Todo estuvo genial! Super recomendable, se portaron super bien con nosotros y nos pusieron en una habitacion monísima! Especial mención al desayuno que la chica que lo prepara es la mejor y cocina muy bien, nos cambiaba todos los días el menú para que fuésemos probando de todo💕 La ubicación no esta en el centro pero esta cerca de todo y con las bicis que te dejan llegas enseguida a todos los sitios y la zona esta muy bien, es muy tranquila Todo estaba super limpio y limpiaban todos los días, ademas la piscina es muy agradable y nosotros la acabamos usando todos los días porque nos hizo bastante calor La verdad que ha sido el mejor alojamiento de todo nuestro viaje en Vietnam y sin duda volvería, muchas gracias por todo💕💕💕

Das war die beste Unterkunft, die ich je in Vietnam hatte. Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und sauber. Die Menschen waren sehr liebenswert! Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstück war so gut! Wir haben jeden Tag mehrere verschiedene Gerichte bekommen. Die Lage war perfekt - ruhig, in 10 min mit dem Roller in der Altstadt, Restaurants und Mini Markt nebenan. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

Absolutely everything! It was peaceful, clean, comfortable and the hosts were amazing. They sorted out tours for us, made my birthday absolutely fantastic and gave us good food recommendations. The location was great - easy access to town and the beach but far enough out to be quiet. If we are ever in Hoi An again we will definitely be coming back! Thank you so much for having us and making our honeymoon so memorable ☺️

I had such an amazing stay at Hoi An Rustic Villa! The accommodation is beautiful and peaceful, with a nice swimming pool. It’s located a little outside the busy centre, which I actually loved. You can use the bicycles for free, so it’s still very easy to get everywhere. The breakfast was delicious and different every day, which was such a nice touch. The hosts were incredibly kind, attentive and helpful and really took good care of me throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend staying here and if I ever come back to Hoi An, I would happily stay here again!

Отличный отель, с качественным сервисом. Очень уютная атмосфера, ощущения, как будто приехал в гости к родственникам. Просторные номера с большой кроватью, есть хороший бассейн, можно взять велосипед и изучить окрестности. Находится рядом с рисовыми полями в спокойном районе. Одно из лучших мест, где мы когда либо были. Рекомендуем к посещению, если хочется отдохнуть от городской суеты и побыть в тишине

Dalle stanze spaziose che venivano pulite perfettamente e rifornite di tutti i kit ogni giorno fino all'alloggio in sé, una struttura bellissima e in una posizione tranquilla e vicina al centro che si può raggiungere in comodità con le biciclette messe a disposizione gratuitamente, e con la sua piscina per rilassarsi in ogni momento della giornata e alla colazione abbondante e buonissima. Ma la nota di merito va a tutto il personale della struttura che è a conduzione familiare che ci ha permesso di soggiornare nel miglior modo possibile organizzandoci qualsiasi cosa e prendendosi cura ad ogni nostra esigenza. Consiglio assolutamente questo alloggio se cercate un ambiente che vi faccia sentire come casa.

El hotel superó completamente nuestras expectativas. Tuvimos dos habitaciones muy grandes y bonitas para los 4, lo que hizo que estuviéramos muy cómodos. No esperábamos tener tanto espacio. Es estupendo para ir en familia. El resto del hotel está muy nuevo y reformado con muchísimo gusto. La piscina era preciosa, rodeada de vegetación, y el desayuno muy abundante y delicioso. La familia que gestiona el hotel fueron muy amables y nos ayudaron en todo.

Todo me gustó. Solo sabed que está un pelín alejado del centro de Hoi An, lo que para nosotros fue una ventaja, ya que el centro está muy masificado. Además es una ubicación muy conveniente para dar un paseo por los arrozales y llegar hasta la playa (con las bicis del hotel).

