Little inconvenience about location for down hill and up hill walking....

Unique location, great layout of the property, amazing panorama view from the balcony, spacious and comfortable room with large bed, friendly owner, filling breakfast.

Parking is on a common ground where locals are unloading cargo, hence it's tricky to find a place where you won't bother anyone, but it's manageable. Going up from the property to the main road/parking is challenging as it's quite steep, but it's definitely made the place more memorable, hah.

Amazing ambience with a friendly staff

Very beautiful view from room , Arpit is amazing and polite host with all knowledge of near by treks and area. Nice and clean place with best hospitality experience. Surely coming soon in march as want to see fruit farming. Highly recommend this homestay for mukhteshwar traveling crowd. They also hahe a beautiful restaurant on main highway.

Property is located 150 to 200 MTRS down trek , staff took care of our luggage and it was beautiful scenic walk, coming up was little hike but doable, rest view ambience is just blissful, food is good as well, surely coming back soon to stay for long time. Don't miss the village walk it is like therapy

Wanted to go for local kumaoni dinner , but lack of time could not do it, next time coming for local cuisine taste as well.

Very spacious comfortable rooms with lovely step terrace farm views. The mornings were clear and we saw the Himalayas. Good break with clean air and AQI, also Chef Himanshu makes delicious breakfast and food. A little walk down from the main road which we took slowly and loved because of the views. Highly recommend Saanidhya homestay if you are visiting Mukteshwar.

Wish we visited during the fruit season, been told you can taste very juicy peaches and apricots. Coming back for sure.

Had to trek downhill it was pretty steep No hot water in the morning fluctuating power.

The scenic view from the property is mesmerizing. Also owner was very professional stayed continously is touch to make your stay comfortable. Also staff was very cordial to help you in handling your luggage and all your needs.

The breakfast was really nice and the hosts were amazing and polite. The highlight was the village walk and the lemon tea, gives you an authentic experience of the village life in the hills. The food i mist say is absolutely amazing, flavourfuland home like

The parking space could be better planned and the mattresses could be more comfortable since travel in hills often leaves you tired. However it could be simply a matter of choice.

Took a small break and stayed at Saanidhya, loved the seamless check-in experience and the way the staff took care of the food requirements. O love to travel and explore local cuisine and that is something I loved as I experienced Kumaoni cuisine. The fact that food is prepared fresh and thus takes time, with the quality of ingredients makes the pricing understandable. The silence, serenity and the calming energy of the place was all I was seeking in this trip and there was abundance of it. If you are headed to Neem Karoli or Kasar Devi, this is a very comforting stay.

Very well maintained and well equipped place with all the necessary amenities.The host-Arpit and his team are extremely friendly and hospitable. If you are in Mukteshwar, you gotta stay at this place!

Not a Con ,but the place is located about 150 m down the main road. So making your way out of the property will involve a short uphill hike. Not a big issue though.

I need to take a moment, look back into those wonderful days that I have spent in this beautiful home stay amidst the lush green mountains. Luckily, during our two days stay.. we could actually soak into the beauty of nature and enjoy breathtaking sunsets from the balcony of our room. I wish we had booked our stay for a longer duration here. Rooms were clean and food was delicious.

As we were in the heart of the valley with a stunning scenic view, and it being the monsoon season, we encountered a few bugs and beetles in/around the rooms. You just need to inform the staff and they’ll fix it for you. I recommend visitors to carry insects repellent with them.

Not the thing which we did not like but one should consider that property is 150m downward

Everything including the view, rooms, service, the hosts, peace. this property is meant for people who love following: meditation yoga hiking (coz you will be hiking a little) nature bird watching

the Homestay is a little down the hill so commuting becomes a little difficult.

The stay was wonderful and so was the host. Arpit made sure that we reach the location and helped us with multiple direction so we donot get on to bumpy roads Food i would say is good and has local taste, but little pricey for the portion size serves, as the portion size would cater hardly 1.5 person The only challenge i feel the property has the location, which in terms of serenity is excellent, but when you talk about elderly or people who are not very fond of walking down the hill for 150mtr would be surely an issue. At this property you can surely feel to stay actually in admits of nature Another positive or a plus for the property was that it is pet friendly and host himself is a pet lover. Despite our pet not being too much friendly Arpit made sure to provide us with best room in terms of space so dog can freely roam around. Rooms: Wonderful rooms with scenic beauty Nearby activities: You can walk around the village and see the local life Walkability: 150 mtr down the hill track, so for sure not for elderly people and people who don't like to walk on vacation :p Food & drinks: Portion size is less as per the prices

hospitality was so good . owner was so friendly and took me on small hike too . if anyone want to stay in peace with view visit this property it’s truly heaven.
