ada miscomunication after saya check out, pihak management seakan menuduh saya dengan sengaja menghilang 4 towel sedangkan yang di provide hanya dua..tapi management still insist mereka sediakan 6 towel dan tiada pula pihak homestay declare di mana2 bahawa mereka menyediakan 6 towel, respon dari pihak homestay untuk masalah yang berlaku jugak agak lambat..

Overall is good place to check in, but if got beverage amenities there will be your place is 5 *. but anyway your place is good and convenience. Maybe after this if i came to penang i will check in here no doubt.

This is my second stay at mansion.. The first visit was comfortable compare to this time. The equipment/ furnitures seems old and not asthetic. The enviroment in the house is just ordinary, not feel warm/welcoming for vacation. With the price, can get better place with better facility. Not able to enter the parking lot using the card provided and no security guard available there. So we need to wait for the security to come and reset the card.

Location is great. Just a short drive to nice food places. Carpark is provided.

Carpark height limit is very concerning as our alphard couldn't park into the allocated carpark. This was understandable but the owner wasn't helpful in helping us finding another carpark. She did let us know that there's another carpark space available there. However, when we inform her that that space was too narrow to park into as the vehicle beside the space parked too close, she didn't take any action. We did ask if she could ask the owner of the vehicle to move it slightly to the side but she said that she didn't know who's the owner. We then have no choice but to ask her to provide us info of public parking nearby. We had to park quite far away from the building as parking space nearby is limited and the parking fee is not reimbursed. We think that this is very frustrating as the owner should have informed clearly that the parking space provided is not suitable for taller vehicles. If this is the end of things we wouldn't giving such low rating. Upon check-in, we saw the unit is old and not well maintained. Bedsheets seems old and dusty. Sofas are broken and uncomfortable to sit in. The dining island is broken and the chairs felt shaky. We felt our skin itching after seating at the sofas. Luckily we brought our own disposable bedsheets, we couldn't imagine if we had to sleep through 4 nights on such unhygienic beds. This is very unacceptable as we don't think it is ethical to rent out such run-downed apartment unit to guests. We just want to let future guests know what they're signing up for as the photos are taken quite long ago and is clearly outdated. We hope the owner can renovate, take care of the unit's hygiene and retake the property pictures.

The host of the stay is helpful and kind. The place was clean, good value of money.

The location is nicely just next to the hospital that we wanted to go, however not much food choices around, and have to walk a bit far.

I booked this place with 2 of my friends, we had a great time !! The flat is very well organized and functional to cook simple meals. The location was very good for us as the area is quiet but easy to go everywhere with Grab.

1）保安没礼貌～走廊有点臭 2）半夜两三点楼上有拖椅子声音，导致不能入睡～ 3）设施不是很齐全，现在民宿都有水机了，这里还使用煲水，够谁喝？而且没有风筒～ 4）sofa床根本不能睡，宁愿睡地上也不要睡sofa床 5）没试过住民宿需要自己丢垃圾，还好不是要我们扫地抹地洗被单再走 6）wifi有点差

The internet connection is totally not working. The worst issue is that the air conditioners in the master room and hall are leaking continuously. The floor became wet and we had to clean it ourselves to avoid any accidents.

Good location. The water and parks were a short walk away. Everything else a grab away. The beds were really comfortable. The host was very responsive, understanding and helpful!

Being western we do like a duvet. An extra duvet for the single beds would have been great!

Sampah kena bawa turun & buang sendiri. Walhal stay 1 malam je. Kena check out sebelum pukul 11am. Alasan cleaner datang tepat pukul 11. Why not cleaner settle the sampah?

We tried calling several times before check-in, but no one answered the call. Very bad customer service. We requested early check-in but did not receive any response. We will not recommend this to anyone.The shower 🚿 very low temperature.

The property we stayed did not match the picture as advertised on booking.com so guests are being deceived. Instead it is a different property that is poorly maintained - paint is peeling off the bottom of the bathroom doors, laminate on the floor is peeling off as well as the wallpaper. The couch was badly stained and had overall unclean feeling to the apartment.

Had a wonderful stay. The room was clean, comfortable and the service was excellent.

房间门锁🔒松脱，厨房水喉不太方便，该换换双喉水咙头，阳台没有水龙头洗地，拖把，扫把放外阳台太肮脏没法用，风扇遥控器该买新的方便住户使用，每家租户都是有付费，该照顾好基本的设施。。。。。carpark 灯光不够亮，更何况有下雨没下雨都会积水，真的无言

maybe the facilities in the house can up to date a bit, though there's a provided tv box, however we could not access to it, as we tried multiple ways and it still not functioning. And there are ants litter around once we left food on the dinning table, this is quite inconvenient for us as well.

