TV and lounge dining setup. pictures showed reclining lounge chairs but reality uncomfortable lounge suite. Dining table and chairs not at all comfortable to sit in or at. TV was way too small

Central city stay and so close to everything - either walking or by scooter. Modern, clean and tidy apartment with the amenities we needed for our small family. Easy parking in the building with a great little cafe downstairs. Would recommend and will return next time in CHCH

房間隔音不佳，取鑰匙過程繁瑣，浴室太小間，蓮蓬頭水量太小，房間對面好像是警察局還是法院，半夜比較吵，常有嗚笛聲及車聲

Very comfortable, spacious, well set up apartment in a very convenient location - so close to Riverside and all the restaurants and attractions. Hosts sent very clear instructions on how to get into the unit and how to use the facilities. Laundry facilities also available. There was also a parking space available which was extra large - we didn’t have a car so didn’t need the space.

The apartment was beautiful, it had everything you needed, plus more. Quiet, clean & so convenient for the Bus Interchange, supermarket & the city centre.

It was perfectly comfortable for our family of 4, and the location was super.

The strategic location and the availability of the sheltered carpark was a great plus points.

Amazing. Absolutely loved everything. Comfort, clean, so easy to get in. The communication with hosts was superb. Best holiday venue we have ever had. Would return tomorrow. Everything was thought of with extra bits and bobs. Plenty of linen. Can't say enough.

市中心精華地段停車免費的住宿很少，但這間提供免費安全的室內停車場，且地點優(走去市中心10分鐘)、房間大又新、有電梯，價格便宜，整體性價比超高 雖然在booking上評價不多，取鑰匙的流程一開始會覺得有點模糊(鑰匙盒鎖在大樓對面停車場的柵欄上)，但房主給的指示很清楚，取得鑰匙後一切都很完美 雖然要自己倒垃圾，但垃圾場位置很方便，不是甚麼大問題

Location was great. Apartment was clean and very tidy.

It was pretty noisy with folks from the street after midnight (was a Saturday night and the windows were slightly ajar for ventilation).

距離車站很近，附近還有商店街，步行五分鐘可到超市，非常方便。兩間臥室都相當寬敞，是我這次行程睡得最舒服的兩晚。廚房基本設備完善，幾乎好用的醬料都有，另外還有咖啡機，相當不錯。

地點非常不錯，走路到熱鬧的巿中心只要六七分鐘，走到超級市場（NEW WORLD)也是六七分鐘，房間乾淨整潔，設備非常齊全，房東雖然沒有面對面，但也很貼心、細心回答

Location was superb as it was at CBD. walking distance to some really great cafes and nearby the Riverside Market. The place was neat, well kept, well stocked with pantry items, facilities were working well and hosts were responsive. The only thing I was not too happy was the insufficient heating as it was winter time, but the hosts were quick to respond to my queries and advised that they could have given me heating blankets if I had informed earlier.

Perfect location. Walkable to the Riverside Mall for affordable souvenirs shopping. Walk to Botanical Gardens, Bridge of Remembrance, and lots more! Next to ENTCentre for night activities such as mini golf, bowling, arcade and movies. Will definitely recommend this stay and will come back again if we're in NZ. Great space. I'm surprised that there's no heat pump or heated towel rack in the bathroom but it's no deal breaker. Balcony facing the Law building, makes us feel safe with the police cars always around. A big plus when you have a dedicated parking space in the underground garage!

Perfect Stay in Christchurch – Feels Just Like Home! We absolutely loved our stay in this apartment unit in Christchurch! The location was unbeatable—just a short walk from the city’s lively dining and shopping areas, with restaurants, cafés, shops, and even grocery stores conveniently nearby. It made exploring the city so easy and enjoyable. The unit itself was spotless, cozy, and fully equipped with all the amenities you’d expect in a real home. From the kitchen setup to the laundry facilities, everything we needed was there—making our stay extra comfortable. Having a dedicated parking space was a huge bonus since we rented a car. What made the experience even smoother were the clear and thoughtful instructions from the owners. Finding the place and settling in was stress-free and easy. It was a beautiful apartment right in the heart of the city walking distance to everything. Car Parking included was an extra bonus. Nice and large and everything you need. We will be back again.

Cleanliness and amenities

The location itself is great but being directly across from a very loud police station at all hours of the night isn't great. Double glazed closed windows helped block noise. Apartment was stifling hot even in April so I think the walls hold the heat of the sun all day and slow release heat all night.

Everything about this property was perfect. Extremely comfortable beds, very spacious and clean, had everything you could need and fantastic location. Hosts were very responsive to questions prior to arriving. Highly recommend this property.

Great location, very near Riverside Market (lots of food options) and Bridge of Remembrance. Apartment looks new and modern; has all the conveniences provided which includes a dryer and coffee machine.

The property was quiet, in great clean and tidy condition.

The kitchen could have done with a few more utensils for example spatula, cheese grater. We also found that it was very very hot in the bedrooms even with the windows open or aircon on in the living room. A fan would have been ideal for the warmer months. We thought it would have been useful to have an extra key as only having 1 meant we all had to come and go at the same time.

The apartment is a bit echoey, which could be softened by a large rug or other furniture. Would be nice to have a couch rather than just two lazy-boys, not very family friendly when only two people can relax.

The apartment was a couple of minutes walk away from riverside market and little high. Super central and easy to get around. The apartment had great facilities, was very affordable and offered a car park which was a bonus! Will definitely consider staying here should we return to Christchurch. The hosts were super responsive and had great communication. Highly recommend staying here.

The apartment was clean, spacious with great amenities. Having the parking space is a real bonus. Its proximity to the Riverside Markets is fantastic.

My only suggestion would be to have a coffee maker eg filter or Nespresso for caffeine addicts like me.
