I hate Hotel Policies, I came 11:am and they told me your Room is available but you have to pay 300B more each hour 100B till 2pm, that's my first time to see Hotel such this kind of policies I stayed so many Hotels in Thailand and the around , I will not stay again, shower so tiny if you're bigg person be careful

Posizione centralissima, staff gentile e disponibile, piscina sempre pulita e con manutenzione regolare. Colazione continentale buona, con frutta fresca locale e macchinetta del caffè con soffione per potersi fare un vero cappuccino italiano.

Dal secondo giorno sono arrivate delle piccole formichine in bagno.

Buon rapporto qualità prezzo, struttura al centro di Chiang Mai.

Das kleine, familiäre Hotel ist super gelegen in einer ruhigen Seitengasse. Man ist direkt in der Innenstadt.

Nice surprise this hotel with a lovely pool and an healthy breakfast. Room feel a bit old but spacious and pleasant.

Bed is not comfortable enough for me + I like extra pillows but this is a minor problem. I already booked a 2nd visit before returning back home in Canada.

Las instalaciones son excelentes, la ubicación es fantástica y el ambiente general del hotel es muy bonito y tranquilo. El desayuno estuvo bien y el personal del salón fue muy amable. Un plus: el café de cortersía que se encuentra disponible en el lobby todo el día.

Me siento muy molesta porque ayer dejamos todo el día libre para planificar lo que sigue de nuestro viaje y resulta que estuvimos literalmenete todo el día sin acceso a internet, nos acercamos a preguntar 2 veces y no nos brindaron ninguna solución (siendo que aparecían otras redes disponibles), al fin y al cabo es parte del servicio que estoy pagando y no conté con ello durante más de 24 horas. Por otra parte, el agua tiene un olor muy fuerte a cloro, lavarme la cara incluso me hacía arder la piel y los ojos, y la piel me quedaba reseca y con olor a cloro luego de ducharme.

El hotel es muy céntrico y las habitaciones cómodas y muy limpias.

Hôtel charmant de style traditionnel thaï idéalement situé à quelques pas de la rue animée Rachadamnoen où s'y trouve le marché du dimanche, plusieurs bons restaurants, spas et commerces. La suite familiale était très grande et nos adolescentes ont beaucoup aimé leur chambre privée avec salle de bain. Le petit-déjeuner était excellent et le coin piscine très agréable pour s'y détendre et s'y rafraîchir l'après-midi. Nous avons apprécié la possibilité d'y réserver une excursion à même la réception de l'hôtel.

Avant de pouvoir quitter la chambre, un employé doit venir vérifier l'état de la chambre et compter le nombre de serviettes. Nous devions quitter à 4h du matin pour prendre un vol très tôt et nous avons trouvé cette procédure plutôt étrange.

Excelente quarto e pequeno-almoço, excelente localização e funcionários atenciosos e simpáticos. Para quem chega a Chiang Mai de avião, o hotel está a 15/20min de táxi/Grab.

The location was terrific.

There was a smell from the bathrooms that permeated the living space. It dissipated when we kept the bathroom door closed.

Mooie locatie, hele vriendelijke mensen, ruime en gerieflijke kamer.

Geen lounge/bar om even te zitten bijvoorbeeld tijdens een regenbui.

De locatie was top, vriendelijk personeel, propere kamers. Ideaal voor drie nachten Chiang Mai

We lagen helemaal beneden in zone B, waardoor er veel passage en lawaai was van voorbijgaande mensen en lopende/roepende kinderen. Ontbijt was gewoon, maar heel vriendelijk!

Personeel was vriendelijk maar de kamer stonk naar riool terwijl de oorzaak niet werd gevonden. Zwembad te klein. Ontbijt sober maar de koffie was prima.