We hebben ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf in dit hotel. Prachtige kamers die heel smaakvol ingericht zijn en supervriendelijke mensen. Perfect gelegen tussen de stad en het strand en heel handig dat je gratis de fietsen mag gebruiken. De laatste dag hadden we een late vlucht en mochten we onze spullen laten staan en nog gebruik maken van zwembad en douche. Echt een aanrader!

L'hôtel est d'un charme exceptionnel avec la piscine qui rajoute la touche finale. Le petit déjeuner est très bon et change tous les jours. Mais surtout merci aux femmes qui géraient l'accueil et l'organisation du séjour car nous avons dû changer les dates de la chambre et elles ont été très aimables et bienveillantes avec nous. Très belle découverte que je recommande !! Nous avons aussi pu louer un scooter et faire une machine à laver, un plus !

Um das Hotel herum gibt es viele Restaurants, der Strand und die Partymeile liegen aber einige Kilometer entfernt. Per Grab ist aber alles günstig und schnell erreichbar.

We had such a wonderful stay in Hoi An and can highly recommend this place! 🥰 The breakfast was absolutely amazing! There was always plenty of food and the made it individually for us. What we appreciated most was how kind and helpful everyone was. They supported us with every question or problem we had, even beyond our actual stay, which we really didn’t take for granted. They also helped us organize everything we needed, including renting a scooter, and were always there whenever we needed advice or assistance. We truly felt taken care of and would definitely stay here again. Thank you so much for your incredible hospitality and for making our time in Hoi An so lovely! ❤️

Comfortabele schone kamers met fijne bedden. Rustige locatie tussen drukke oude centrum en strand. Heerlijk vers en afwisselend ontbijt, met aanpassing naar wens. Fietsen inclusief, goede scooters te huur. Zeer gastvrije, vriendelijke en behulpzame familie!

It was a wonderful stay. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The breakfast is not a buffet but still delicious. There is also a pool at the Villa. The hostess is the nicest lady and is very concerned that everything for your stay is perfect. They take very good care of you. We loved out stay here.

Our stay at rustic villa was nothing short of amazing! We have been travelling around busy cities for a few weeks now so the relaxation this stay bought was very needed! The staff go above and beyond to ensure you have an excellent stay by even remembering your breakfast preferences! On one morning, my partner and I slept past the alarm and missed breakfast to which we were offered to have food made for us later in the afternoon because our missing presence was noticed! The pool and the room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. We also enjoyed the option to borrow bicycles for no extra cost. Overall, I could not recommend this place enough!

Onze host bereidde elke ochtend een ander ontbijt. Op onze reisdag, waarbij we om 6u al moesten vertrekken, hebben we ontbijt voor onderweg mee gekregen. Wat een verwennerij en met liefde bereid!

Die Unterkunft bietet kostenlose Fahrräder an, was ein großer Vorteil ist.

Bisher die beste Unterkunft unserer gesamten Vietnamreise!!! Angefangen bei dem abwechslungsreichen Frühstück, welches sich von Suppen, Pancakes, frischem Obst, Nudeln, Reis, Banh Mi und Rührei über Säfte, Tee und Kaffee erstreckte und jeden Tag individuell serviert wurde (auch als vegane oder vegetarische Optionen verfügbar). Weiter ging es mit dem großartigen Service. Wir konnten uns gratis Fahrräder ausleihen mit denen man sehr schnell in der Stadt war und man half uns bei der Planung von Aktivitäten. Darüber hinaus konnten wir den unfassbar sauberen Pool benutzen. Unser Zimmer wurde auf Wunsch jeden Tag frisch gereinigt und war die ganze Reise über so sauber wie keins zuvor. Wir bekamen sogar täglich frische Zahnbürsten und Handtücher. Ursprünglich wollten wir nur 3 Nächte bleiben, verlängerten dann jedoch auf sechs weil es uns so gut gefiel. Vielen dank für die wundervolle Zeit und dass Sie die ganze Zeit so zuvorkommend und herzlich waren. Wir haben uns in keiner anderen Unterkunft bisher so willkommen, geboren und wohl gefühlt!!!

