Lovely central apartment with two large bedrooms nearby Oslo Opera, vis a vis Botanical garden

Great location - right opposite the beautiful botanic gardens, 20 minute walk to city centre, 5 mins to the metro station, 5 mins to supermarket/ bakery, 10 mins to the Grünerløkka district with shops, cafes etc. Flat itself is nicely done out and cosy with all you need. The owner was responsive and helpful.

It was not a problem for us but be aware if you are more than two people that the second bedroom is effectively the living room so you need to get the beds out in the evening.

Het is eigenlijk een one bedroom apartment met matrassen op de grond in de woonkamer. Het voelde niet heel gastvrij door de vele waarschuwingen en regels over het appartement. Er wordt een forse borg gevraagd voor een appartement wat minimaal is toegerust. De foto’s zijn veel frisser dan het in werkelijkheid is. Er waren daarnaast geen thee of handdoeken in de keuken aanwezig. De prijs van het appartement is ook niet in verhouding tot wat er wordt geboden.

There are extra huge amounts you have to pay and when you ask to cancel the reservation they refuse and you have to walk 25 minutes to get the key from the train station it’s ridiculous and unacceptable experience 👎

Nice apartment, comfortable, lovely multi-cultural neighbourhood with many great food options. When I expressed concern about the app the host asked me to install for deposit transfer (note the fine print in the conditions), and the appalling privacy policy of the app they asked me to install to open the doors, the host kindly found a solution that didn’t require either.

The fact that the exact same apartment was suddenly a lot more expensive when we wanted to bring an extra person.

The apartment is very pleasant and well equipped. It is bright, well decorated and comfortable. Transport is easily accessed and the neighbourhood is quiet but with a small supermarket nearby and a restaurant and wine bar a street away. The kitchen is well equipped with a cooker/dishwasher/fridge freezer etc which we did not need as we were there at a conference but which would be useful under other circumstances.

The property has two bedrooms with a sitting area in one. As I was travelling with a work colleague this was mostly used as a bedroom for privacy which meant communal space was confined to the kitchen area which is small. There is no TV in the apartment which I would have missed if I had been travelling for pleasure. The entrance to the building is grubby and could do with upgrading. It gives a bad impression which is not deserved.

El proceso de recoger las llaves fue lo mas parecido a una gymkhana. Demasiado complicado, si tienes en cuenta que la gente que se aloja no conoce la ciudad. Además, tener que pagar una fianza de 500 euros por adelantado, por un piso que no tiene materiales de alto standing me parece desorbitado, aunque lo ponga en la descripción y lo sepas antes de contratarlo.

The property description is wrong. It is not near Opera house as mention in the name. It is 1.7KM away from Opera House. House is in a old building. Bathrooms are not clean. Wallpapers were not in a good shape. Owner is doing scam. She didn't return our security deposit of 5000 NOK. This is a trap for foreign tourists.

Sentralt, store rom, behagelig dobbelseng på det ene soverommet. God kommunikasjon med utleier.

Det var feil i annonsen. Det stod at det var 2 soverom og 2 stuer med sengeplass til 6 personer. Det var 1 soverom med dobbelseng og to stoler, og 1 stue med to madrasser på gulvet og et spisebord. Utleier virket overrasket over at det var feil i annonsen. Nøkkel skulle hentes og leveres på Oslo S, det hadde vært litt styr hvis vi ikke skulle innom der. Kr 5000,- i depositum uten noen sikkerhet føltes også litt skremmende, men ble refundert så snart nøkkel ble levert tilbake. Det så ut som brannvarslingsanlegget i bygningen var defekt, det lyste i alle fall med feilmelding. Eldre bygård med litt utrivelig inngangsparti og trappegang. Badet var ok, toalettet på eget rom litt trangt og trenger oppgradering. Det var ikke mulig å låse bad eller toalett. Det var ellers rent i leiligheten.

Sentral beliggenhet, store hyggelige soverom, rent, koselig kjøkken. Knirkefri prosess med hyggelig vert. Tilgjengelig gateparkering som er billig. Ellers gangavstand til både sentrum og gangavstand eller enkel tilkomst til mange spennende tilbud i flere bydeler. Flere gode spisesteder og barer i nærmiljøet, billigere enn i sentrum. Anbefaler å prøve dem!

