Todo absolutamente desde la recepción , el personal muy amable especialmente la chica de la limpieza , Atik del bar de la piscina, Rahim que estuvo pendiente de nosotros en todo momento, todo el personal de los restaurantes que ya conocían nuestras preferencias y eran como una familia , la limpieza impoluta, la comida , la belleza del resort , las playas tan bonitas y llenas de vida , el fotógrafo , las chicas del spa y masaje, los chicos de las actividades. La comida deliciosa en todos los restaurantes. La variedad de actividades. El detalle de incluir el transporte en hidroavión que es una pasada. Las vistas . El upgrade que nos hicieron a una water superior con vistas al atardecer ( que es una pasada ) … No tengo palabras para describir y agradecer a cada uno de las personas del hotel desde el recibimiento en el aeropuerto.

No hubo ni una cosa que no nos gustase, quizás el hecho de que el tiempo allí corriese tan rápido .

We didn’t like the fact that the main focus of the management was to offer big quantities of food to the guests, but the quality was not so good. It is far away from the “Premium “ quality hotel.We paid a lor for services that we never received . The menu was the same every day, the beverages menu also the same and the quality of drinks was very poor.( diluted drinks)

- shuttle system needs to be developed, waiting time is to much. - bicycles are very difficult to find them in the Iceland. - every villa should have their own bicycles - the assistant response was very slow, I needed him to arrange a lot of things during the stay, but unfortunately he was very slow in responding.

Su üstü odaları çok keyifliydi.Adanın büyüklüğü çok iyi.Hiç sıkılacak zamanımız olmadı..Ama balayı yeri olduğu düşünülürse mantıklı.Adaya fiyatın içinde olan deniz uçağı ile gidiliyor.Bu yolculuk görsel şölen olarak çok keyifli.Ama uçakla bile 1 saat uzaklıkta.Çalışanların genel güler yüzlü olması ve odaların çok temiz olması harika.

Etkinlik olarak ve özellikle müzik olarak zayıf.Yemekler bir Türk olarak çok keyifli değil.

Amazing staff, the water villa was wonderful and the island is a beautiful mix of low key island vibes, fantastic beaches and activities. Not too big nor small. Loved it.

Food portions from the A La Carte could have been bigger but we could all we wanted at the main restaurant under the AI package.

Ada içi ulaşım çoğunlukla bisikletle sağlanıyor, bu ekstra keyif katıyor. Personel kibar ve yardımcı davranıyor. En ufak detaya kadar ilgileniyorlar. Raaya application ı oldukça etkin kullanılıyor. Girişte whatsapp grubu kurularak bir kişi size atanıyor. Bu çok yardımcı oluyor.

Yemek çeşitleri arttırılabilir. Hint ve asya mutfağı ağırlıklı ancak bu dünya geneli için yeterli değil. Daha fazla çeşit olması lazım. Özel restoranlarda yemeklerin porsiyonları oldukça küçük. Orada tam olarak doymayıp ana restoranta gitmeniz gerekebiliyor.

We reserved an 8-nights stay by ourselves via Booking.com in this resort, and everything worked fine and perfect. At our arrival at Malè airport, village personnel took care of everything about the transfer and the luggages, we just had to enjoy! Once at the resort, our host Yaeesh introduced us to all the amenities and activities included, and led us to our accomodation. For our entire stay, he was at disposal for everything, like reserving activities and restaurant, and supported us for any request. Thank you Yaeesh, your work was excellent and very appreciated! We reserved the water pool villa: the room is big, very clean (cleaned carefully twice per day), with everything needed to relax and be comfortable: maybe a couple of sunbeds beside the pool would have been great to sunbath in our private room, but never minds! We appreciated a lot the complimentary activities proposed during our stay (massage, sunset cruise, snorkeling), and the many activities you can do anytime you want. The food at the buffet restaurant is tasty and various (special mention for Mo, very kind and friendly!), and the other restaurants located all around the island offer very tasty and authentic cuisines, we really enjoyed! Overall, we spent very relaxing and wonderful days at Raaya, and we recommend every second of it to anyone!

Wi-Fi connection does not work so well both in common areas and in the room, but for us having some digital detox was incredibily fine 😊

Schönes Resort, toller Pool und schöne Strände, geräumige Villas

Poolbar nicht überdacht. Wenn es morgens um 10Uhr regnet, gibt es keine Bar wo man trocken sitzen kann.

The resort is absolutely amazing, very green, beautiful, and peaceful. The staff is exceptional, and every request is handled immediately with great attention to detail. Everyone was incredibly attentive both in the restaurants and across the entire island. A special thank you to our butler, Yaeesh, for all the help and for organising our activities and experiences throughout the stay. It was truly an unforgettable holiday.

The island is very beautiful, full of well maintained luxurious vegetation, all the premises (villa, spa, gym, restaurants) being modern and spotless. The personal was very kind and helpful, our thanks to Zaleeq which take care of us with everything, Mo and Raj from the main restaurant and the team from watersports. The best a la carte restaurant was by far Village - italian were also want to mention the good job of the team as well as chefs ans service staff. I would recommend this resort for sure.

