The stay in general was disappointing. The place is quite shabby with moldy spots on the ceiling, stains on the couch and general dirtiness throughout the space including the kitchen and floors. The deck had a quite nice view actually, but with the air conditioning ventilation pointed right at the deck, if you had the air conditioning on, the deck was unbearably hot. Annoyingly too, as soon as we showed up we alerted the host that the internet was down and they took no action to assist. It was out for the entirety of our 3-day stay, and they offered no solution (Ex. paying for extra data). Check in was complicated. Do not stay here.

Do not book this property. This was, without a doubt, one of the worst short-term accommodation experiences I have ever had. The property is severely neglected, dirty, and drastically misleading compared to its listing description. It is completely overpriced and needs immediate, thorough restoration. Here are the specific issues encountered during the stay: Severe Lack of Hygiene & Cleanliness: Filthy floors, moldy ceilings with visible leak marks, and a dirty, blocked kitchen sink. The kitchenette and washing machine were both unclean. Appalling Bedding & Odors: The beds came with quilts but lacked clean bed linens. The pillows had a strong, repulsive smell, indicating linens were not changed prior to check-in. Disgusting Bathrooms: The toilets and shower cubicles were filthy. Shower floors and walls were sticky, shower screens were heavily soiled, and body wash/shampoo bottles were unlabelled and left nearly empty. Insufficient toilet paper was provided. Faulty Amenities & Maintenance: Both the air-conditioning and fan controllers were malfunctioning. Unusable Features: The balcony is completely unusable because hot exhaust air blows directly onto it, making it impossible to stand or sit outside. Additionally, vehicular turnings in the multi-story carpark are dangerously narrow and tight. Conclusion: The listing description is a complete misrepresentation of the actual conditions. I strongly advise prospective guests to AVOID this place. The property owner needs to urgently overhaul and clean this unit, and the booking platform should review and remove this listing to protect future travelers from such appalling standards.

Bathroom needs a refurbishment and communal areas needed decorating. The apartment is fine apart from the bathroom.

The management was extremely disappointing. After 5:00 PM, there was no one available to assist guests. One of our rooms was accidentally locked, but there was no hotel staff to help us. We tried contacting the hotel multiple times, but they didn't respond until the next day. As a result, my family had to spend the entire night without access to the locked room or even basic necessities like blankets. I requested the security guard to at least provide us with two blankets, but he said they didn't have any available. This level of service is unacceptable and made our stay very unpleasant.

The cleanliness of the property need to put more attention. The toilet was ok but not the appliances in the toilet. There were mold at the toilet faucet.

Only the TV channels that can satisfy my stay.

Kitchen basin continue stuck after few minutes even it has been fix by the staff When we make booking, already indicate that we have 5 adults and yet toilet rolls given 1 new roll and the other 2 roll being used before, both left quarter roll only, when request for replacement, request was rejected.

Overall was very good, met my expectation. The location was so strategic and convenient, easy to go anywhere in Penang. The unit quite big, the beds are very comfortable and more than enough for 6 of us.

1 of the of the water heater in the 2nd room not functioning. The main door stopper not functioning. Others are good.

Location First time in Penning island. Feel bit isolated as not much communication with the host at all . Not much guidance. Wanted to stay one more night . As did not explore the island fully. Very confusing from host . Perhaps lack the of English communication. Decided to leave next day .

Rumah yang selesa dan kelengkapan yang sederhana lengkap, tempat tidur yang selesa.

Parking bertingkat dengan laluan yang agak sempait dan agak sukar untuk turun dan naik tidak sesuai untuk 4×4 ataupun van. Untuk keselesaan penyewa yang berkenderaan agak besar boleh la disediakan parking dihadapan hotel.

The view was spectacular I enjoyed it so much. The house is really clean and smells good.

The parking is a bit scary and too hard for a big car to go up to level 3 to park. The parking design is too weird where after the corner when going up or down there is a big pole structure and that does not make sense. i ended up parking outside and needed to pay Rm1.20 per hour.

Mislead by the picture of the apt. The pic shown is not hejmo suites but mansion one.

1. The hotel room and lobby decorations are very nice and pleasant. 2. The location is very convenient, with a mall and shops nearby. 3. The staff, especially at the reception, are very helpful and friendly. 4. Parking is easy and hassle-free.

1. Regular towels would be much better than disposable towels. 2. The room felt a bit small considering the price. 3. I booked two rooms, but both rooms did not have windows.

That place is convenient.

1. 5 of us stay , only 1 key. When I ask the PIC, no bother. The door cannot lock from inside. 2. If you are a clean person, you will not like it. The bathroom are not well clean. Always got the urine smell. Not proper clean. Bathroom floor dirty, living room floor sticky. 3. Balcony not clean and have cigarette on floor. 4. Bed also got smell. When I try to feedback to the incharge person, the reply was "we clean everyday". My advice is, if you are a clean person, don't go for it. If you used to be dirty, then this place is okay for you.

Good location next to hospital with many food courts near by.

We stayed for 20 days and upon arrival found a leaking toilet that took 8 days to fix. Property is tired and in need of a refreshing . The undisclosed extra charges were an additional quarter of the booking fee.

For me honestly it was comfortable and quite convenient , but the towels look like been used, then the tv very2 worst, there's no broomstick for me to swept the floor. There's questions mark in my mind from the review I read before booking, most of it said good and great experience staying there but mostly are foreigners that travel here, so there is any prejudice or bias for local ppl?

The house and room are very nice decorations. So clean,tidy and comfortable.

Security is so rude... Parking a lot but the number of parking does not enter properly...

The location is good, but please dp not mention sea view if blocked by other apartment.

Almost all, parking, lift, apartment itself, door, interior design.. This my 1st and last here. I will not gonna check in again next time.

The guard was awful and very unhelpful. The neighbor was so noisy, the room next door sounded hauted-like someone was dragging chairs all night which made it hard to sleep, suddenly screamed in the middle of the night.

air conditional does not function well. Beside there is not lift from the car park to lobby , elderly people face difficulty to walk all the way from basement to ground floor.