Mislikte ikke, men det kunne kommet tydeligere fram i annonsen at det mangler stue/ tv her, tror det er lett å ikke få med seg av beskrivelse og bilder. Vær oppmerksom på gateparkering (ikke garasje). Man må noen ganger lete litt etter parkering i kvartalet, men det løste seg.

Central et entre 2 stations métro, appartement cosy avec confort pour se sentir comme a la maison.

This was a lovely little apartment, perfect for my stay in Oslo. Very comfortable, warm and cosy. Just a leisurely 20 minute walk to Oslo S, perfect for sightseeing around the centre of Oslo. If you don't want to walk, the metro stations at Toyen or Gronland are within easy walking distance. They host is very friendly and helpful, making sure that your stay is as easy and relaxing as possible

A nice apartment with a great location. Everything you need for cooking and doing laundry. Stylish and spacious enough for four people. :) The host was friendly and helpful. I really liked that the apartment is located in a quiet area. There are no loud parties or noisy gatherings. There is a store with fresh meat and vegetables in the building next door. My children and I really enjoyed staying there and we will come again if we have the opportunity.

Location was good. Good space and clean apartment. Had everything you would need.

If you read the tiny letters some place it says you have to PayPal or Vipps a deposit. Which we did not appreciate it. The deposit is 500€, so it’s 3xthe rate of the place… the host did Vipps back very fast next day- but we would appreciate that this could be done thru booking or somewhere safe…

Great location. Close enough to walk into the city but good public transport links too. Stylish apartment and very clean. Across road from Botanical gardens which grandson loved. Supermarket 3 min walk.

Naoual was an amazing host! She was very attentive and made sure the check-in process went smoothly. She was easily reachable by phone, so no problems are all. She even posted me a couple of things that I forgot. One of the best hosts I've worked with on booking! The apartment is nice and spacious for a family of four. The kitchen is small but manageable to have morning coffee. The beds are extremely comfortable.

The street is very noisy at night on the weekend. However, by closing the windows, you can hear almost nothing.

Ce n'est pas l'appartement le plus neuf que j'ai eu mais je l'ai trouvé très chaleureux et je m'y suis sentie comme chez moi. Les chambres sont mignonnes et le lit king size super confortable. L'appartement était de façon générale propre et bien équipé. Le propriétaire est adorable et super arrangeant. Mon numéro de téléphone était bloqué au moment de mon séjour à Oslo donc impossible d'utiliser l'application pour ouvrir la porte, une solution à été trouvée sans soucis ( la clef déposée chez le commerçant d'en face avec pleins de photos pour m'expliquer comment rentrer dans l'appartement).

J'étais seule donc ça ne m'a pas poser de soucis mais peut-être que la cuisine est un peu petite pour 4.

Attractive, comfortable and well-equipped apartment

A little bit noisy outside on a Saturday night but not too disruptive - nice and quiet within the building itself. Also a little tricky to find at first.

A very clean and cozy apartment with two spacious bedrooms and very comfortable beds. The separate, well-equipped kitchen made preparing meals easy. The apartment is well-connected to the city center, which can be also reached on foot in about 15 minutes. The host was very kind and helpful, accessible via WhatsApp. She allowed us to check in early at no extra charge, which was very convenient for us.

I really liked the location, because it was close to the centre of the city. Beautiful area around the apartment. Beds were so comfortable. The host was incredibly kind and made me want to come back to that place. Everything what we needed was included (towels, basic spices in the kitchen). Summing up, stay at that place was lovely.

Apartament foarte curat, cu dotari suficiente pentru sederea unei familii. Accesul se face prin doua usi care sunt permanent incuiate ceea ce confera siguranta. Parcarea este posibila in apropiere, la o parcare publica. Este acces printr-o curte interioara in care se poate fuma.

Gazda mi-a solicitat bani, suplimentar fata de suma ceruta de Booking. La rezervare, Booking nu m-a instiintat ca gazda va cere bani suplimentar. Cu toate ca gazda a confirmat rezervarea, iar la rezervare nu mi-a fost prezentata aceasta posibilitate, am fost pus in neplacuta situatie de a nu primi codul de la caseta cu chei inainte de a crea un depozit de garantie, in valoare de 500 EUR. La returnarea acestuia, PayPal mi-a retinut 50 EUR comision. La ce mi-a folosit faptul ca sunt client Genius 3, daca gazda nu a tinut cont de acest lucru? Solicit ca Booking sa-mi acopere pierderea de 50 EUR.

