Poco Poco villas by Aayan

Wonderful boutique resort, in a tranquil location but not too far from restaurants and social life (you MUST have a motorcycle, it's very inconvenient if you plan to use taxis in and out on a daily basis).

Having to fix a time for cooked breakfast the evening before wasn't ideal, I would have much preferred a more flexible (light buffet) arrangement.

E’ una bella struttura, probabilmente costruita di recente in quanto sembra tutto nuovo.

La camera era bellissima: molto ampia con bagno grande(2 lavandini) e una cabina armadio. Dotata di Wi-Fi e Aria condizionata. Un suggerimento: se vi fosse un bollitore e uno stendino per i costumi sarebbe ancora meglio.

Velmi vstřícný personál, vše zařídil nebo se snažil se vším pomoci, krásná moderní vilka, fajn masáže a bazén.

Okolí není moc hezké, přístup k vile dost složitý, velmi úzká cesta, kolem se dost staví, tedy všude stojí auta stavby + odpad ze stavby. Wifi dost kolísá, někdy nejde vůbec.

Desde el primer momento no sientes que estás en un hotel, sino en la casa de tus sueños. Cada rincón está diseñado con un gusto increíble y todo está pensado al detalle para que te sientas cómodo, relajado y como en casa. Las villas son espectaculares, impecables y con una atención al detalle que se nota en absolutamente todo. Es de esos lugares que superan las expectativas y que hacen que quieras quedarte muchos días más. Pero si el lugar ya es increíble, el personal lo lleva a otro nivel. Todo el equipo fue excepcionalmente amable, cercano y atento. Siempre con una sonrisa y dispuestos a ayudar en cualquier cosa. Queremos hacer una mención especial a Kardi, que nos atendió de maravilla y hizo que nuestra estancia fuera aún más especial. Personas así marcan la diferencia. Si estás buscando alojamiento en Uluwatu, no lo dudes: Villas Poco Poco es un auténtico paraíso. Sin duda volveríamos una y mil veces. ¡Gracias por una experiencia inolvidable!

Nice and relaxing, the staff were so friendly! Anything we needed they were there in a second. The food in their restaurant was great too. If you’re going for a wedding at Villa Latitude the walk is 2 mins so it was very handy for us

It’s about a half hour go jek out of Uluwatu but we had no problem getting in and out. Everything else was perfect!

Beautifully decorated and spacious rooms with lovely extra relaxing spaces. Staff went to extra trouble surprising my husband with a beautiful slice of cake for his birthday. Very thoughtful.

Bit far from main attractions, but staff did assist us with renting a scooter. Not sure where the tea and coffee making facilities in the room were?

The property welcomes you with a warmth , a smile and one feels at home 🏡 Every need is taken care of wether it a chilled water bottle or a ice latte in the morning once you open your eyes. La calida bienvenida y el trato recibido de parte de todo el personal, sobre todo de Kardy. La comida que nos preparaban estaba muy buena, la mejor que hemos probado en todo el viaje a Bali. Nos montaron una bbq muy buena, nos gusto mucho! La calidad de las instalaciones, de lujo, de nivel 5 estrellas! Nosotros estuvimos en la villa con piscina privada y fue muy acogedora. Tambien nos gusto mucho la piscina, el gimnasio y la pista de basquet. Queremos repetir!

We had a wonderful five-night stay at Poco Poco Villas by Aayan and can wholeheartedly recommend it. This is a very small boutique hotel with only five units, which makes the whole experience feel especially private, peaceful, and personal. The property itself is beautifully maintained, incredibly clean, and surrounded by stunning tropical plants, so it almost feels like staying in a little jungle oasis. There is also a pool, a gym, and spa treatments available, which made the stay even more enjoyable. What truly made this place special for us, however, was the staff. We have rarely experienced such genuinely kind, attentive, and warm hospitality. Communication was excellent throughout our stay, including via WhatsApp, which made everything very easy and convenient. Breakfast was another highlight. We loved that we could choose exactly when we wanted it each morning and select from an extensive menu. There is also a private chef who prepares the food fresh for you. In addition, meals can be ordered throughout the day, and we also enjoyed dinner here. The menu offers a great variety, from Indonesian dishes like nasi goreng to pizza, Thai curry, and more. We were traveling with our 18-month-old daughter, and the staff were unbelievably sweet with her the entire time. She was welcomed so warmly and lovingly entertained, which made us feel especially comfortable as a family. This place is exceptionally child-friendly and we would absolutely recommend it to families with children. Another thing that really surprised us in a very positive way was that the rooms and the property were practically mosquito-free, despite everything we had read beforehand about mosquitoes in Bali. The villa even has its own small cinema with a huge lounging area and a large TV, which is a fantastic feature. Unfortunately, because the location of the hotel is so strategic, we were out exploring almost every day and did not get the chance to use it.

Tolle Lage mitten in einem gepflegtem Garten. Viele Tiere, die aber in Bali dazugehören und nicht ins Zimmer kommen können. Das Personal war enorm freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir fühlten uns immer sehr wohl. Der Pool mit dem Ausblick in den Garten - einfach traumhaft. Und das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr lecker

I absolutely loved my stay here. Amazing design of the hotel with several very relaxing indoor and outdoor lounge and dining area. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful and kept the place spotless. I'm sorry to be leaving and will definitely stay here again if in the area.

Very nice room and decoration!

