast. It sometimes felt like the terrace wasnt set up yet. Speaking of the terrace, the a/c of the top floor was dripping onto the terrace on our last morning. I recommend fixing this issue so it wont drip onto the breakast dishes of future clients but i assume the staff is already on top of this problem :) The staff was really kind and we were really happy with everything, but sometimes it was hard to locate someone at the reception.

It did feel a little run down and untidy. I think for less price would be okay but was expecting little more on luxe side for price.

Stor rymlig villa. Tillgång till pool, kyl, frys. Vi hade villan med utomhusbadkar i 2 nätter, vilket var väldigt uppskattat. Frukost finns att betala för om man är intresserad och inte vill åka in till stan. Ligger avsides, skönt att inte vara mitt i smeten.

Något föråldrat vad gäller golv och väggar. Bilderna kan vara något missvisande. Dock inget som störde oss.

Beds were comfortable and the shower was great.

There was mold growing from the ceiling in our room due to previous water damage. The entire property was in need of better maintenance and when we mentioned the mold, the staff did nothing to improve our stay - no discount, no suggestion of moving to a new room. Disappointed in the customer service and how ‘tired’ the property was.

Nhưng thiết kế nhìn có vẻ đẹp trên ảnh thì khi đến lưu trú lại vô cùng thất vọng và bất cập! Phòng ẩm mốc, tường thấm mốc loang lổ, mùi mốc rất nặng, hôi, hít thở rất mệt. Buộc phải mở cửa sổ cho thoáng khí và bớt mùi thì lại bất cập xung quanh cây cối ẩm thấp, hé cửa thì muỗi to bay vào, chích đầy người trẻ con. Máy lạnh kêu to như quạt công nghiệp. 4ng lưu trú 2đ có đúng 1 cuộn giấy vs, sọt rác cũng phải hỏi mới cấp. Đã nghỉ ở HA rất nhiều lần nhưng đây là ks tệ nhất đã từng lưu trú!

The pictures are so far from what you get, the property was old and not up-kept, our room was riddled with mold and only 1 plug point worked.

El entorno del hotel era bonito, a unos 10 minutos del centro en taxi. El desayuno en el hotel era aceptable, pero tuvimos que esperar más de 15 minutos hasta que lo prepararon.

La habitación no estaba muy limpia cuando llegamos y olía mucho a humedad. Las sábanas tenían manchas. Estuvimos 2 noches y no nos cambiaron la ropa de la cama ni las toallas. Le pedimos si podían prepararnos el desayuno take away y solo nos ofreció huevos duros.

Dịch vụ rất tệ, khách chưa đến nhận phòng thì gọi hối khách vì sau 14h không có nhân viên trực,phòng bẩn ố vàng, dép đóng một lớp bụi. Khi trả phòng cũng không có một ai làm thủ tục trả phòng, không có ai trông bảo quản tài sản cho khách. khi complaint thì tự bào chữa cho mình là đúng. Sẽ ko bh quay lại

The ‘bones’ of it are lovely. Location is nice (we hired a scooter in town so easy to get around). The room was lovely and spacious, bed comfy and lovely outdoor bath.

If I had to give constructive feedback it would be that the property needs some maintenance. There was terrible damp stains in the shower celing, the light outside didn’t work or there wasn’t one in the patio area. Although we loved the bath it was advertised as a jacuzzi which is why we chose it. All the plants surrounding our room needed to be pruned as there was a lot of dead debris.

Facilities are the best. Room was spacious, this is a good deal for us. Very reasonable price.

We traveled with two young kids and this resort was perfect for us. It was spacious, quiet, and felt just like home. The check-in was smooth, and the staff were so friendly with our children. We could even leave our luggage after check-out.

Everything about this property is amazing. It is tasteful, the decor is giving bali/ubud resort vibes in a really good way! Nature sounds, peace and quiet yet not far from the centre. I love this room and wish I could stay here until the end of my stay but hotel is booked out.

At least one or two vegan breakfast options would be helpful.

The resort is very cozy and the renovation is cool. The breakfast is definitely tasty. I love the view of paddy field right next to the resort. This resort is a bit remote, but I get to the coconut river to try the coconut boat by just 18 mins walk. I can get to the Hoi A town with 10 mins car ride too. I enjoy my stay with this resort and would definitely recommend it to my friends!
