Die Straße wo der Apartment liegt ist gut befahren, so das man mit Kindern echt gut aufpassen soll auf dem Weg zum Parkplatz, da der Parkplatz schon so ca.5 Gehminuten entfernt liegt. Für die Situation können die Vermieter natürlich nichts.

L’aparcament queda relativament lluny i no és còmode si vas amb maletes i nens petits. El carrer és molt transitat i hi passen cotxes esportius per la nit que fan soroll.

Only point. - but we knew that beforehand - is the parking situation as you can’t park directly on the premises. But there is a private garage at no cost within 5 mins of walking.

Reviewed May 29, 2026Mooi appartement, ruim voor een gezin van 4 voor een (korte) vakantie. Dichtbij Lugano. Prachtig uitzicht op de bergen en kleine tuin rondom.
Je kunt niet met de auto bij het appartement komen. De auto kun je prima in de privé garage parkeren en is een korte wandeling. Bij het uitladen van de koffers en dergelijke sta je stil langs een drukke weg waarbij dure auto’s je snel voorbij rijden.

Reviewed Apr 12, 2026Wir hatten es nicht weit zum See. Die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel direkt für der Tür. Das beste ist mit dran man kann in 1 Std und 25 Minuten mit dem Zug mal schnell nach Mailand fahren. :)

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026Die Lage. Eine Aussicht hoch über der Stadt und dazu noch sehr gutes Wetter. Die Wohnung liegt auf halber Höhe der Seilbahn zum San Salvatore. Die Busstation ist fast vor der Haustür. Sehr gediegene Ausstattung. Den Ausschlag hat bei mir auch die Farbgestaltung des Wohnzimmers gegeben. Sowohl die Kissen als auch das Geschirr passten dazu…Die Kommunikation lief über Whatsapp auf englisch, der Zugang erfolgt über eine Schlüsselbox.
Nichts, alles bestens. Nur ein Hinweis: Das Objekt liegt am Hang, man muss ein paar Treppenstufen hoch laufen und die Straße davor hat natürlich eine Steigung, die beim Koffertransport zu berücksichtigen ist.

Reviewed Oct 16, 2025The appartment is big and the view is amazing day and night. The living room is large and very compfortable for a family. The balcony is just great. The kitchen was well equipped. It was warm enough for the autmn. The appartment was clean and the shower is great.
The appartment is located on a street with no side walk. Should watch for crossing cars especially with kids. The private parking is located down the hill 5 mins walk up the hill on the road with half of it with no side walks. There is a blue zone parking just around tbe corner but the parking duration during day is limited to 1.5 hour.

Reviewed Aug 24, 2025Sehr schöner Blick über ein Tal mit Ansiedlung. Allerdings war die Straße vor dem Haus sehr befahren- zumindest am Abend. Recht weiter und gefährlicher Weg zum Auto entlang dieser Straße, wo es nur einen Fußgängerstreifen gab.
Wegbeschreibung zum Eingang hin. Das Haus lag etwas versteckt mehrere Treppen hinaufund war in der Dunkelheit schwierig zu finden. Einen Weghinweis „zu Hausnr…“ oder ähnliches habe ich an der Straße nicht gesehen.

Reviewed Mar 23, 2024The accommodation exceeded expectations. It was clean and beautifully decorated. The location was great for chilling out, with an amazing view, and also super handy for getting a bus into the town. The centre is close enough to walk downhill and is full of lovely, varied restaurants, bars and great shopping. There's also the theatre, museum and of course the stunning lake. We had the most brilliant time and totally enjoyed every moment of our stay. If we ever get the chance to come back, we will book this flat again. Thanks Alice & Simone.

No breakfast facilities, either in the apartment or in the neighbourhood. There was some coffee in the apartment,but no sugar or milk. Otherwise no complaints.

It is located on top of a hilltown and without a car, it is hard to reach the apartment. We had difficulty finding the apartment, but Simone was quite friendly and helped us to find it. There are stairs to the apartment and parking is not so great as we need to unload the car near the apartment and park the car about 5 min walking distance. The street was quite noisy with cars and not so great to walk.

During the night you could definitely hear street noise from passing cars and mopeds driving up the hill. There was no on-site parking and is very limited either up or down a very steep street via Carona! Dinner options were extremely limited on Sunday in Paradiso and Lugano.
