The towel should be change to a real towel material.

As others also commented the towel were not absorbent type. Pls change to further improve the service.

When I went to get the key the guards didn't want to give it to me because I needed a QRcode given by the owner. Which was not given to me before hand. If I didn't have internet I would not have been able to contact the owner to get it. It would be better to receive this information ahead of time so you can just check in. So that didn't go well. I did not find the location all that great. There are a lot of restaurants around where you can walk too easily, but that's it. To go further you have to cross a busy road without pedestrian crossing and you have to walk along the bussy road. It's far from the center I thought to walk.

Reviewed Apr 27, 2024I like how the owner takes care of us before check in until check out . Very friendly and easy to communicate with. The house is very clean and very convenient there's a refrigerator , a washing machine you can use to wash your clothes if needed because they also have many hanger and rack to dry your clothes at balcony , have an iron , induction cooker, towels and toiletries. As if i'm at my own house 😂 everything is good and great, if i'm going to melaka again, will surely book at here again.

the bed sheet and pillow case is dark grey colour and got few white stain looks like stale saliva (maybe). not sure the bedsheet and pillow case is washed or not. the security is so strict because need to control the crowd. my kids got small blister on his leg at 1 of the swimming pools.