Hoi An Rustic Villa exceeded every expectation. Great location, spacious rooms, strong air-con, and a little fridge in the room for cold water and snacks. Everything spotless, with fresh bedsheets daily. Breakfast was a highlight: banana pancakes with chocolate, eggs made to order, fresh fruit every morning. The owners go above and beyond to help with anything you need. Wu’s sister especially, she’s warm, attentive, and always ready to help. Free bikes made exploring the Ancient Town easy too.

Beautiful, comfortable, convenient and a very tasty breakfast. Owners were very accommodating, arranged to pick us up from the airport, stayed up very late to let us in and were super nice throughout.

We had a fantastic stay here and couldn’t recommend it more! The hotel is in a great location, halfway between Hoi An Old Town and An Bang Beach, making it easy to explore both while enjoying a quieter area. What really makes this place special is the family who runs it. The owner told us that this used to be their family home before they renovated and expanded it into a beautiful boutique hotel with only a few spacious rooms. Everything feels new, spotlessly clean, and very well maintained. The rooms are huge, and there’s also a lovely swimming pool to relax in. Breakfast was one of the highlights of our stay. Every morning they served a different traditional Vietnamese specialty, along with fresh fruit, juice, coffee, and delicious homemade extras. During our stay we enjoyed dishes like Vietnamese noodles, authentic bánh mì, fresh tropical fruits, and amazing banana pancakes. Everything was fresh, generous, and delicious. The hospitality was truly exceptional. Every day they checked in to make sure we had everything we needed and were always happy to help. They organized our Cham Island tour at a very competitive price, helped us arrange a scooter rental, and also booked our private transfer to Hue for less than other agencies were offering. They also made my girlfriend’s birthday incredibly special. Before we arrived, I asked if they could leave a small birthday note in the room for her, and they happily did. Then, on her birthday, they surprised her with a beautiful cake personalized with her name, the date, and “Happy Birthday,” complete with a candle. They brought it to our room and even sang Happy Birthday to her. It was such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture that we’ll never forget. You can really feel that this is a family business. The owners, their daughter, sister, and other family members all work together, and they genuinely care about their guests. They made us feel at home from the moment we arrived.

Ahora estoy en otro alojamiento y echo de menos el de Hoi An. Lo peor de estar en alojamientos buenos es que cuando vas a alojamientos no tan buenos echas de menos los buenos.

La atencion de los anfitriones

Rustica Villa exceeded our expectations and more. After reading excellent reviews we were looking forward to our stay here and as soon as we arrived we already knew we were going to have a great week. The staff and family were so friendly and accommodating between giving us recommendations for Hoi An, helping us with transport and making us a fresh cooked breakfast every morning. The room was huge and we had a lovely balcony which overlooked the pool. The room was spotless and was also cleaned daily with fresh towels provided which was a lovely touch. The location is perfect as it’s half way between the beach and the old town so either is accessible. We really appreciated the staff during our stay here as they would always go above and beyond for us to ensure we had anything we needed. They made us feel so welcomed and it just gave us a lovely homely feel. We have been travelling for 9 weeks now and this was by far one of our favourite stays. If i ever return to Hoi An i will be sure to come back to Rustic Villa.

Die Zimmer sind sehr groß und sauber. Preis-Leistung ist unschlagbar. Wir haben uns absolut wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft definitiv weiter empfehlen.