La piscine, le lit est confortable....possibilité de faire nettoyer ses chaussures (moyennement finance) elles reviennent nickel par contre, faut compter 48h de nettoyage presque

Attention, l'hôtel se trouve juste à côté d'une école donc dès 8h15, cela devient bruyant 😅 petit déj classique et la chambre sombre

La ubicación y las instalaciones en general bien.

No estaba muy limpio, había telarañas por la habitación y muchas hormigas. Además habíamos pagado el desayuno todos los días y como teníamos excursiones preguntamos si nos podían poner algo para llevar y nos dijeron que no y que teníamos que pagar extra si queríamos.

The hotel’s central location makes it easy to explore the city’s main attractions on foot. On Sundays, there is a night market just a few steps away from the hotel. The staff were very friendly and always happy to help. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay here. Staff were so friendly and helpful, rooms were clean and spacious and we spent time in the beautiful pool area too. Great location - restaurants nearby, walking distance to more main streets and night markets. Recommend!

Très bon séjour. Bon emplacement, personnel très gentil, confortable, propre. Bel espace pour la piscine.

Le petit déjeuner n'est pas très varié pour un séjour de plus de 3 jours. La connexion TV n'était pas top. Climatisation bruyante.

I was really looking forward to our stay here, after having read all the great reviews. Sadly, I was a bit disappointed..... The staff were fantastic - always smiling and helpful. The location was perfect - an easy walk or a short trip in a taxi to go anywhere. The room was a good size, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was basic but sufficient.

* Sorry, but I like a bit of privacy when using the toilet. The glass door, even though it was a textured glass, was still completely see through. To make it worse, the mirror in the main room was directly opposite the bathroom door, so anyone sitting in the bed could watch 😵‍💫. A curtain or blind would solve the problem. * The door chimes every time someone uses their card to enter their room. All hours of the night and early morning (usually followed by the door slamming, but that's on the customer, not the hotel). Not the usual buzz as the door unlocks, but a loud tune that goes for a few seconds, from all of the rooms. * I get that they are trying to be 'green', however, returning to a hot stuffy room with a warm fridge as everything has to be off when you go out, is not ideal. You end up turning up both the aircon and the fridge to the highest settings to cool down quicker, which uses more power anyway. * Breakfast. Unfortunately the Western food - eggs, sausage and ham was always cold. The temperature on the Bain Marie was kept at 51⁰C, which won't keep anything warm, let alone hot. The other Bain Marie, which held the Asian food, was set at either 160⁰ or 180⁰ and the food was lovely and hot. * The 2 sachets of coffee and sugar in our room never got replaced. Luckily there's a complimentary coffee machine downstairs, but you can't just make a quick cup when you wake up - you have to get dressed & go out, which is probably also part of the early morning door chimes and slams......

We stayed here for a 2nd time. Staff were once again so friendly. Our kids' room experienced a problem with the a/c during the night, and they were given another room straight away. No hassle.

Charming hotel. Friendly, helpful staff. Nice little pool to cool off. Due to jetlag we overslept, and arrived at breakfast at the time they were closing. They were very kind, and made us feel welcome to still have breakfast.

Amazing location and the team was extremely polite and helpful.

Sfeervol, gezellig hotel met supervriendelijk personeel! We gaven aan dat we de bedden te hard vonden en ze gingen meteen met meerdere mensen aan de slag met toppers en nieuwe matrassen. Klein verfrissend zwembad. Laundry service (trgen betaling), gratis koffie, thee en iedere dag werden flesjes water op de kamer gezet. We hadden een grote familiekamer met twee aparte slaapkamers, ieder met eigen badkamer met in het midden een woonkamer met koelkast en waterkoker. Gelegen in de oude binnenstad, veel restaurants, winkels en massage salons in de buurt. Bezienswaardigheden prima te bereiken met songthaew, tour operator of Bolt

Bedden bleven helaas wat aan de harde kant voor ons ondanks de inspanning van het personeel. Ontbijt was voor ons wat te karig, maar voor anderen wellicht prima: toast met gebakken ei of roerei, jam, fruit en hartige rijstpap.

