Öncelikle giriş kapısını açmak için omuzla kapıya yüklenmek gerekiyordu kapı sıkışmıştı. Sıcak su geç geliyor. Klima çok küçük geç soğutuyor. Bunun dışında buranın ücretsiz park seçeneği diye bir şeyi yok. Sokaklarda defalarca tur attım boş yer yoktu. Ben burayı ücretsiz park filtrelemesiyle buldum sonuçta. O halde ev sahibinin evi kiralarken ücretli park seçeneğini seçmesi daha yerinde olurdu. Ev sahibinin önerdiği otopark haftasonı çalışmıyor haftaiçi 19.30-7.30 arası kapalı bırakırsanız bir daha kullanamıyorsunuz. 10 € ücrete tabi. Burayı seçerseniz bu masrafı da göze alırsınız. Ayrıca ev sahibi biraz ukalaydı

Reviewed Sep 10, 2026Nu mi-a plăcut. Faptul că, totuși, avea lift, fiind la etajul 4.
Aspectul de gheto al curții, clădirii, etajului de apartamente. Sistemul extrem de prost al deschiderii electronice al ușii. O mizerie. Pragul/treapta interioara de după holul mic de intrare nemarcata. Soția mea a căzut până să se aprindă lumina și s-a lovit tare. Aerul condiționat imposibil de folosit pt că jetul de aer bate direct pe pat și îți afectează sănătatea. Faptul că a fost sauna in camera pt că este imposibil de dormit cu geamul deschis daca acesta da spre strada principala foarte zgomotoasa tot timpul. Parcarea "la noroc" pe străduțele din spate.

The studio is in a great location, in fifteen minutes you will be in the center. The neighborhood is safe and you can always find free parking around the building. The studio is extremely clean and has everything you need for a short stay. The bed is comfortable. I would especially like to praise Jon, who is very kind and ready to help. all in all, it's always great for me and I always go back there whenever I'm in Thessaloniki

Asansör çok eski her an yarı yolda kalabilir hissi veriyor.

Aydınlatması çok azdı Temizlik pek iyi değildi Klimanın kendine hayrı yoktu hiç serinletmedi Son ayarda açmak lazım ama oda tam yatağın karşısında olduğu için açamadık Konumu aslında merkeze yakın ama arka sokaklar evsizlerin mekanıydı ürkütücü geldi açıkçası. Otopark zaten yok. Otelin arkasında bir marketin Otoparkı 2saat ücretsizdir bavul taşımak için orayı kullandık. Ama esas caddenin karşısında yes market vardı ücretli bir şekilde orayı kullandık otopark için günlük 15 euro. Asansörler bozuktu birtanesinde kaldık ama geri düzeldi her tuşa basarak 😃 Birdaha gitsem orada kalmam bu bir gerçek 😃 Ücreti uygun olsa o paraya bu kadar derim ama ücretide çok uygun değildi açıkçası biz bir gece konaklama için kaldık mecbur.

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026The room was exceptionall clean, with both the floor and bathroom literally spotless- congratulations to the cleaning staff. The AC worked very good, which was especially appreciated on such a hot day when we arrived. The check in instructions were also very clear and detailed, with photos and videos included, making the process hassle-free. The room looks exactly as is being advertised on Booking. Overall, an excellent stay and a very good value for the money paid.
This is not the property's fault, but finding a parking spot was a nightmare. Keep in mind that the nearby parking facilities close at 7.30 PM and do not reopen until the following day, at the same time. So it's best to make sure you have everything you need with you before leaving your car, as accessing it later is not possible. The neighbourhood felt a little sketchy, especially behind the building, but once you reach the main street, the surroindings felt much more comfortable. The small oven in the room was old, worn and difficult to use. Replacing it with something more practical, such a microwave, would be a nice improvement.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026Чистые и просторные апартаменты. Хорошая связь с хозяином апартаментов и объяснения по заселению. В апартаментах есть всё необходимое для проживания. Приятным сюрпризом была пара бутылок воды в холодильнике. Сносный интернет. По поводу местоположения мне трудно дать оценку, так как я был только одну ночь перед вылетом и по городу не гулял. Сравнительно не высокая цена.
Найти свободное место парковки для машины мне, вечером, к сожалению, найти не удалось. У меня получилось заехать на небольшой пустырь недалеко от апартаментов, но туда можно заехать только на маленькой машине, а утром ко мне на жту тему докапался какой то грек, но я уже всё равно уезжал😊 Так что, не рассчитывайте что наверняка сможете найти бесплатно парковку. Ещё нет балкона, но мне было не критично.

Reviewed Aug 7, 2026Zaista je jednostavna i brza komunikacija,kao i ulazak u apartman. Apartman je uredan i čist,a lokacija solidna.Baš kao što je i navedeno ,širi centar grada.
Nije mi se dopalo to što smo stigli u nedelju u večernjim satima i nigde nije bilo moguće ostaviti automobil,jer im garaže ne rade nedeljom. Kružili smo gotovo dva sata oko apartmana,dok se nije ukazalo mesto za parking.

