We stayed in a villa which is sooo spacious and the rooms are beautifully decorated and comfortable. Walking distance to Jimbaran beach to catch beautiful sunset.

I was upgraded from the 2 bedroom to a 4 bedroom, 3 storey stay. It was quite spacious and well managed. The staff was super attentive and amazing. Great breakfast as well. The upgraded stay had an infinity pool with an ocean view. Overall quite wonderful and worth the money. Great location close to the airport as well as attractions nearby.

Some of the owners stuff was in the rooms. Quite old stuff so it gave it a slightly spooky vibe. Overall not a major deal breaker

浴室水壓偏小、房間偏潮濕。住宿方的通訊方式只有whatsapp，對外國人使用上不是很友善。Willa出入口十分隱密，晚上燈光較暗。

Impeccably clean and well appointed. Staff were outstanding. Great location.

The only thing that was a bit challenging for us as a family with 2 young children is that all the rooms are seperate and you have to go outside by the pool to go to kitchen, living room or other rooms.

I loved this place! It was beautifully appointed and had all that you needed. The staff was attentive and made sure I had what I needed. The location ie superb and close to Jimbaran restaurants. There’s Samasta Village with a number of shops and restaurants literally across the road from the property.

Wie schon beschrieben, wunderbare Unterkunft. Der Weg zum Strand ist kurz (ca. 8 Min) und die Straße gut zu überqueren, auch weil der freundliche Security Mann sofort den Verkehr anhält. Wir hatten eine 2-Bedroom Villa gebucht, wurden aber in einer 4-Bedroom Villa untergebracht. Durften uns dann 2 Schlafräume aussuchen, die anderen beiden wurden versperrt, was uns überhaupt nicht beeinträchtig hat. Die Villa ist RIESIG! Der Pool mit Daybed genial. Alles sehr gepflegt. Das Persona unglaublich nett und zugewandt, hilft bei allen Wünschen sofort. Wir würden sofort wiederkommen. Danke für die tolle Gastfreundschaft. Hinweis: Es gibt auch Villen weiter oben, da war unser Fahrer zuerst, Diese liegen nicht so optimal. Wichtig ist unten eine Villa zu bekommen, gegenüber vom Mövenpick Hotel. Gegenüber gibt es dann in einer kleinen Mall tolle Restaurants, auch für Take-away. Frühstück kann optional in der Villa bestellt werden, wir haben aber oft auch was in der Mall geholt (Donuts, Mövenpick-Cafe). Der Strand ist Wahnsinn. Vor allem die open-air Restaurante bei Sonnenuntergang. Unbedingt ausprobieren.

Es gab gar nichts zum bemängeln. Danke nochmal für die tolle Zeit. Hinweis zur Schule: Durch die gute Isolierung unserer Zimmertüren, hörte man kaum etwas. Auch von der nahen Baustelle.

Villa sur 3 niveaux ( mais il y en a plusieurs différentes), hauts parleurs de l’école qui hurlent dans tout le quartier à partir de 8h.

The breakfast: the smoothie bowl, noodles, and oats are amazing ! Pancakes are okay. The staff are super helpful. Rooms are spacious and super clean.

The 4 bedroom villas are fabulous. The staff are excellent. So helpful.

The kitchen in villa Soma is a bit in need of maintenance. There are cupboards coming off and the cupboards are filled with quite a lot of things but some are dated and smelly. The chopping boards were gross. Apart from this, everything was perfect.

Loved the location. The property was amazing. I'd love to live here! The staff amazing. Our butler Kadek was superb.

This is a very nice property. The villa is top notch, they spared no expense making it nice. Right across the street from restaurants and shopping options. There was some construction in the area, but no noise in the evenings or early morning. Great communication from the team, highly recommended for your stay.

We were upgraded to the 4 bedroom villa which was huge for a family of 4. Great views, handy location to the beach (15min walk down), awesome private pools, clean, tidy, lovely staff.

Only negative (if you could call it negative) was the walk up to the villa each day. A lot of stairs in the heat. There is also evidence of some wear n tear showing.

We made our own breakfast, good kitchen every thing you needed.

We loved all of it, we were upgraded into a three bedroom villa ( two of the bedrooms locked off ) so there was so much space. Only slight complaint, if it is one was the school next door and their public announcement system which was a little intrusive at 7am.

It is absolutely beautiful villa we had an amazing time here. The staffs are extremely friendly and kind. Breakfast was amazing too! I also strongly recommend bbq in the villa it was so nice.

This is not complaining but there is not enough hot water to do hot bath.

The apartment is very clean, modern and extremely spacious. The pool is really big, clean and a lovely temperature. The staff came and made us breakfast in the apartment kitchen, which caught us by surprise at first (we thought they'd bring it on a tray) but was really nice. The privacy and quiet is great. It is a short walk from Jimbaran beach with all it's wonderful seafood restaurants and right across the street from the Movenpick hotel shopping precinct where my partner and I both had very good manicures. The icing on the cake was that, when I left a special shirt in the wardrobe, they carefully packaged it and couriered it to me in New Zealand. Nothing was in the slightest bit inconvenient for the staff, they went out of their way to make our stay special before, during and even afterwards.

Our drive had trouble finding the place, but the staff explained to him how to find it by phone

The property was amazing and exceptionally presented.

Noise, the next door villa was under construction and there is a school next door with a noisy PA system.

Bit of a hike every time you needed food. But quick to get a grab when not up to walking in the heat.

All of it, but the pool was a highlight and great seating options to enjoy it with the day bed and sun beds capturing sun at different times. The staff were also amazing.