No pudimos acceder a la habitación antes de las 14, si quisiéramos acceder antes, había que pagar un suplemento lo cual no tenía sentido. Teníamos incluido el desayuno y no pudieron prepararnos un desayuno para llevar los días en los que salíamos pronto Cuando nos marchamos, no nos dejaron irnos hasta que revisasen la habitación, fue un poco violento a pesar de tener el taxi en la puerta

Situé à 10min en voiture de l’aéroport, en plein centre de Chiang mai, très pratique pour se déplacer. Choix variés de restaurant à proximité, et le marché Saturday Night market à 2 pas. Piscine très propre, idéal pour se rafraîchir en fin de journée après les balades. Nous avions 2 chambres, 2 salles de bains et 2 toilettes, et un salon, spacieux pour un couple avec 2 enfants. Petit déjeuner correct.

Matelas très ferme et trop dur malgré le sur-matelas, notre dos a souffert.

飯店位置絕佳，去哪裡都方便！週日夜市就在巷口，走路就可以去很多景點，早餐簡單但是很美味，泳池小但是很放鬆，我們住雙房雙衛浴有一個客廳，不會互相影響非常適合親子住宿。

Location is nice. Room size was nice. Cleaning was ok.

1. The windows do not provide adequate soundproofing. I was woken up at 5:30 a.m. by someone on the ground floor making a lot of noise, apparently chopping something (it sounded like meat). 2. We went to the restaurant for breakfast, there was still 20 minutes left before breakfast ended. However, a staff member politely told us that we were late and suggested that we come earlier next time. 3. There is a restaurant for serving onlt breakfast, and the staff. 4. Lift at the back side and if you have a big luggage it's quite challenging.

Die Atmosphäre und das Personal war sehr freundlich. Alleine deswegen ist es ein Besuch wert!

Leider sind die Zimmern sehr hellhörig! Die letzte Nacht haben wir nicht mehr schlafen können, weil unser Zimmernachbar daneben die ganze Nacht fern gesehen hat.

地理位置不錯，去哪都方便，且在巷子裡，比較少車聲。飯店工作人員都很親切很nice，感謝幫忙打蟑螂的小姐，真的很猛。 價位便宜。

一進房間就發現有兩隻蚊子，好不容易都打死，後來又發現有大隻的蟑螂在飛，真的嚇瘋，趕快下樓找工作人員處理，結果她說客滿無法換房間，就跟我去房間打蟑螂。還好她一到蟑螂就跑出來了，馬上被打死，她說是前幾天消毒所以會亂跑？ 可以相信蟑螂是偶發事件，但飯店旁邊有一間小學，早上八點小朋友會開始唱歌吶喊。房間內冰箱跟冷氣都超吵，尤其是冷氣，偶爾會尖叫一下。聽的到門外別房感應門卡的聲音，基本上那個門完全沒隔音……感應門鎖又超大聲@@還有樓上腳步聲也超大…… 房間也打掃的不是很乾淨，床上有頭髮，馬桶座蓋上有黃黃的污漬，天花板有長條的灰塵掛著…… 怕吵的真的要考慮清楚欸…… 再怎麼便宜我也不會再來了。

We loved this hotel !! First time in Chiang Mai, it was close to lots of shops, great food spots, massages , everything we needed. The pool was such a good addition after exploring the city. The staff were always friendly and accommodating (let us leave our bags after check out). If you can time it, go on a Sunday there is huge night market right outside the hotel it was amazing. Our bedroom was clean and comfortable, we got clean towels and fresh water everyday. It had really nicely lit areas out the front and back with cute lanterns as-well as board games at reception. The breakfast was a good addition, always fresh and hot (eggs, pancakes, fresh fruit, coffee, toast etc) It was perfect !!

La ubicacion perfecta, la piscina de lujo y el personal de recepcion encantador.