It has all the amenities you could want in a home. We loved the room we booked for the view of the Twin Towers. The pool and gym are extremely enjoyable. items are new We have a bit of a fly problem towards the evening, but just keeping the windows closed should be enough; the air conditioner does more than enough work on its own. This wasn't a problem for us either.

It was next to the hospital that we’re going. So location wise it was perfect for us.

Two of the four window’s lock was broken. Sent the photos to the admin, who said that s/he will follow up with the owner, but we never heard back about it. Fridge was not cold, told the admin, s/he wants to send someone to check, but because it needs someone to go inside the unit and the schedule didn’t match with us, we said to leave it as is. Many spider webs on ceiling, a used washcloth on the table, also reported this to the admin with no response. The shower was so short it’s a bit hard to utilize.

Host created a WhatsApp group where every little information about the room, location, … was posted and this really was helpful to understand and do things better. Location of the property is nice, quiet and closer to gurney. Property was just similar to how the photos were posted, clean and well maintained. Picture perfect property.

Price is a bit higher but considering the property and location it is justified. If you want to go to chulia and Armenian Street that is not close by.

Close proximity to eateries and gurney drive . Comfortable, equipped with basic kitchenware and gadgets . Nice balcony and seaview. Convenience stores and coffee shop downstairs .

Disabled wheelchair access not available that weekend , I saw folks on wheelchair carried up the steep stairs . We also had to lug our luggage up . Kitchen needs a drying towel for dishes as we are asked to put all dishes away. Bathrooms also need hand towels. Lack a small kitchen chopping board for cutting fruits . There were no spare dustbin liners

The water heater in the living room is not functioning well and the ventilation in said toilet is not working properly as there is a very strong cigarette smell that came through the ventilation.

We like the location. We mostly travel by Grab from the property to places like Padang Kota, Lebuh Chulia and Georgetown.

Very disappointing and unsafe stay We had a very unpleasant experience staying at this service apartment in Mansion One, Penang. From the moment we checked in, the entire apartment smelled 2strongly of camphor balls, which was extremely unwelcoming and uncomfortable. The smell lingered throughout our stay. The listing advertised a -bedroom apartment, but in reality the space had been subdivided, making the living room and bedroom very small and cramped, nothing like what was shown or implied in the listing. The kitchen had visible mould, which raised hygiene concerns. Most seriously, the bathroom door had a sharp metal lock/fixture sticking out. This was extremely dangerous. My family member accidentally brushed against it and cut his arm three separate times on different occasions, with the cuts being quite deep. This is a clear safety hazard and could easily cause serious injury, especially to children. And both power points in the second divided bedroom did not work. Overall, the apartment was misleadingly advertised, poorly maintained, unhygienic, and unsafe. We are very disappointed and would not recommend this property to other travellers unless these serious issues are properly addressed.

I like the location of this stay, located at the center of penang island near to many attraction spot. Easy to find local food hawker. Besides, the decorations in this stay are simple yet very nice to accommodate me and my family. All eletrical appliances are in good condition except for iron. Water heater, fridge, microwave are functioning well. After communicated with the host, they replied that they will replace the iron the next day since their staff is already heading back home. It is understandable since it was already late evening.

Honestly, it was by far the cleanest unit i've stayed in Island. The beds were comfortable, the unit comes with a beautiful view facing the beach on Gurney! Just perfect stay :)

Carry ur trash into the lift. Throw at the desi area in front of the building. Not a pleasant experience when many people in the lift.

I’ve been staying in this studio house for a few months and it’s been great so far. The room is well-designed and makes good use of space. Everything looks new, the furniture, the bathroom, even the curtains. It feels very comfortable to live in.

At 5-6 am the staff already alert us to check out by 11, the house rules mentioned check out is by 12. When confronted they said mistake and allowed us to be there till 12. So many rules, everything got penalty and the deposit was not mentioned in booking.com earlier. Even garbage must throw yourselves or else fine. Bedsheets looked rather old..one fan was broken but didn't drop

the unit is nice, hosts provided all the things that is necessary, toiletries, towels, ironing board, hair dryer, hangers. kitchen is complete with water filter, kettle, pots and pans. the fridge is clean. toilets are functioning well.

need to share the air cond controller, the fan controller in the room is not working, i can only switch on and off but unable to change the speed of the fan. there is only one parking lot provided.