Es war einfach alles perfekt – wir würden sofort wiederkommen! 😍 Die Zimmer sind wunderschön und sehr groß, das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet und jeden Tag gibt es eine andere vietnamesische Köstlichkeit zum Probieren. 🤤 Kostenloses Wasser wird täglich bereitgestellt und der Pool, umgeben von viel Grün, macht die Unterkunft zu einer kleinen Naturoase. 🌿 Was diese Unterkunft aber wirklich besonders macht, ist das Personal. Alle sind so unglaublich herzlich, süß und aufmerksam und kümmern sich mit so viel Liebe um ihre Gäste. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen und merkt, dass ihnen das Wohl ihrer Gäste wirklich am Herzen liegt. Egal, was man braucht – es wird einem sofort mit einem Lächeln geholfen. ❤️ Wir können diese Unterkunft wirklich jedem ans Herz legen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen! 😍😍😍

Mooie, ruime en propere kamers, super vriendelijke en behulpzame medewerkers. Heel flexibel, lekker ontbijt, fietsen ter beschikking om naar het centrum te rijden.

Zuerst einmal möchte ich das Personal loben. Es wurde sich alle Mühe gegeben unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen (mit Erfolg). Es gab jeden Morgen ein 3 Gänge Menü das jeden Tag wechselte. Die Zimmer waren hervorragend gepflegt und es wurde täglich auf Vordermann gebracht. Auch die Lage war ideal. Man kam innerhalb von 15 Minuten in die Stadt und zum Strand durch die Fahrräder die man kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt bekommen hat. Alles in einem war dieser Stopp auf unserer bisherigen Reise (die bereits 1,5 Monate geht) der am weiten Beste! Vielen Dank nochmal an die liebe Familie

Nous avons eu la chance de séjourner dans cet hôtel magnifique. Les chambres sont immenses, bien décorées, propres. Room service tous les jours, petit déjeuner plus que copieux nous avons adoré les sœurs qui sont propriétaires qui vous demande tous les jours si vous avez bien dormi qui vous donne des adresses et chose à faire je recommande à 1000%

We hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad in deze homestay. Het personeel was erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Ze hielpen ons bij het boeken van de tocht over de Hai Van-pas naar Huế en stonden altijd klaar om te helpen met andere zaken. Er waren fietsen beschikbaar en de rit naar de oude stad was prima te doen. De villa ligt bovendien op een gunstige locatie, waardoor je er gemakkelijk op uit kunt trekken om de rijstvelden te verkennen of op de fiets naar het strand te gaan. We verbleven er drie nachten en ze deden echt hun best om het ontbijt te variëren, het was telkens weer erg lekker. Een echte aanrader.

Lief personeel, behulpzaam heel klantgericht. Voortreffelijk ontbijt waar je goed vol van zit! Mooie ruime kamer, schoon. Qua ligging kwartiertje fietsen naar oude centrum en strand. Fietsen worden gratis uitgeleend bij het hotel als service. En een heerlijk zwembad om even in af te koelen.

Je suis restée dix jours dans cet hôtel et je n’aurais pas pu mieux tomber. Les propriétaires sont très présents et toujours prêt à rendre service. Je me suis sentie comme à la maison et en sécurité. La chambre est spacieuse et vraiment confortable, la petite terrasse est un vrai plus. Le petit déjeuner servi le matin est copieux et frais. Excellent pho, fruits, œufs, Cao Lau… ils préparent de tout! Niveau propreté c’est impeccable, le ménage est fait tous les jours à la demande. Pour un séjour seul(e) ou à plusieurs, je recommande les yeux fermés.

We loved everything about this lovely homestay! The room we were given was absolutely fantastic. We had an amazing view, it was extremely clean, spacious and really well decorated. The pool was the best we’ve had on our world trip and the owners were so so lovely. At breakfast, we were introduced to some amazing Vietnamese dishes as well as banana pancakes and plenty of fruit. The breakfast was different every day!

