Reviewed Sep 12, 2026We kregen direct bij aankomst een upgrade naar een suite met uitzicht op het meer. Dit was een geweldig mooie kamer met aparte slaapkamer, badkamer met bad en een grote woonkamer. Bedden waren voortreffelijk en uitzicht was magnifiek. Ook het diner in het estaurant van hotel was geweldig.
In het restaurant werd het voorgerecht en hoofdgerecht snel na elkaar geserveerd. Hier zou wat mij betreft meer tijd tussen mogen want uitzicht op meer was prachtig vanaf het terras.

Reviewed Sep 10, 2026Die Lage ist schlicht nur als sensationell schön zu bezeichnen. Das Frühstück ist sehr reichlich, es fehlt eher nur an nichts. Parken kann man draußen unmittelbar vor dem Hotel. Ich fand die Havannah-Bar urgemütlich, wenn auch nicht ganz billig. Insgesamt sollte das Hotel ein wenig modernisiert werden, z.Zt. aber durchaus noch ok. !!
Die Balkone könnten etwas wohnlicher und moderner sein.

Leider sehr enttäuschender Abschluss unseres Aufenthalts. Beim Check-out wurde uns ausdrücklich bestätigt, dass alles bezahlt sei. Trotzdem wurde anschließend ohne vorherige Information unsere Kreditkarte mit einem weiteren Betrag belastet. Am nächsten Morgen kam es zudem erneut zu Unstimmigkeiten bei der Abrechnung. Für ein 4-Sterne-S-Hotel erwarten wir deutlich mehr Professionalität, klare Kommunikation und eine korrekte Abrechnung. Sehr schade und leider nicht empfehlenswert.

Am zweiten Tag gab es leider keine Milch zum Kaffee auf dem Zimmer. Angesichts des stolzen Zimmerpreises und Null Reaktion an der Rezeption, ein Minuspunkt.

Reviewed Sep 2, 2026Der Ausblick war spektakulär, ebenso das Zimmer. Die Kollegen waren sehr bemüht, alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Da es keine Nachmittags-Kaffeesnacks gab, besorgte eine Kollegin ein paar Kekse zum Frühstück.
Wir hatten die Suite und bei der Buchung ging nicht klar hervor, dass die Küche extra hinzu gebucht werden musste. Das taten wir dann vor Ort. Was ein wirkliches Manko bei war, war die Tatsache, dass der Zimmerservice zeitlich erst ab 14 Uhr galt, sodass ein Frühstück auf dem Zimmer nicht möglich war. Auch die Cocktailbar war nicht täglich geöffnet. Wirklich gefehlt hat ein Kaffeeangebot für den Nachmittag mit Kuchen.

Overall this hotel is a disappointment, given the price. Poor welcome on arrival at hotel reception. Dated and faded decor. This hotel needs renovation. My experience of the bar was also disappointing. No decent outside area or gardens - balcony only. The staff would benefit from some training.

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026Die wundervolle Aussicht, Georgia an der Rezeption war außerordentlich freundlich, der Cappuccino beim Frühstück war genial. Wir haben ohne danach zu fragen ein Upgrade bekommen.
Für uns war es super, es gibt nichts zu beanstanden. Für Personen, die nicht gut zu Fuß sind, ist es ohne Auto zu beschwerlich, da es viele Stufen sind bis man unten am See ankommt.

Quelques bémols : 1) Personnel d accueil très froid , peu serviable à l exception de la responsable qui nous a tout expliqué notamment pour les visites le 1er jour ; insistance pour rendre les parapluies qui ne sont pas en libre service ( caution avec numéro de chambre et le dernier jour , au départ, on « double check « que vous les avez bien rendu !! Du jamais vu pour un 4 etoiles !) ; on vous envoie un message la veille du départ pour vous dire que si vous dépassez 11h pour le Check out, on vous facturera 30CHF par heure sup ( jamais vu ce genre de message dans aucun autre hôtel 4 ou 5 étoiles !) d autant qu on a dû attendre à l arrivée la chambre qui n était pas prête à 15 h pile ! 2) parking extérieur 20 CHF par nuits ( et 3 nuits en ce qui nous concerne !) c est excessif !!

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026Es war ein wunderschöner, zauberhafter und romantischer Ort. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Am Morgen war der Blick auf die Natur einfach traumhaft und atemberaubend. Das Frühstück war etwas ganz Besonderes – so etwas habe ich bisher noch nirgendwo erlebt. Ich kann diesen wunderschönen Ort nur weiterempfehlen und jedem empfehlen, ihn einmal zu besuchen. ❤️

Reviewed Aug 15, 2026Das Frühstück war hervorragend und tolle Terrasse. Das Zimmer und Badezimmer waren sehr groß. Mit guter Klimaanlage. Lage war sehr gut und angenehm.
Leider gab es keine Liegewiese und mit nur 4 Liegen am Pool war das sehr wenig. Schade, dass es keine andere Möglichkeit gibt sich nach dem Schwimmen auszuruhen.

Reviewed Aug 15, 2026Everything was wonderful! I stayed for only 1 night, but I wished I had stayed for more. Staff welcoming, and quick, making us feel comfortable. Room was clean and comfortable although the view was not great, because I booked it at last moment. Breakfast place has breathtaking views overlooking the bay of Lugano. Didnt try the Havana bar, but I suspect it has even better views. Will visit again if I can.

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026המלון מצטיין בכל התחומים, הסוויטה מושלמת, ארוחת הבוקר עשירה ואיכותית, הצוות בכל המלון עושה הכל בכדי שתרגישו הכי טוב שאפשר. החדרנית שלנו ראתה שאני משתמשת בדבש כממתיק לתה ודאגה לשים לי צנצנת דבש בחדר זה היה כל כך מקסים.הנוף מהחדר היה כמו גלויה, המזגן עבד מושלם, תודה על שהות בלתי נשכחת ונחזור בשמחה ב"ה.
לא היה דבר שלא אהבנו, הייתם 10 בכל פרמטר
