One thing I didn’t like about the apartment was the strong smell of dampness. If you are sensitive to this kind of smell or have an issue with humidity, I would recommend taking this into consideration before booking

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026The apartment was very modern and really clean. It had a traditional feel, and the experience of opening the shutters each morning, walking onto the balcony and looking out was amazing! There was enough room for a family of 5. The facilities in the apartment were great.
The mopeds which were parked along Mariblanca were really loud when parking up/leaving, however, it did give that city living feeling!

Reviewed Aug 22, 2026The aesthetics of the room were lovely very open, which is why we booked it.
We had hot water warm water should I say for two days but the last two the water was cold every time we used the shower. Wi-Fi on 34th day extremely intermittent struggling to stream or even load the TV. Also on the pictures it looks like there’s a café within the hotel but every time we walked past there was an unmanned Coffey station but with two people working in there but the room was closed. No one was ever sat at reception throughout our whole day of us coming back-and-forth. However, we did come into contact with the cleaner who was absolutely lovely and worked extremely hard every time we saw her. Also, The Non in person replies from Homely via WhatsApp communication was great and they were informative and helpful.

Reviewed Aug 21, 2026Výhodou tohoto ubytování je, že se nachází přímo v historickém centru. Pro milovníky moře je trasa trochu vzdálená, ale nám to nevadilo, jelikož se rádi procházíme. Komunikace s ubytovatelem byla velmi dobrá, dokonce nám vyšli vstříct při předčasném příjezdu. Apartmán byl čistý a pohodlný. Vše fungovalo a bylo v pořádku.

Reviewed Aug 19, 2026El edificio en si era muy bonito y tranquilo. Todo nuevo y una decoración muy natural. Esta situado a pocos metros del centro. Agradecimos, que hubiera una sombrilla y nos permitirán dejar las maletas el último día.
Al ser nuestro apartamento en la planta baja, se oía a la vece que decidida sentarse en el patio. Era un estudio y no tenía mesa para comer. El armario no permite colgar prendas largas, así que sugerimos una solución.

Reviewed Aug 19, 2026De locatie is uitstekend: bezienswaardigheden, restaurants, cafés en winkels liggen allemaal op loopafstand. Het appartement is mooi en slim ingericht, vooral de keuken. De bedden zijn goed, al zijn de kussens voor ons veel te zacht. De ruimte was precies groot genoeg voor drie personen. Het appartement heeft verder alles wat je nodig hebt.
Het parkeren was wel wat omslachtig. We hadden instructies via de app ontvangen, maar het bleek alsnog lastig om de parkeergarage te vinden. En je loopt het risico om straten in te rijden waar je niet in mag, met als gevolg: boetes! De parkeerplaats zelf is prima en ligt op korte loopafstand van het appartement. Voor een verblijf van drie nachten is één handdoek per persoon te weinig. Daarnaast is de badkamer wat verouderd. Ook hadden we midden in de nacht last van lawaai van andere gasten, wat ten koste ging van onze nachtrust.

Reviewed Aug 15, 2026Logement situé en plein centre ville, Il est possible de tout faire à pied et la plage se trouve à seulement 20 minutes à pied, ce qui est un atout majeur. Le logement est bien équipé et fonctionnel et joliment décoré. Le personnel est disponible et réactif.
L’immeuble n’est pas du tout insonorisé, on entend tout ce qui se passe chez les voisins ainsi que dans la rue, ce qui est assez dérangeant si vous souhaitez passer une nuit tranquille. Le ménage peut être effectué moyennant des frais supplémentaires, ce qui à mon sens est un peu dommage pour les longs séjours et au vu du prix du logement. Il serait opportun de l’inclure même si ce n’est pas tous les jours. Le wifi est très lent.

Reviewed Aug 8, 2026We had a fantastic time staying at this apartment! The location could not have been better—we were able to walk everywhere comfortably. Whether we were heading to the charming Old Town, spending a day at the beach, or walking over to the football stadium, everything was within easy walking distance. Despite being so close to all the main spots, noise was never an issue, making for a very relaxing stay. One crucial tip: I whole-heartedly recommend booking a parking space in advance through the host. The spot is just a few minutes' walk from the apartment, and it was a absolute lifesaver. Parking across Malaga and the surrounding areas is notoriously difficult, so having a dedicated space guaranteed made our trip completely stress-free. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again—highly recommended!

Comunicazione con lo staff non chiarissima, ma se non hai necessità di supporto non è un grosso problema. La zona dello stabile nonostante in centro è davvero molto silenziosa rispetto all'esterno, peccato per i rumori all' interno (porte che sbattono, rumori degli altri ospiti) sicuramente non è colpa dei proprietari ma della maleducazione della gente però segnalo solo perché se cercate stabile insonorizzato questo non lo è.

