Everything is good. Good host, good location, easy to order GRAB, full kitchen equipment, TV with TV box, water dispenser, baby friendly unit.

Our stay was amazing! The location is great — easy to reach the city yet peaceful with minimal traffic. The unit is spacious, cozy, and baby-friendly, complete with a baby cot, high chair, and water dispenser that made milk preparation super convenient. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and having two indoor parking lots. Everything was clean and well-equipped; We loved the rooftop infinity pool and gym, both clean and well-maintained. Wayne and the team were friendly and responsive, making our stay truly enjoyable. 👍🏻 Highly recommended and worth every penny!

There was a slightly leaking shower head and a loose holder, but they didn’t affect our stay at all. The host provided lots of helpful information like food guide/ tour guide— a bit overwhelming at first, but it really showed how thoughtful and well-prepared they are. It would be great if a summary guide could be added for quick reference.

L'appartement est grand, propre et agréable. Un peu loin des activités. Le plus une machine à laver disponible pour laver son linge, que nous avons grandement apprécié. L'appartement est tout confort et peut aquerir un grand nombre de personnes (6), equipement disponible pour les bébés.

Un peu loin du centre de George Town mais les grabs sont disponibles facilement et le centre est à 10 à 15 min en voiture. Sinon tout était parfait.

Pool is full of leaves but nevertheless still beautifull. Everything else about the premise is spectacular

Fantastic apartment, which was much larger than I expected. Nice high ceilings, which is uncommon. Amazing view. Spotlessly clean and comfortable. Our host, Wayne, gave clear and concise instructions and was prompt replying. The infinity rooftop pool was clean with an amazing view of the whole town. We had a fabulous stay. Thank you!

The place is well-kept & maintained. It was clean & tidy in the suite. There are a lot of facilities like Gym, Swimming Pool, Sauna, and even a small playground for children. A lot of equipment provided in the suite as well like Shampoo, towels, hair dryer, water dispenser, tv box and swimming equipments.

The security guard was very rude when we wanted to register our cars to the property. Even the previous customer before me complained.

L appartement de 2 chambres avec 2 salles de bain au 27 étage etait superbe. Des grande bais vitrées qui donne une vue fantastique sur le temple chinois au fond.Que dire de la piscine et de son coin détente : impressionnant. Nous avons adoré avec ma famille ces 3 nuits dans ce logement.Le quartier est sympa. Il faut compter 10 min de voiture pour l hyper centre.Les contact par whatsapp avec le propriétaire sont faciles même si on ne le rencontré pas. L entrée dans les lieux se fait facilement.

Super schoon, mooi en ruim appartement. Ligging was prima, supermarkt en eetgelegenheden om de hoek. Centrum is iets verder.

Very nice appartment, especially for a family with children. Clean and good located (around 10-15 min from downtown Georgetown).

Unfortunately we had a problem with the air conditioner with water dropping and as it happened before a weekend it was not possible to repair it before our departure 3 days later. Can happen, but was very annoying having water dropping day and night.

What a beautiful and comfortable place to stay in. The check in and check out procedure was super easy. The facilities such as the pool and the gym were great. There is a ZUS coffee downstairs to grab your morning fix and light breakfast each day. The location is pretty central and easy to get a grab to most places. The hosts provide all the things that you would need or expect as well as detailed instructions for everything. Thanks so much, can't wait to come again!!!

There isn't too much within walking distance but that's not a big deal as you can use a grab or if you hire a car it's not a problem either.

Safe & clean

The pool was great. Very easy check in and out and top class security.

The mosque close by was pretty noisy from 5.30am to 9.30pm. It was ok for us as we are early risers but would not be so good for those who either sleep very early or wake up late.

The host was welcoming and accommodating. The property meets our expectation of cleanliness, amenities and overall ambiance, it is in great location within short distance to attractions and restaurants. The property got stunning view swimming pool, gym room and kids playground which perfectly suits our family with children and elderly.

There were fireworks every night outside the property building, which was beautiful but could be annoying when the fireworks were set out at midnight.

We were 2 families (4 adults + 5 kids) and the apartment was enough for us. Two rooms, two bathrooms and a "family" room with two beds. Apartment was clean and cosy. Location was fine as well but with kids we hat to take Grab for the city center (around 10-15Rm). Pool and kids playground was very good.

Someone might find it concerning as some wires were sticking out in the pool area. They were isolated but still, would be good bot to see them in the open :)

This property is great! The pictures and the reality are totally a match (something really difficult in Asia!). Location is 5 minutes by Grab to City Centre. The apartment was super clean, smelled nice and all the linen were properly cleaned. The building is really secure and the swimming pool, gym and facilities are awesome. We were 4 and managed to have 1 bed for each, and all double beds. The host was really communicative and flexible. Totally recommended! - Penang is a top destination too.

I liked all, however my friends found the beds a bit hard for their liking, but still loved it!

Firstly the host very helpful, give fast and detail explanation one day before check in till check out. The suite is elegant, modern and so amazing just like what they promote in site. Pool also wonderful. Most important thing is everything was clean and organize. Thank you for wonderful memories here after 6 years visited Penang before. My family have great time here while I'm had meeting. Definitely will book here when come to Penang again next time. 🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷

Very clean house and comfortable

There was noisy at 2.30 am infront of the unit, people taking and laughing

Room is comfortable, clean and shine same as shown in photo. It also equipped with toiletries, towel, iron and water filter. Nice sunset view at the roof top swimming pool area. Not within walking distance to city center but is not a problem to us since we are driving.

All the facilities are exceptional but it would be nice if with kitchen towel paper.

Only can explain by scoring for this apartment 10/10. Superb facilities and services.
