Buffet price quite expensive , wish the a la carte could be adjusted to reflect the menu proposed on a daily basis. Eg a lamb chop with a salad and chips could be part of the a la carte daily menu at the same time it appears in the open buffet, there is less wastage and saves the chef from having to cook yet again even though a full fledge menu has been proposed

La musique assourdissante en longueur de journée et jusqu’à 11h15.Nos chambres étaient des caisses à résonance.J’ai demandé à baisser le son,mais rien à faire. Par ailleurs on m’avait proposé le transfert de l’aéroport à l’hôtel pour 2600 mur pour 2 personnes mais inconnues sur la liste ! Et les enfants ont du attendre une heure avant de trouver un taxi pour eux.

L’établissement est bien situé très propre le personnel est très agréable et très accueillant.

Le seule b mole est la chambre côté piscine si vous cherchez la tranquillité avec les soirée la musique est un peu gênante.

3 fois j’ai du appeler l’accueil pour juste changer de piles dans la télécommande de la Tv sans suite… c’est dommage.

Le massage était top ainsi que le possibilité du kid club, les taties étaient superbe avec nos enfants

Bonjour, À la réception ça été une attente de 40 minutes un peu fatiguant(j’avais pas compris pourquoi alors ce n’était pas vraiment busy busy. Par la suite le responsable de la réception s’est occupé de nous et tout s’est bien passée merci à lui pour sa patience, son professionnalisme et de nous avoir accompagné dans notre chambre et nous expliquer clairement tout. Arrivée au bar c’était vraiment l’accueil parfait, les staff ainsi que le manager était très professionnel à l’écoute et surtout prêt à servir. Je tiens à remercier Yvan, Adrien, Sahil, Kavish, Zahar, Sarvesh et aussi Mica le manager du bar pour leur travail, leur dévouement, patience et surtout pour leur sourire bonne humeur. Merci à tout les staff mentionner d’avoir fait de notre séjour inoubliable. Mon fils a adoré le toboggan et surtout l’Aqua gym, sans oublier le staff au toboggan est très gentil et connaît bien son travail. À bientôt

Rooms are spacious and modern

The place is extremely noisy and the rooms are not sound proof. The food is uninspired and the staff doesn't really look like they want to be there.

Bon séjour à Ocean creek Nous avons ete ravi de cet hôtel sauf l'endroit est un peu en retrait.. Un peu plus de navette vers les autres villes du Nord serait utile pour tous ! Cuisine de Manoj Patel était top! Acceuil au restaurant est superbe aussi.. Un bon 4* resort beach hotel

Personnel très agréable et chambre équipée d'un lit super confortable. Très bonne insonorisation : même avec une chambre donnant sur la piscine, on n'entend pratiquement rien de l'extérieur. Le petit-déjeuner buffet est varié et délicieux.

La localisation est un peu isolée : il n'y a pas grand-chose à faire à pied aux alentours de l'hôtel, ce qui oblige à prendre des transports pour sortir. Ce point négatif est cependant bien compensé par la navette gratuite proposée par l'hôtel pour se rendre aux points d'intérêt. Un bémol tout de même : l'heure de retour, fixée à 15h, est un peu trop tôt pour profiter pleinement d'une visite à Port-Louis par exemple.

The restaurant was not good for the price.

Amazing property in Balaclava with fantastic amenities for both kids and adults! It does have evening activities (dancing most nights), but we barely heard the music when we were in our room, which was great. Loads of activities for the kids. They do offer a little beach picnic setup at the nearby beach, which looked very special. The buffet dinner was exceptionally good, and the kitchen staff were very attentive to all guests needs. The bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on and the property was very clean !

We went in winter and whilst the beach was extremely comfortable to swim in, the pool and jacuzzis were freezing cold. Perhaps heating them would be better for winter guests.

La situation géographique de l'hôtel, dans une crique, en bord de rivière. La vue depuis le restaurant. Le personnel réactif, à l'écoute. Les nombreux endroits où on peut se prélasser.

Les sessions dansantes le soir de 21h à 23h. C'est trop bruyant si on est du côté piscine.