Hotel propre et personnel attentionné

We had an amazing stay at this lovely family-run guesthouse in Hoi An and felt at home from the moment we arrived. Our room was large, comfortable and spotlessly clean, with a king-size bed, a small seating area and a modern bathroom. Everything was very well looked after and maintained to a high standard. What truly made our stay special was the kindness of the family and staff. They were always friendly, attentive and eager to help. Whether it was recommending places to visit, arranging a scooter rental, providing bicycles, or assisting with any questions we had, they consistently went out of their way to ensure we had a great experience. The included breakfast was outstanding and something we looked forward to each morning. Every day featured a different Vietnamese specialty, accompanied by tea or coffee, fresh juice, seasonal fruit and a delicious banana pancake. As vegetarians, we were especially grateful that a meat-free version of the daily dish was prepared for us every day without us having to ask repeatedly. This thoughtful gesture made us feel genuinely welcome and was greatly appreciated. We also always felt comfortable leaving our luggage at the guesthouse before check-in and after check-out, which was incredibly convenient and gave us extra flexibility during our travels. We cannot thank the family enough for their wonderful hospitality. Our stay exceeded all expectations and we would happily return in the future. We highly recommend this guesthouse to anyone visiting Hoi An.

El alojamiento es una maravilla de sitio. No hay nada malo que añadir. El desayuno es exquisito, la atención inmejorable y está a 20 minutos del centro y 20 de la playa, ellos mismos te dejan las bicis para poder moverte por allí y es super fácil. Si volviese repetiría sin duda alguna.

Très bel hôtel construit et décoré avec des matériaux naturels. Une succession de patios permettent de rafraîchir l'hôtel en permanence sans recours à la clim. Les chambres et salle de bains sont gigantesques. La nature est partout dans cet hôtel de très bon goût.

Mon séjour a été parfait et le personnel attentif. Le Vietnam est accueillant mais le focus sur le business dénature la sincérité et la spontanéité de l'hospitalité vietnamienne.

We were well looked after from the moment we arrived. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, always smiling and happy to help with anything we needed. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and kept very clean throughout our stay. The food was exceptional, with a variety of delicious options available each day. The Banana pancakes in particular were my favourite! One of the highlights was that the staff provided us with complimentary bicycles, which we used every day to cycle to the beach and explore the local area. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this villa to anyone visiting Hoi An. Thank you to all the wonderful staff for making our trip so memorable

Gospodarze byli bardzo mili, na miejscu są dostępne darmowe rowery z których każdy może skorzystać. Pokój był bardzo przestronny, a łóżka wygodne. Wszystko na plus. Pyszne śniadanko, na zdjęciach jedno ze śniadań.

The breakfast is amazing, the fruit, the banana pancakes! that is banana crepe… it’s not pancake 😉 The host is extremely nice. The bikes being free it’s an amazing thing! You just take it and go. Incredible. The pool is amazing. Bed super comfortable and the aroma therapy oil smell arriving to the room is amazing. Location couldn’t be better for me.

One of my favourite stays in Vietnam! I spent 1 week here it was so lovely. The location was great between the old town and beach. The pool was excellent. I loved receiving fresh mangos each day by the pool. The rooms were incredibly spacious and luxurious. Breakfast was a highlight each day with something different to try and always delicious. They were able to cater to a vegan diet. The family running the Villa were beautiful and worked hard to ensure I had an excellent stay!

Tout d’abord l’accueil de Xuan, elle vous met tout de suite à l’aise et s’occupe de tout. Nous sommes arrivés très tôt de Hanoï, genre 6h du matin. Xuan nous a offert un thé rafraîchissant, nous sommes partis faire un tour à la plage avec les vélos qu’elle nous a prêté puis au retour tout était prêt, une chambre parfaite avec nos bagages à l’intérieur. La piscine est magique, c’est un petit havre de paix rafraîchissant.

I had an amazing time in the villa and recommend it very much! The owners were super friendly, helpful and caring. Each day there was a different traditional homemade Vietnamese breakfast with coffee/tea, fresh juice and fruits. The room was very spacious, clean and modern. The swimming pool was very clean and looked just beautiful with all the plants around! If I ever come back to the city, I'll book my stay in the villa again!