Booked the 3 bedroom villa, but we were upgraded to the 4 bedroom. The villa is large, has a great pool and is very well-equipped. The staff were attentive and responsive to all inquiries and requests. The location is very convenient to move around the peninsula, and there is a small shopping center directly across the road with restaurants and a few clothing shops.

Not much to dislike. There is perhaps a bit of wear & tear from normal aging that could use some attention, but it’s nothing extreme.

Very beautiful property with stunning pool. Staff are very nice and very helpful. I highly recommend this property for a magical stay in Bali.

Bedrooms are directly on the pool and the only way to get from one to another is to pass by the pool area. I have 2 kids and my youngest doesn’t know how to swim. So, I was worried about her safety at night, but that’s on me for not checking beforehand. When I asked for early checkout, the property was gracious in understanding my concern about my child’s safety and they granted it.

Lovely staff, so friendly and helpful. It was great using a Whatsapp chat so things could be conveyed easily. We had many things delivered to the villa while we were away and the staff were so lovely putting them away for us and putting things in the fridge. The breakfast we added on was just lovely. Everything was special.

The view is amazing, great sunset and some great restaurants around. It’s an oasis from the hustle and bustle of Jimbaran.

The climb and the stairs won’t be for everyone but I personally loved it.

Perfect services, very kind staff, especially the 2 Madi's and Putra. The villa was just perfect, large, we enjoyed the BBQ party, extra paid but worth for it.

It was not a big problem, but 12 minutes to the see by walking and the traffic is heavy, not everywhere are pavements for walkers..

The layout is all over the place with every room including kitchen and lounge with their own entrance and on different floors. The place is old and tired and needs a big overhaul and the kitchen just smelt fusty the whole time and wasn’t very clean.

Service and cleaning

Charming and gorgeous villa. Would like to thank Anna, Novi and the team of dedicated staff for the wonderful experience. Attentive staff yet non intrusive, striking a good balance. Samasta Village is just opposite the road which gave good choices for meals. Well-secured place.

I liked the location, thr place, the rooms and everything, it is incredible place.

Staff are amazing and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. Pool and environment were beautiful and quiet, but with a shopping and restaurant precinct accross the road and Jumbaran fish restaurants an easy walk away. Rooms are well seperated as its over 3 levels with both level aand 3 having pool access. level 1 has two rooms seperated by the stairwell and level 3 has two rooms seperated by a lounge giving all heaps of privacy. Well equipped kitchen, so if you wnat to stay in and cook, or heat up some left overs its great with young kids

The Villa in which we stayed was showing signs of wear and tear from sun damnage and usage and soem parts could definalely do with a bit of an upgrade. The owners responsibility i suppose.

The welcome, even arriving late at night was so beautiful. The villa was kept spotlessly clean and we loved coming home to the beautifully smelling incense in the evening. The pool was big enough for lap swimming and kept so clean.

In an ideal world we would have liked the villa we booked but we were upgraded as the 3 bed was being renovated.

Huge, however very beautiful and cozy villa. Interior is a kind of fusion of modern and local style. The swimming pool is quite big, clean and much comfortable with the terrace around it. You will have everything you need in the villa. Staff is very supportive and friendly, ready to provide anything you need. They also try to feel your mood, if this is the moment you want to talk, they are ready to communicate, otherwise you are left with your dreams 😀 . Breakfast is served at the villa, cooked specially for you with wide selection (continental, american, healthy, vegetarian, local, fruits, juice...). You can also select amy time for breakfast serving. And finally, we were provided with the free of charge transfer to the airport. Villa is located on the fenced street with other villas with security, just in front of Samasta area, where you will find few restaurants and shops (1 minute walk). Muaya Beach is at 10 minutes walk distance with many local Jimbaran restaurants. Beach is not much impacted by tides, as e.g. Nusa Dua is. You can swim the whole day and every day.

All was perfect.

Exceeded all my expectations, best villa by far I stayed in. Modern, large, stylish with excellent service from the staff and absolute privacy. On my list to come back

We booked a 4 bedroom villa and were allocated Villa Soma. I hadn't seen many photos of it, but it was fabulous. Plenty of space for the extended family, lots of different living areas (indoor and out) to relax and outdoor decks to take in the ocean view and surroundings. There were 2 pools, a small one on the 1st level where 2 bedrooms were located and another bigger infinity pool on the top 4th level with the other 2 bedrooms and lounge room. The kitchen and dining area was located on the 3rd level where they fed us a great breakfast every morning. The staff here really make this place special, nothing was too much trouble and honestly we felt we were spoilt rotten, they came by twice a day to clean and tidy up, they dried off the pool decking areas after we swam so it wouldn't be wet and slippery, and they even helped confirm our restaurant bookings when we couldn't get through. Thank you Anna, Eka and Aye and all the amazing staff! We hope to come back again soon.

To be honest, there was nothing we didn't like. Even the stairs, (it's 4 levels including the entrance door floor), didn't bother us much, it was a good workout after all the big meals we were eating!

Great location and staff

The friendly staff elevated our experience ten fold. They were so friendly and accommodating and made our stay so comfortable. The villa itself was lovely and the kids had so much fun in the pool.

The villa was very clean and everyone was very friendly and helpful! It’s a good place for big families or big group of friends. The villa is also located opposite samasta lifestyle village where there’s a few restaurants, really convenient if you wish to dine nearby.

The villa is a little old (but very clean). Our villas has 4 rooms and the electricity in 1 of the rooms kept tripping but the staff were all very helpful in trying to solve the problem.