La limpieza es mejorable. Las habitaciones son bastante viejas y nos encontramos varias cucarachas pequeñas muertas en la habitacion los dos dias que nos alojamos. Las paredes son muy finas y se oye todo lo de la habitacion de al lado.

The receptionists are outstanding. Polite and very helpful. The cook always cheerful.Love the self help hot drinks machine 24 hrs a day. The Sunday market is 2 min walk from the hotel.

No towel rails in the bathroom hence no where to hang your wet towels. Toiletries need to request for it! Swimming pool is pretty small.

Hotel a unos 6-7 de Wat Phra Singh ( zona de reunión para excursiones), da a una calle secundaria poco transitada y silenciosa. El personal de recepción siempre amable y disponible. La habitación es muy amplia, aire acondicionado perfecto, cama comodísima, limpieza perfecta. Un punto muy a favor esque tienen una maquina de café/ chocolate/ te thai 24h disponible y gratuita ( el te thai está buenísimo!, muy recomendable probarlo) El desayuno es tipo buffet, con mucha variedad, muy completo Tiene piscina muy útil con el calor, te dan toallas en recepción

Places were nice, it was in a decent location we were able to walk around and check out some things within the old city, super quiet.

They charged an insane amount for a transfer, I didn't realize until after we booked just do not book a car through them, take a grab it is 4X cheaper.

I stayed here alone and felt incredibly welcomed from the moment I arrived. The staff here are absolutely wonderful. Everyone was so attentive, but a special shoutout goes to 'Jackson' at the reception. She's an absolute gem! loved just walking around all the small, winding alleys nearby the neighbourhood is packed with beautiful, hidden cafes and plenty of local charm to explore on foot. Breakfast it’s simple, incredibly satisfying.

The room itself was nice, but it's worth noting that the walls are quite thin. You can definitely hear outside noise and all the mischief/sounds from the corridors or adjacent rooms, so light sleepers might want to bring earplugs.

Je recommande à 1000% Les chambres, le personnel, le calme, l'emplacement plus que parfait, la qualité de la literie, la pression de la douche, la propreté, la piscine, la machine a café dispo gratuitement H24, le parking ! 18e hotel d'Asie, le meilleur et de loin ! (Pour la petite histoire on a prolongé deux fois tellement ont été bien!)

Que le reste des hôtels de Thailande ne s'inspire pas de celui là! ;)

Отличная локация. Уютный район, рядом много достопримечательностей. В отеле тихо, уютно. Завтраки скромные, но сытные и вкусные. Рядом много кафе, где можно пообедать.

Swimming pool and being close to Sunday Market.

Some of the reception staff below average , shower sink was flooded with water, switching off AC after room service , hot weather and room need half an hour to regain some cool. Last day , room service did not provide complete number of towels, upon check out, they accused us of taking one small towel, we have asked them to check our bags , they did not hesitate to check..found nothing ..but still charged us for it.this was radiculous..

Tout est parfait dans cet hotel! - c’est super bien situé géographiquement, proche de tout, tout en réussissant la prouesse d’être incroyablement calme : pas de voiture, pas de scooter, juste le bruit des oiseaux! - le personnel est adorable et vraiment aux petits soin. - petit déjeuner copieux et très bon. La cuisinière Thaïlandaise cuisine à la demande, c’est frais, c’est bon. - l’espace piscine est très cosy et très bien agencé! - les chambres sont spacieuses, bien agencées et très confortables! - literie impeccable ! - la petite touche qui fait que cet hotel se démarque des autres : à l’entrée, il y a un petit bar libre service avec du café/cappuccino qui est excellent, de l’eau potable! C’est rien… mais ça change tout! Nous nous y sentions tellement bien que nous avons décidé de prolonger de deux nuitées dans cet hôtel, sans avoir de choses particulières à faire de plus à Chiang Mai!

Des rideaux un peu plus opaques dans les chambres serait la dernière touche à ajouter pour rendre le séjour parfait!
