Great villa in Marrakech - modern, stylish, and spotless throughout, with a gorgeous pool and all the comforts you’d want. The staff were the highlight: warm, attentive, and always happy to help, whether with recommendations or arranging transport. Close enough to the medina to feel connected, but peaceful enough to properly relax. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone visiting Marrakech. Would definitely recommend.

Très beau logement

We had an absolutely exceptional stay at the Triplex de Luxe Santorini in Marrakech. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the elegance, comfort, and attention to detail throughout the property. The accommodation is beautifully designed, spacious, stylish, and truly feels like a luxury home away from home. The private heated swimming pool was an incredible highlight and added an extra level of relaxation and exclusivity to our stay. The three bedrooms were beautifully presented, very comfortable, and provided plenty of space for everyone. Every detail has clearly been carefully considered to make guests feel comfortable and well looked after. The location is also excellent, making it very convenient for exploring Marrakech while still providing a peaceful and relaxing place to return to after a day out. We would also like to mention how excellent the communication with the host was. The host was friendly, professional, responsive, and always available whenever we had a question. This made the whole experience completely stress-free. We were genuinely delighted with our stay and could not have asked for a better experience. The property exceeded our expectations, and we would happily return without hesitation. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxurious, beautiful, and unforgettable stay in Marrakech!

Nothing, was very pleased

The location in central to everything it was local to any necessities and most of the main attractions were only a short taxi journey away. Any queries/questions we had our host was always contactable and responded quickly. The staff were very friendly and polite and the house was clean, the home in itself was beautiful and spacious, the whole group have nothing negative to say about this property, we would recommend it to anyone and would definitely come back!

Great property with excellent value for money. Rooftop pool and AC was a life saver in the heat during the day. Couldn’t have been happier and would definitely return again in the future.

Nothing. Property exceeded my expectations and couldn’t have been happier with it.

Great location, excellent property and nice rooms and pool. Very friendly staff would highly recommend to stay here in Marrakesh

The property was easy to find and in a great location to travel to a lot of the main attractions and restaurants in Marrakech. We loved the property upon arriving here for a week and found it suited our needs. The owner was fantastic and kept in communication with me throughout the stay asking if we needed and extra cleaning. Overall a great experience staying here and would definitely stay again.

Nothing to add

Very relaxing. Over three floors, comfy beds. And of course the amazing roof top with heated pool.

Everything was incredible. Property exactly as described. Modern, clean, spacious. I will definitely come back.

I liked the terrace although we didn’t had the time to enjoy it .

Loved the design and the homeliness of the property. Loved the location was placed on a quiet but beautiful street with shops a short distance walk away. Loved all of the facilities especially the rooftop pool. Loved the housekeeper, Asia and the property owner were so kind and welcoming. They made the stay so special.

Wouldn’t change a thing it was an excellent stay.

Great Villa 👌🏽

We had an amazing stay at this villa. Everything was absolutely perfect. The house is beautiful, very modern, and extremely clean. The equipment and facilities are excellent – everything you could possibly need is there. You can really tell that a lot of attention was paid to every detail. The owner is incredibly kind and helpful. He responded to every message immediately and made sure that everything was perfect for our stay. There is honestly nothing to complain about. We highly recommend this villa and would definitely love to come back again.

The location was so close to the city and the host was really friendly and welcoming, he is always making sure everything is fine and the whole apartment was clean . I will be there again.

The property met my expectations and was not too far from the airport. The management and staff were very friendly and welcoming.

We had a wonderful stay! The host was extremely responsive and helpful from start to finish, making everything smooth and stress-free. The accommodation was exactly as described, comfortable, and well maintained. We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again.

We had a truly peaceful and delightful 3-day stay at this beautiful villa. The villa itself is fantastic and very well-maintained; we especially enjoyed the private pool, which was a highlight of our trip. The location is also perfect—it’s conveniently close to local markets, shops, and cafes, and there are plenty of fun activities nearby that kept our 5-year-old daughter very entertained. A special thank you to Bahija, who helped us with the check-in and check-out process. She was incredibly gracious and gave us a wonderful, thorough tour of the property when we arrived, making us feel at home immediately. The owner, Fouad, was also exceptional. He is incredibly down-to-earth, humble, and hospitable. His communication was excellent, and his response time was impressive; we had a minor issue with the thermostat, and he resolved it immediately. Traveling with a 5-month-old baby can be stressful, but Fouad made it much easier by allowing us a late check-out, which was so helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our stay and will definitely be booking here again the next time we visit Marrakech. Highly recommended!

Such a beautiful place to stay! It has everything you need for a comfortable stay and all the space you'd need. The place was spotless and the staff were kind and very friendly. The area is peaceful and down the road is a great cafe to have some great coffee and breakfast! It has tvs in every room as well as climate control in each room too which was great! The host was easily accessible and very attentive with immediate responses and resolutions to any issues faced - he made sure our stay was the best it could be! I cannot fault this place and would come here over and over again when visiting Marrakesh

Very clean and tidy, host was super nice and supportive and very helpful.

Tous !

Good distance from city centre. Clean area. Great and welcoming host.

Everything was amazing

Property was modern, spacious and clean. The kitchen and living areas were well equipped and easy to use. Great bathrooms with shower pressure also. Comfortable beds! The best part was without doubt the spacious roof terrace, with a lovely pool to swim in on hot days! Communication was consistent and clear throughout also!

The property was very spacious and comfortable exactly as pictures show.

Not really anything , the only thing I would suggest is perhaps they provide a small welcome pack , just tea, coffee, milk & water. This allows you to settle in before needing to find the nearest supermarket which is actually only a short walk away. Also include maybe information about surrounding areas places to eat/entertainment.

The apartment was amazing and very clean. The host was really attentive and helped immediately with any questions. It was really easy to get into the city centre and I would recommend the InDrive app to get around as it saves haggling over taxi prices. There is a small supermarket within a 2 minute walk in one direction and a beer and wine shop the same distance in the opposite direction. Overall a great place to stay and we would highly recommended.

The pool was a bit on the cool side but that was down to the time of year we visited.