A hotel to avoid, not because of the facilities, but because of how they treat their guests!!! Let me explain: I stayed for two nights in the Deluxe Suite last month. The room, and the villa overall, are simply stunning. The bedding is very comfortable. However, a few issues really dampened my stay. First, the floor of the room was dirty, and there were dead red centipedes in both rooms. The housekeeping team came to remove them twice. The shower head was leaking heavily, so I informed the staff and asked for it to be replaced. They told me it would be done the day of my departure. On the last night, I woke up to find a cockroach in my bed — which doesn’t exactly inspire confidence about the hygiene conditions of the kitchen located right behind the room. The staff kindly offered me a complimentary breakfast, which I was actually glad not to pay for, because it was not at all up to the standards of a 5-star establishment (yes, 80€ per night for Bali is equivalent to a 5-star hotel!). The coffee, in particular, was terrible — they really need a proper espresso machine. That said, none of this was a big deal, and I was still quite happy with my booking overall. I’m not particularly scared of insects, fortunately. No — the reason I’m writing this review today is because I was threatened by the two villa supervisors. Here’s what happened in detail: all five rooms in the villa were fully booked on the day of my departure, so I couldn’t get a late check-out. That was fine; I didn’t complain. I stayed by the pool and planned to leave around 3 PM to go to my next hotel. It turned out the villa had actually been fully privatized by a group, who were understandably unhappy to see me still there. However, no one from the hotel ever informed me that the villa would be privatized, or that I had to leave before 2 PM. Had I known, of course I would have gone to my next hotel, which also had a pool! So the staff came to tell me I needed to leave because the group had arrived.

Thank you Kardi! We really love Villa Poco-Poco!!! We enjoy the food, the atmosphere and the kindness of all the staffs. Your team is professional and react quickly. Hope you can have more villas in Bali, see you next time!

The location can be better, the country road is quite narrow.

Es war einfach ein Traum! Eine Oase der Ruhe! Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und fürsorglich und haben uns eine tolle Zeit beschert! Etwas abgelegen vom großen Trubel was uns nicht gehört hat mit dem Roller den wir dort gemietet haben waren wir flexiebel unterwegs! Vielen Dank für alles!

The homely feeling and beautiful natural setting. Peaceful, quiet and relaxing. Our room was spacious and felt luxurious. Being on whatsapp with the staff was convenient and they're very helpful and responsive.

Outside the villa, the road is terrible and the surroundings rather unkempt. Makes you uncertain about taking a walk.

Loved the bed and the bedding, the garden, and the huge bathroom!

Such a beautiful villa..and the interiors..every corner was so thoughtfully designed..the decor is not just stylish but it reflects warmth and personality..making our stay special. The staff were extremely nice ..went all the way to make us a breakfast at 6.30 am the day we were leaving.

Beautiful room, beautiful area upstairs. Very well equipped and clean gym. Tiny heaven within heaven.

Given the low density in terms of number of guests, we got plenty of space even though it is not a very large villa. The room was also comfortable and clean. Finally, Kardi and his team are always friendly, polite and responsive.

The welcome area is quite hot - would suggest better ventilation so guests can relax while waiting for their rides. The internet was down for 2 days (due to monkeys messing with the cables) so it was a little inconvenient. It also took a long time for the staff to clean up the room which is understandable given the small number of staffs available.

Wir haben selten einen so guten Service erfahren. Ein besonderer Dank geht an Fan und Pita, die uns jeden Wunsch sofort erfüllt haben. Sehr empfehlenswert!

La qualité des chambres et de la restauration. La gentillesse des intervenants et le soin dans la prise en charge des demandes. Nous avons eu la chance de séjourner dans cet hôtel et avons vraiment apprécié la qualité de service. Tout est fait pour qu'on se sente bien. La salle de sport ou de ciné sont top. A little out in the sticks but great if you want to feel zen for a few days and I was attending a wedding at Pandawa Cliff estate so it was amazing to be a 3 min walk to the venue

Very nice new villa with nice design, pool and a gym little but perfect with very good features. We had a room with a private pool very nice feeling waking up in the morning directly in a nice pool. The location is far from the living area and any trip took like 40 minutes, even if you want to eat something The monkeys around not so friendly, when they pay visits uninvited We believe a proper restaurant would resolve those problems, maybe with some recipes, normal portions and prices

Very nice accommodation, calm and quiet neighborhood. You need scoter to move around, but that is same for every place on Bali. The staff were very nice and helpful with excellent service. The rooms were the cleanest we had on Bali. The villa has everything you might need, there is also very nice gym. Some people might be afraid of the location, but in the end its close to nice beaches, and the roads in this area of Bali are with lowest traffic this is also nice bonus when riding from villa to beach or restaurants.

Great and comfortable stay, with friendly and helpful staff. The gym is small but the equipment are clean and good. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Location was a bit far from other places and drivers had a bit of difficulty finding us. The towels also appeared to have minor marks on them but smelled clean.

We stayed at the villa. It was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very kind and helpful and always available on whatsapp. The facilities arr great. There is a cinema room and a massage treatment room. We enjoyed the massage. The fitness room is also very good with 2 cardio machines and a squat rack with free weights and pullup bar. This is great for fitness enthusiasts. The room was big and comfy with a small terrace and pool, all very private. The food and drinks were also good, we had breakfasts at the hotel. They also arranged scooter for us in advance. Kardi was the lead staff also very helpful and available for any requests. The location is very quiet a little off road, but very closeby 15-30 min to becah clubs, Uluwatu centre, jimbaran bay etc. You will need a scooter or some way of transport to get around