Veldig praktisk beliggenhet for vårt Oslobesøk. Koselig og pent innredet leilighet med alt vi trengte for oppholdet. Gode senger. Og hyggelig vert!

Vi likte alt! Den sentrale beliggenheten betyr litt liv og lyd i gaten og fra resten av beboerne, men det gjorde ikke noe for vår del😊

Endroit très calme

The apartment is located next to the botanical garden in a quiet suburb, yet getting around was very easy. It was well equipped for my stay, and Naoual was very responsive to any enquiries. I highly recommend this apartment.

We only stayed one night.

Location was not great. In a neighborhood about 1.5 miles from the train station. Was uncomfortable walking with luggage. Even though we received pictures of lock box, we could not find it. Luckily the owner was there and was able to help, Apartment has no separate living space, just two bedrooms. Bathroom and kitchen were very outdated. However, it was very clean, and we did not feel unsafe.

The apartment is just next door to the botanical gardens which is lovely. Up the hill is the pretty neighbourhood of Kampen with its colourful wooden houses. There's also a lovely bakery (Farine) and restaurant (Maaltid) there. It's only a 20 minute walk into the city centre. The apartment itself was small, but very clean, quiet and comfortable for two of us - friends away for a long weekend. Naoual responded very quickly to all messages.

There wasn't really a suitable communal space for relaxing or eating as it's just the 2 bedrooms and the narrow kitchen.

The property was so lovely and very spacious. Communication with the host was spot on, we had a very late flight in and he was so helpful and accomodating to our extra requests.

Everything was great.

The location is excellent for getting to the city center, communication with the owner was reliable, and we received clear instructions. The apartment is spacious enough for four people. I would definitely choose this location again on my next visit to Oslo.

When making the reservation, I missed the detail that a security deposit had to be paid via PayPal or Revolut before arrival, which is refunded after departure if everything is in order with the apartment. It was a bit inconvenient since I don’t usually use PayPal, but in the end, we managed everything smoothly.

Clean property with all ammenities required. Bedrooms had heaters which were lovely and warm during winter. Host was easily accessible via WhatsApp. Clear check in and out instructions.

The owner did let us into the apartment early, tried to charge a 1/2 price night which we said no thanks then gave to us for free - no sitting room or lounge area, just x2 bedrooms and a tiny kitchen and bathroom.

I will never do the deposit of 500 Euro as a secure fee then when it was transferred back I lost about 50 Euro on fees via PayPal - if I realised when booking this venue I would never of proceeded, it was not until a few days prior that I was told after I had already paid the amount some weeks ago & then the threat that our accommodation could be cancelled.

The location was ok

They charge you for a deposit that never return. The host is rude and she tried to blame us for a damage in the property that we did not do. Also, when we arrived, the stove in the kitchen was not working and as we asked for solution, she just asked us to “use our creativity” to be able to cook. No real solutions. The apartment was ok, but definitely the host and the damages made the staying a really bad experience. This is the time, one month later, that we haven’t received our deposit, so we lost around 300 USD and there’s still no response since the deposit was made out of Booking platform. This was definitely the worst host i had in my entire life, and I use to travel a lot. Booking did not guarantee any of our rights as guests and didn’t do anything to solve our problems

Perfect location for exploring Oslo. Metro only 5 mins walk away. Clean, with good facilities and very comfortable beds!

Top-location in Oslo and super communication with the host!

We all really liked the apartment. The interiors were done well and the location was also really good. It was 30 mins walking to the centre and was at walking distance from so many international restaurants.

The sheets could’ve been more clean. I found some hair on the sheets.

Clean and spacious for 4 people. Has everything you need for a city break. The location is great. Bus stop 2 min walk and only a 20 min walk from the central station. Safe and secure. There isn’t a communal lounge but if you’re in the city to explore you don’t need that as you’ll spend most of your time out of the apartment. The toilet is separate to the shower room so if you’re a group there’s not queue for the loo when you’re showering and vice versa. Would 100% stay again.

I had a wonderful stay at Naoual's place! The price was very reasonable, especially considering we got an entire apartment to ourselves. The apartment was cozy and well-furnished, making it feel like a home away from home. The location was fantastic, with easy access and only a 10-minute walk to the city center. The host was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, even allowing us to check in early at no extra cost. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Oslo!