Reviewed Jul 6, 2026Mycket bra och centralt läge. Nära till allt i gamla stan, så som restauranger, katedralen och den stora shoppinggatan. En lagom promenad på ca 20 minuter till stranden. Vi valde att gå lite längre bort på stranden för lugnare läge och billigare solstolar. Väl renoverad lägenhet som var ren och snygg när vi kom. Vi fick även nya handdukar och bäddat efter halva vistelsen. Missa inte kaffestället tvärs över gatan och det Mexikanska stället längst ner på gatan där vi käkade två gånger.
Inget som jag kommer på.

Okolica jest stosunkowo cicha, w bliskiej odległości do wszystkich atrakcji. Obok obiektu znajduje się także garaż. Personel przesłał wiele bardzo przydatnych informacji odpowiednio wcześniej, dzięki czemu mogłam przygotować się do wyjazdu. Ładny, loftowy wystrój.
Łazienka na górze posiada już trochę „zadrapań”, szafka na górze także bardzo trudna do otwarcia. Szkoda, że na balkonie nie było żadnego krzesła. Miłym dodatkiem byłby zapas kawy - w obiekcie znajduje się ekspres, ale otrzymałam tylko powitalną kapsułkę, pojedyncza dla każdej osoby.

Reviewed Jun 14, 2026Heel netjes en ruim appartement, alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Inclusief eigen buitenplaatsje, koffie faciliteit en zelfs een wasmachine.
Wij ervaarde regelmatig een beetje overlast van de geluiden van de (boven) buren. Nou zijn wij wel realistisch dat je in een appartementencomplex altijd geluiden hebt van buren. Maar we hadden wel 2 avonden dat het leek alsof de hele verdieping verhuisd/verschoven werd. Maar er is goed contact te leggen met de verhuurder die wel altijd probeerd op te lossen en mee te denken dus viel het tegen, niet heel erg dus, een klein puntje van aandacht.

Reviewed May 27, 2026Tolles, sehr geräumiges und stilvoll eingerichtetes Apartment. Sehr zentrumsnah und trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegen. Betten waren gut und das Personal an der kleinen Rezeption sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Kleines Café im Erdgeschoss.
Leider hat man keinerlei Aussicht, sondern schaut in einen kleinen Innenhof/Lichtschacht. Man fühlt sich dadurch beengt, obwohl das Apartment sehr geräumig ist.

Reviewed May 24, 2026Everything about the apartment was great. The terrace was a lovely place to relax in the evening after many hours of exploring Málaga. The apartment was very well equipped. It had a washing machine, a dishwasher, and even a beach umbrella. Overall, it was a fantastic place to stay, and I would highly recommend it.
There were no major downsides. The only small thing I could mention is that the floors were not cleaned perfectly, but this was really a minor detail and did not take away from an otherwise excellent stay.

We hadden via de accommodatie een parkeerplaats gereserveerd en toen we hier aankwamen was er binnen 5minuten iemand die ons hielp bij de parkeergarage, mee liep naar het appartement en alles verder uitlegde. Je krijg geen sleutel of pasje maar een code waarmee je de overal toegang tot hebt. Ideaal! De kamer werd nog schoongemaakt op het moment dat we arriveerde (12:00) maar we konden alvast onze koffers kwijt en konden de stad in (alles op loopafstand). Later kregen we een appje dat de kamer klaar was. Heel blij met deze locatie en service.

Reviewed May 4, 2026Poloha, čistota, vybavení a zařízení apartmánu, dobrá komunikace. Dostatečné množství ručníků, dobře vybavená kuchyň, na každý den tableta do myčky.
Pod apartmány je bar, kde v pátek a sobotu byl opravdu velký hluk až do 2 do rána. Musím však ocenit, že ve startovacím balíčku byly špunty do uší.

Reviewed May 3, 2026Tolle Lage. Hilfsbereites und freundliches Personal. Gemütliches Flair durch die Steinwände und die individuelle Ausstattung. Sehr gute Ausstattung der Küche, ebenso der Waschmöglichkeiten (Waschmaschine, Ständer, Bügelbrett/Bügeleisen usw)
Teilweise etwas abgelebte, wackelige Möbel. gilt ebenso für den Föhn. Die Klimaanlage sowie der Ventilator funktionieren nicht. Das Fenster konnte zwar geöffnet werden, aber wenn die Gäste unter dem Apartment in deren Terrasse rauchten, zog es durch den Innenhof zu und herein. Dann blieb kaum mehr eine Möglichkeit für frische Luft. An der Dusche war der Knauf zum Umstellen von „Regendusche“ auf Handstück defekt, sodass das Wasser nur von oben kam. Für viele vermutlich genau das Richtige, für uns eher nicht so. Es ist sehr hellhörig.

The location is convenient and a short walk from the main sights in the historical centre. There is a supermarket very close by and plenty of bars and cafes, too. The communication from the hosts was excellent.
There was nothing I did not like.