Sehr nette Gastgeber, sehr kommunikativ und hilfreich. Die Lage ist vor allem mit den kostenlosen Fahrrädern super, da alles schnell zu erreichen ist. Wir waren in vielen Hotels dieser Art in letzter Zeit und das Frühstück war das beste ,abwechslungsreichste und größte, was wir bekommen haben auf unseren Reisen.

Chosen because of its consistent good reviews and location. It didn’t disappoint. The rooms were huge, tastefully decorated, and exceptionally clean and comfortable. The property itself was so well looked after. Photos cannot do the place justice. Breakfast was varied, freshly cooked and enormous. The pool was cool enough to be refreshing. The family and staff were so friendly and helpful. They can help with transport, tours and washing. The vibe was really nice. Loved it.

I enjoyed the location very much. Bikes were available to use & it was far enough out of the town to be peaceful. Grab was available for journeys into town. That’s a cab service app that is very reasonable. I had a spacious room with a view.

I felt very safe & had no complaints. For a solo traveler like me it was home away from home. Thankyou

What an amazing and welcoming place to stay. From the moment we were greeted at the gate to the goodbyes at the gate we were so well looked after. Authentic meals and perfect location. We wouldn’t hesitate in rebooking again. Thank you. 10:10.

Sin dudarlo hay q elegir esta estancia. El sitio es precioso, los dueños amabilisimos, te consultán el desayuno para que elijas lo que mas te gusta. Con bicis para ir al casco antiguo en 10 min. Maravilloso.

Tutto assolutamente perfetto, questo posto è un vero gioiello a hoi an e non solo, sicuramente il nostro soggiorno migliore in Vietnam! Le camere sono pulitissime, luminose, spaziose e molto accoglienti, colazione eccezionale preparata al momento e diversa ogni mattina, posizione perfetta per visitare il centro ma anche i suoi dintorni e allo stesso tempo in una zona tranquilla dove ci si sente davvero a casa, soprattutto grazie ai suoi super proprietari che non ringrazieremo mai abbastanza per la dolcezza e la disponibilità infinita. É grazie a loro se questo posto è un piccolo angolo di paradiso. Inoltre, durante il nostro soggiorno abbiamo usufruito di diversi servizi aggiuntivi, come bici (gratuite), noleggio motorino, lavanderia e transfer hoi an-hue con auto privata, quest’ultimo assolutamente consigliato per godersi a pieno il tragitto on the road, avendo la possibilità di organizzare diverse tappe con mr. Hai Che altro dire, se viaggiate verso hoi an, alloggiate qui!

Nous avons séjourné 6 nuits dans cet hôtel et avons passé un excellent séjour. L’hôtel est situé légèrement à l’écart de la vieille ville, mais est facilement accessible à vélo (mis à disposition par l’établissement). L’emplacement est globalement calme, malgré le chant du coq tôt le matin. Le petit déjeuner était très bon, avec des plats variés et différents chaque jour. La chambre était spacieuse, propre et confortable.

Fenomenal! Son super amables. Nos dieron una habitación mejor. Es super cómodo. La piscina es una maravilla y lo tienen todo cuidado, es un paraíso. El desayuno fenomenal te dan varias opciones. Volvería sin dudar.

Het is een geweldig hotel op een perfecte locatie, precies in het midden tussen het oude centrum en het strand. De gratis fietsen maken het super makkelijk om overal te komen. De kamers zijn ruim en schoon. En het personeel is ronduit geweldig! Bij elk probleem wat we hadden kwamen ze er meteen aan om het op te lossen. Nadat we in de ochtend hadden uitgecheckt mochten we zelfs nog aan het einde van de middag voordat we de nachtbus in gingen even douchen en tandenpoetsen, echt geweldige service! En dan nog het ontbijt.. elke dag iets anders en zo super lekker! Doe jezelf en plezier en verblijf hier!