Οι συνολικές υπηρεσίες του καταλύματος. Έκλεισα δωμάτιο με ένα διπλό κρεβάτι και εναν καναπέ κρεβάτι και ο ιδιοκτήτης δεν προσέφερε σεντόνια και μαξιλάρι για τον καναπέ κρεβάτι και έκανε ακατάλληλα σχόλια οτι δεν ήξερε ότι θα κοιμηθουμε χώρια. Τελικά δρν κοιμήθηκα ούτε λεπτό γιατί με παράτησε χωρίς να μου απαντήσει στα τελευταία μηνύματα και ενώ ήξερε οτι δεν έχω που να κοιμηθώ. (το άλλο άτομο κοιμήθηκε στο κρεβάτι). Πραγματικά απαράδεκτο. Δεν μου έχει ξανατυχει πουθενά ξανά αυτό.

Ne placa se oko zgrade, a vrlo lako se pronalazi. Ako vam se to ucini nebezbedno, postoji privatni parking za 6€ na 50m od zgrade.

Reviewed Jul 20, 2026Konumu güzel yarım saatlik bir yürüyüş ile tüm görmeniz gereken yerlere bitirebiliyorsunuz. Yanında geç saatlere kadar açık bir market mevcut. Arka sokaklarında ücretsiz park yeri bulmak kolay. Giriş çıkış şifre ile yapılıyor çok kolaydı. Temizlik genel olarak iyi oda genişti.
Asansör çok korkutucu ve bina çok eski duruyor.

Reviewed Jul 17, 2026Acees ușor în clădire și apartament. Apartamentul este curat și decorat cu gust. În apropiere există o parcare cu program 7:30 - 19:30 ( strada Promitheos Nr. 36). Am plătit 10 euro pentru a lăsa mașina peste noapte. În zoná sunt magazine cu produse diverse, dar și localuri cu mâncare tradițională.

Reviewed Jul 2, 2026Foarte bine localizat, am găsit loc de parcare relativ ușor și aproape de cazare, deși am ajuns în oraș sâmbătă după amiaza. Gazda a răspuns în timp util la toate întrebările noastre. A fost curat și liniște (deși este la bulevardul principal). Patul rezonabil. Sunt in apropiere cafenele și restaurante de cartier, dacă vreți să evitați centrul și faleza aglomerate. Centrul este la o plimbare de 30 de minute de mers pe jos sau direct cu metroul sau alte mijloace de mers in comun. Locația perfecta pentru a explora orașul său pentru a rămâne o noapte în tranzit spre alte stațiuni.
Nu am găsit un desfăcător de bere.

We opened the windows and the mosquitoes visited us 😅 Everything else was perfect! Very clean apartment. The host contacted us after the reservation and gave us the information needed.

Reviewed Jun 27, 2026Μου άρεσε πάρα πολύ ο χώρος,ήταν επιμελημενος, πεντακάθαρος με όλες τις παροχές που χρειαστηκα σε άριστη κατάσταση.
Ίσως αν είχε ένα μπαλκόνι ώστε να μπορώ να καπνίζω!!! αλλά αυτό δεν είναι απαραίτητο!!

Reviewed Jun 22, 2026Es war echt super! Tolle Lage und alles so wie auf den Fotos. Man kann sich für diesen Preis nicht beklagen. Genau das ist es, wenn man nicht in ein Hotel will und man nur einen kurzen Stadttrip plant.
Es ist an einer Hauptstraße, es fahren viele Autos und es kann laut sein.

Reviewed Jun 3, 2026Studio curat, confortabil si bine pozitionat, destul de aproape de centru si transport. Check-in-ul a fost foarte usor si totul a fost bine organizat. Raport calitate-pret foarte bun.
Singurul minus ar fi lipsa unui aparat mic de cafea, cred ca ar face experienta si mai placuta. Recomand!

Reviewed May 24, 2026Simply wonderful. Excellent location and an easy access system. The owner provided very clear instructions for both check-in and check-out. The apartment was spotless — everything was perfect. It smelled fresh and pleasant throughout. Fresh bed linen, a very comfortable bed, and an impeccably clean bathroom. All kitchen utensils were perfectly clean as well. Everything you might need is available — you could even cook a full meal there. Everything was absolutely perfect. I am truly very grateful. Whenever I am in Thessaloniki, I will stay only here. Excellent quality and a very attentive owner. Thank you very much.

Reviewed May 10, 2026Η τοποθεσία ήταν πάρα πολύ βολική. Το δωμάτιο ήταν πεντακάθαρο και οι ιδιοκτήτες ήταν απόλυτα κατατοπιστικοι σχετικά με το κατάλυμα. Θα το ξαναπροτιμήσουμε σίγουρα.