I am truly very disappointed and shocked by our stay at this hotel. I stayed there with my 2-year-old daughter, and when we arrived, the room was very dirty: there were hairs everywhere, huge spiders, and even blood stains. For a hotel, especially when staying with a young child, this is completely unacceptable. My daughter and I had a very bad night because we did not feel comfortable or safe in this room at all. Even though the hotel made a commercial gesture, it unfortunately does not change the negative experience we had. We were a whole family staying there and spent a lot of money at this hotel, so we expected at least cleanliness and comfort. I do not recommend this hotel after such a bad experience.

Le personnel est vraiment très chaleureux, on pense en particulier à Parvesh et shreeya de la réception et le personnel de chambre qui soigne tout les détails. Le restaurant était également de qualité.

Il est interdit de se baigner à la plage la plus proche, mais la encore chaque jour une navette gratuite nous emmène à une plage différente.

Hôtel très beau et propre sur 2 étages. Construit en 2023. Chambres sont très bien : mini bar, Tv, grand balcon, thé, café, bouteilles d eau Literie top Salle de bain top Animations géniales avec un personnel super dynamique : tir à l arc, aquagym, ping pong, pétanque, billard, mur d’escalade ; bateau pour descendre la rivière, pédalos, canoë et le soir coucher de soleil à la plage. Animation Ti punch et créole excellente Il y un tableau où toutes les activités sont notées. Il suffit de s y rendre Sauna et hammam inclus dans le séjour. Possibilité de massages. Il y a aussi une boutique Petit déjeuner de 7 à 10 h : ok bacon, jambon, champignons, tomates, pommes de terre, fruits, céréales, viennoiseries ; stand oeufs pour au plat, omelette etc, pancakes, jus de fruits, fromages, yaourts 2 piscines dont une avec toboggans et l autre animée toute la journée avec son bar central . Emplacement un peu éloigné pour se déplacer il faut un véhicule ( pour 3 semaines ; oui sinon pour une semaine, plein de sorties gratuites sont organisées : trou aux biches, mont Choisy, grand baie, Port Louis)

L'hôtel est juste magnifique, les chambres sont très belle et confortable, les repas sont bons.... Le personnel est très gentil, accueillant et très accessible !!!!! Merci tout particulièrement a Shameer de l'accueil, très pro et a l'écoute !!!!! Merci aussi a Loïc qui a été très gentil avec nous ... Je recommande cet hôtel sans hésitation !!!!!!

Les repas sont très répétitifs.... Mais c'est souvent le cas dans la plupart des hôtels...

L établissement est parfait, l’hôtel est très beau et très propre, la localisation est parfaite !

Tout propre et même l'accueil et très aimable accueillant... La chambre et super grand et insonorisées... Des activités pour les enfants et même une kids club toute la journée pour les enfants avec des personnel qui joue avec eux le temps de sortir en amoureux...tout proche de port louis ...

The booking and inflexibility forcing me to book 4 rooms where 2 family rooms would have been ample. Hotel « policy » was quoted as the inability to cater for our family need due to the fact that there was an age restriction on the bunk bed as opposed to weight limit!

Le cadre idyllique de cet établissement, la qualité du service, les petits déjeuners et l'ensemble des repas extraordinaires, les animations et l'ensemble du personnel est vraiment au top. Le service des navettes gratuites est une excellente idée et il est très appréciable pour se déplacer. Le Kids club franchement génial avec l'ensemble des activités qui y sont proposées. Un grand coup de cœur à tatie Éméline pour sa gentillesse. Attachante, quelques larmes ont coulées au moment du départ, du coup ma fille connaît déjà l'hôtel pour ses prochaines vacances elle reviendra.

J'ai passé un agréable moment en famille. Je trouve que les chambres familiaux sont géniales pour les grandes familles. La propreté etait au top et aussi le personnel sont aux petits soins.

La chambre était super , jacuzzi avec une bonne température et la piscine était bien mais dommage pas chauffé en hiver

Breakfast ended early (10:00) and many items were gone before that. The beach was not very nice. Almost everything required a reservation. The bathroom had a slight odor.

It was a short stay, but the room was lovely.

