Bardzo miły personel! Pozdrowienia od rodzinki z Polski dla Pana concierge! Zawsze miły i uśmiechnięty oraz bardzo pomocny! Hotel już raczej dość stary ale w pokojach czysto, ładnie i przestronnie. Basen na dachu w którym zawsze byliśmy sami :) Śniadania - standardowe jak w Azji w każdym hotelu.

Air conditioning was not cooling, cockroaches everywhere

carpets at the corridors were not so nice better to have non carpeted corridors especially for those either allergies

Close to the ocean and the centre of George Town. There are some nice restaurants and bars within walking distance. The room was large and comfortable with very effective air con. The staff could t have been more helpful.

The car park .. i need to wait for the guard to open the barricade for me to park my car .. and sometimes the guard disappears probably to toilet or to get some food .. totally understandable

The management should check tht toilets for water leaks. The soundproofing of the room was lousy. The carpet on the floor needs changing. Shortage of staffs.

The breakfast not that excellent, please improve the quality of food, use good quality of enchovy for your nasi lemak. And the Sambal also not that good. If you improve all these; I believe the quality of your hotel will be much better

The bed is comfortable. The area is big for two people to stay. Im take the double bed deluxe but still get space for two people.

Breakfast quality can be improve for more add value especially for the pasta. Apparently, staffs are nice and reception girls is helpful.

Room spacious and good. Breakfast just ok, nasi lemak - the rice keras not fully cooked, location just ok. Check in delayed reasons given the room not ready although I arrived after 3pm.

All new renovated room. Wood floor is clean and the toilet is brand new. Parkings are available on site. The staffs are good and helpful.

Not many eateries nearby especially for Muslims.

Overall experience was good but the value not tally with what others 4 Star Hotels. The parking lot was open area, no basement/roof parking, the swimming pool is mall in size, and room facilities like aging especially the WiFi and TV , poor connection on WiFi and TV keep unable to seen, poor signal antena receiver.

The wheelchair access allows those with walking difficulties to get to the lobby more easily than the entrance steps.

Unfortunately, the wheelchair access ramp is not signed, and its presence is not evident to those arriving at night. There was also no porter or bellboy available to offload luggage from the vehicle or assist with the room. Bags to the room was accomplished by one of the desk personnel, who did a great job and was quite helpful. In the room, the desk chair was very uncomfortable. When requesting a replacement chair and an additional chair for two guests, the additional chair was a hassock or footstool. No replacement was made. For a business traveler spending hours in front of a computer, this is not good.

The location was convenient for me.

I stayed on the 8th floor. The doors of all the adjacent rooms are closed very loudly. The water in my shower area does not recede fast because the outlet, I believe was clogged. The cleaners should ensure that hairs are cleared.

The room and bathroom were good size. The spa worked well and the staff were great.

The breakfast was not very good. After being asked to have breakfast at 9:30 due to being busy almost all the food I wanted to eat was gone or just scraps left.

This place was amazing, The location is within walking distance to Gurney plaza via the new beach path, the bus stop is accross the road to get to penang or gurney very easily.. The front desk were so helpful they even froze my icepack when I returned from the dentist,, Breakfast is amazing loads of seating and food options, egg station was on point and fast, The concergie on the door deserves a gold star and a pay rise, He was so helpful, kind and always smiling. was welcoming everytime you return to the hotel makes you fee at home Great roof pool was clean and not busy with kids which was a lovely change.

Room is clean but would be better if the air conditioner being look after. Location quite ok, there is a walk way link to Gurney Plaza, Gurney Paragon ......... As for b'fast need to do some improvement for the heating of food..... the food is not hot as it should but the variety is good.

unacceptable. I came with my children for a family vacation and purposely booked an executive room to ensure comfort and cleanliness for my family. Instead, we experienced something so disgusting and traumatic that we will never forget it. The room was filthy and clearly not cleaned at all. There was literal shit on the bedsheet and even a used condom wrapper left behind. The shit on the bed wasn’t even cleaned — it was simply covered with a towel as if that could hide it. This is beyond disgusting, unhygienic, and absolutely shocking. No family should ever have to experience something this revolting. This level of negligence is unacceptable, and the hotel should be ashamed of such terrible standards.

THE SHIT ON THE BED WASN’T EVEN CLEANED — IT WAS SIMPLY COVERED WITH A TOWEL AS IF THAT COULD HIDE IT. THIS IS BEYOND DISGUSTING, UNHYGIENIC, AND ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING.

Der Poolbereich war enttäuschend( kaum Liegen,keine Sonnenschirme und absolut kein Ambiente zum verweilen, ab 19.00 Uhr geschlossen ) Absolut kein Frühstück für Europäer Schon ziemlich abgewohnt alles

De kamer en badkamer waren ruim. Het personeel was vriendelijk. De inkom van het hotel straalde 4 sterren uit, daarna stopte dit. De douche was goed.

De kamer was in verval. Het behangpapier hing los aan de muur en de voegen in de badkamer ontbraken en was vies. De tapijten in de gang zaten vol vlekken. Het ontbijt veel keuze maar niet voor de westerse toerist. Het brood was niet te eten van ouderdom en yochurt was op. In de "verse " groeten was het een broeihaard van kleine insecten, ook niet te eten dus. Zeker geen 4 sterren hotel.

liked the room as it was spacious for three pax and location was good

the breakfast spread was bad, the plates and cup/source were dusty and not so clean, please improve. the parking rail (or however you address it) was bad idea as its not easy to park and exit/access to the car due to the space. the bathroom has slight faulty smell the TV had only HBO and local channels, since it was raining we were all bored as can't watch any nice movie.

Location was suitable as it was near Gurney drive. Room was spacious.

Parking bays were too narrow esp since we had to squeeze into steel platforms that were to small.

I arrived at 2;40pm but front desk refused to give me a room even though the hotel was not fully occupied.
