Много просторен апартамент с всички удобства за приятен престой. Домакинът осигурява паркинг срещу заплащане, който е в голяма близост до апартамента - няколко минути пеша. Имаше възможност да се разтовари багажа във вътрешния двор. На 2 мин. има спирка на трамвай, който те отвежда в центъра, а на 5 мин има метро. На около има хранителни магазини, пекарни за закуски и сладки, дюнер/пица и места за хранене. Домакинът беше много отзивчив и наличен по всяко време за всичко.

L’appartamento è molto grande, con due stanze da letto che possono ospitare almeno 4 persone. Gli ambienti sono puliti ed ordinati. Non abbiamo usufruito della cucina (se non per il caffè) ma erano presenti tutti gli utensili utili per chi volesse cucinare. L’host è stato molto gentile e professionale. La posizione è molto comoda per chi arriva dall’aeroporto, il quartiere è fornito di tutti i servizi necessari.

Wow. Von der unschlagbaren Lage ganz abgesehen, 5 von 5 Sterne. Sauber komfortabel gemütlich und geräumig. Uns wurde spontan noch ein Tiefgaragenplatz un der Nähe organisiert. Vielen lieben Dank. Absolut empfehlenswert. U-Bahn S-Bahn und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe

It was very clean, warm and so cozy. Location was top because it was near the subway. They had a great coffee machine too so I didn’t miss my italian espresso.

Πολύ κοντά σε στάση μετρό. Πολλές παροχές τριγύρω . Ευρύχωρο σπίτι με πολλές πετσέτες . Ο οικοδεσπότης εξαιρετικός .

Δεν έχει A/C. Πολλή φασαρία από τη γύρω περιοχή ακόμα και από πολύ νωρίς το πρωί.

Close to metro excelent staff

Spacious rooms, minimalistic but practically furnitured; confortable beds, well equipped kitchen; good connections both to the airport (S7) and to the city centre (U3), lots of both "custom" and "ethnic" stores and pubs in the area. Even if the neighbourhood doesn't look totally ... austrian, one feels there comfortable and safe.

Both the toilet and the bathroom should be refurnished or the existing facilities should be "gründlich" technically and functionally revised. Air conditioning missing - but this seems to be the normality in Vienna:). Actually it might also work quite well with the traditional "window cooling", wouldn't this imply the noise from the street traffic as well.

Everything was fine. The apartment was very clean, equipped with all the necessary utilities and basic food supplies. It’s located very close to the subway and tram stations, which made getting around the city really easy. I had no issues at all and I felt comfortable during my stay. I definitely recommend it!

Everything was okay!

We had a great stay at this apartment in Vienna! It was clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed for daily living — including a washing machine, dishwasher, iron, and a coffee maker. The apartment had a cozy atmosphere and made us feel at home. The location was very convenient, close to public transportation, shops, and restaurants, yet it was quiet and peaceful. The host was kind and responsive, and communication was smooth from start to finish. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Vienna. Highly recommended!

Wifi could have a little bit more range and speed

Everything was perfect: the cleanliness — spotless; the comfort — the beds were wonderful; the location — a supermarket across the street, with budget-friendly eateries and shops nearby; very safe area; the courtesy — the staff were so amiable and hospitable, completeness- slippers, towels, fast wifi, shower gel and shampoos, etc. Highly recommended.

Spacious apartment with amenities & we had a comfy stay of 2 nights. Convenient & nearby to restaurants & Spar & Billa supermarkets. Can drop luggage off at courtyard & parking at a garage 3 mins walk. The host is very helpful & I highly recommend this place.

the wifi could be strengthened by an extender. we didnt want to use the tv for long but when we wantwd the wifi kept disconnecting sadly. also the pillows were not in the best condition, and the kitchen some sharper knives

Great apartment in a great location.A lot of take aways in the area, all public transport at maximum 3 minutes of walking and the best is the S7 line to airport at 10 minutes walking in straight line.(+Penny,Bila,Lidl,DM also on walking distance) Quiet building with all the amenities. Big apartament. I will come back when I will revisit Vienna.

Well equipped apartment, not in central area but well accessible with public transport to all of Vienna...highly recommend.

The apartment is big, clean and well equipped. It is situated near a lot of shops and supermarkets and very near there are available means of transport (like the subway or the tram) to take you to the centre. There is also available a free parking garage at 5 minutes walking distance. The owner is very nice and helpful.

Great location with great connection to the city center. Spacious apartment equiped with everything you need for any type of stay (short or long). Host was amazing, very polite, always available and provided all the needed information

Kitchen and bathroom have all the essentials,living room with a smart TV. You get slippers and enough towels for your stay. The apartment has a free parking place near the building and it is gated. Shop is right outside and the metro is 2min away.