Loved how modern this property felt. Good to have two swimming pools and it's a fun hotel with lots of entertainment and daytime activities. We loved the gym and I had the gym studio room to myself to practice some yoga which was amazing We went to the gym before dinner and before breakfast and helpful that they have the water machine in the gym and gym towels There's also an outside jacuzzi which is lovely. The buffet dinner was incredible! Me and my Mauritian cousin loved that they also did veggie sushi as well as Mauritian cuisine classics. I wish they did some Dahl puri and gateau Piment (chilli cakes) though as that would be a special treat! The breakfast was also lovely and nice you can sit indoors or outdoors. We had a gorgeous view of the creek and palm trees and asked for a quiet room as I arrived from London that day. The evening entertainment was amazing! Incredible dancers and a brilliant DJ. Great to have music by the pool during the day. Room was lovely and nice you had eco friendly complimentary water bottles in the room.

As we didn't have the drinks package due to not booking all inclusive and just half board (breakfast and dinner) we didn't realise that this meant we had to buy water for our dinner. This should be made more clearer when booking. Neither me or my cousin drink alcohol so it wouldn't make sense for us to buy all inclusive when we're happy just drinking water. The team were supportive and organised water for our dinner table. We were aware that we weren't able to bring our own bottles of water from outside so we respected this rule. I think those on half board should at least have access to drinking water during their stay without having to pay for this -especially as it's hot weather Due to its location it doesn't have access to one of the best beaches but it's nice that there are sunbeds on the shore of the creek. The outside area is still very welcoming and although this is shared with a public beach it was very peaceful and nice that it wasn't over crowded. I didn't mind not being at one of the best beaches as I knew I would visit Flic en Flac during my trip. We still had a relaxing and special stay at Ocean's Creek and I loved how reasonable the price was for one night on a Saturday night (about £130 half board for two adults)

the room was spacious, modern, our two kids were happy with the bunk beds. the food was good. the kids club kept our kids busy and entertained. they loved it. evening entertainment was great, even for the kids. happy kids happy parents.

Overall the hotel is ok, good food with variety. cleanliness,amenities and superb complimentary boat trip along Riviere baie du tombeau. I was offered complimentary late check out till 14hrs.Special mention for MUZ and Navina.

The one thing i didnt like is the loud music and animation by the pool playing all day penetrating your room even with doors close and it was also very crowded around in and around the pool. They also put a little loud music during breakfast a moment one would prefer tranquility. The above was disturbing. If you want a calm amd relaxing place, I dont suggest. I dont mean to offend but i am just being honest.

The resort and facilities were good

The breakfast menu is the same the 7 days we stayed there ... There was too many flies in the food counter/ buffet area.. though the room services cleaned the room they did not restock the complimentary items including water .. we had to call and ask multiple times.. used milk & sugar sachets were kept back with the unused ones ..

Welcome was very smooth,warm and quick…a big thanks to navina at the reception for her help and info,accompanied us till the room,really appreciate.

I got the bad experience of power supply being cut off three times and last was during the night around 1 am…was quite a bad moment due to summer being very hot in the room.

The hotel had a really great and fun vibe at the pool - nice and tasteful music playing, and the pool bar was really fun and something we've not seen at other hotels in Mauritius yet. The family room had a great setup- we especially enjoyed the little sitting area, shower and bath setup, and the kids lived the bunk beds. The room was decorated very tastefully and overall the room was very quiet. We were situated at the far end of the hotel, so we found the room to be extremely quiet, but in addition, I do suspect the sliding doors leading out to the balcony are soundproof too, which added to the appeal of the room. It was very convenient to be able to order room service all day, as our kids are always hungry! We also loved how much shade there was around the pool all day, facilitated by a combination of strategically placed umbrellas and day beds, as well as plenty of tall trees. The kids club was probably also the most entertaining kids club we've encountered in Mauritius - and the fact that it had such a large indoor area (with aircon!) and a variety of activities for toddlers, made it a very fun hangout place for the kids. We will definitely consider coming back for another 2-night stay.

My husband didn't enjoy how soft the bed was, but I think the mattress topper could easily be removed. The alcoholic drinks were great, but food was OK- not bad, but probably only a 6 or 7 / 10. It was a bit annoying that we could only start swimming after 9 each day - as the kids were already up by 6am every morning!!