Regarding the food, we had the only unsatisfactory experience. If someone is not fond of asian/indian/arabic then it is going to be challenging due to lack of options for international cuisine. Also very repetitive.

apologies this is a very long in depth review, I’ve tried to cover everything so I hope you find it useful! I have to say is one of our favourite holidays! All the staff are amazing and so happy! They can’t do enough for their guests. The staff and some of the other guests we met have helped us make fabulous memories. We have made some great friends and hope to see everyone again. Although all the staff are amazing, special thanks go to Raj, Mo, Anil, Mohan and Miju, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Now about our holiday! The App: Once we booked our stay through booking.com, Raaya by Atmosphere sent us details to download their app. Which is brilliant! Arriving at Male airport: The view of the sea from Male airport is stunning! After picking up bags someone greets you and you are looked after every step of the way! The seaplane departure lounge is only a couple of minutes walk after picking up bags. The seaplane itself is a great experience with stunning views . When we arrived at our island we left the seaplane and we were immediately welcomed by hotel staff who gave us a gorgeous hand made necklace and played drums as we walked to the reception. (At this point I had to fight back the tears . It is all so beautiful ) We were then taken on a small tour of the island in a little open bus and then taken to our villa. Island host: Miju was our island host an he looked after us . He booked us into some of the restaurants and boat trips . These show up on the App so you know what you’re doing each day . You can choose to cancel or reschedule but honestly it was great having someone organise things for us. If you need any advice at all you just contact your island host via watsapp. Our accommodation: We had an over water villa with a pool and steps into the sea which was absolutely perfect . We booked premium all inclusive. We were in Villa 322 and had the most amazing sunsets . The sea life are so beautiful and we could see them clearly .

Isola bellissima con reef altrettanto bello, struttura minimal stile moderno che si fonde perfettamente con il contesto naturale. Staff ottimo e sempre disponibile. Cibo davvero buono in tutti i ristoranti. Miju, il nostro island host, sempre attento ad ogni nostra richiesta. Un grazie speciale a Zodi, Aminul e Sham della Elena Spa per la sessione di Floating Sound Healing..esperienza unica!

The breakfast, lunch and dinner is exceptionel, of very good quality and variaty. Our host Rahim was very competent, friendly and helpful with all our questions and requests. His performance is outstanding and he represents the company in a very nice way.

The continuous same (and too loud) music at the pool and restaurants. If you are there you want to relax in a quiet atmosphere. But this is the one and only comment from our side.

Overall, it was a very nice experience and our second visit to Raaya. The meals were good, especially at the restaurants The Village and Ampersand. The room service was outstanding, and the Ocean Entertainment activities were amazing. Staff were very supportive and helpful. Resort has improved from last year (F&B, HK).

The internet was a little slow, but honestly you don’t really need the internet when you are in paradise. Also, a few staff members didn’t seem to smile naturally.

Everything was perfectly planned by the staff of Raaya. Our Host Nadie was also amazing and very kind. The villa was very clean and the island itself as well. The food was very good. We loved our stay there.

It would have been nice to have more salad options at the restaurants. The buffet was perfect, a lot of fresh options. Also an all inclusive option for non alcoholic beverages would also be amazing, since we did not drink alcohol.

Pomocna obsługa, bardzo dobry kontakt z opiekunem z którym załatwimy rezerwacje dodatkowe w hotelu jak i pomoc w przypadku problemów. Domek na wodzie sprzątany dwa razy dziennie, bardzo starannie przez Pana z obsługi.

Egyszerre természetes és mesebeli. Minden nagyon szervezett, minden ki van talalva. Ez akár zavaró is lehetne, de nem az. Opciók sokaságából válogatharltunk, abban a rövid periódusban amíg ott lehettünk minden nagyon varázslatosnak tűnt. Nagyon kényelmes, és borzasztóan hamar elrepül az a pár nap. Ha pihenni vágysz, nincs ennél jobb lehetőség.

Európaiként nagyon messze van, csak úgy hétvégére nem tudok ide kirutszanni. De ez természetesen nem a rezort hibája :)

L'atollo è magnifico, solo 45 minuti di idroplano da Malè, lo staff del resort è gentilissimo e sempre disponibile, al nostro arrivo ci è stata assegnata una referente "Sabina" ragazza gentile e pronta a qualsiasi esigenza che parlava perfettamente italiano. Servizio di accoglienza in aeroporto andata e ritorno impeccabile. Il mare è magnifico, la barriera corallina è stupenda e piena di vita marina. Noi abbiamo scelto una beach villa con piscina, privacy al top e a meno di 3 MT dal mare. Un plauso allo Chef Shyamal e tutti i ragazzi degli special restaurants

Warm and sincere staff, fabulous excursions, great food and beautiful accommodation, all in a tropical paradise. An exceptionally good experience worth the cost.

The island is big and green, it's nice to ride a bicycle around it. Beautiful beach. Resort is full of activities. Very good service and people. New and stylish design. Main restaurant has nice meals and variety of food and drinks, but nothing super special All bars were amazing, especially Ampersand Sunset bar

Bicycles should be replaced or maintained properly, their number should be increased. Quality of dishes and menu in general of a la cart restaurants should be improved. Arabic restaurant was very bad, especially the space of it. Cocktails quality and presentation can be improved.

The food was awesome with different sort of tastes. The blue water etched deep in my soul .

I missed hearing Azan from Mosque while staying in a Muslim state

All venues shut down at midnight. No late snack or drink options. Villa Pool shallow and small. Vegetation too close to villa and pool and obscures sea view.

Solo una!!! L’uso delle biciclette, fondamentali per un isola di queste dimensioni, devono essere date in uso alla camera , anche a pagamento .

La spiaggia di quest’isola è sicuramente stupenda, ampia e ben tenuta. Camera e aree comuni belle.

Avendo già soggiornato presso altri resort del gruppo Atmosphere, devo fare delle annotazioni che non mi hanno soddisfatto del tutto. Pur avendo lasciato la camera anche alle 5 p.m. la nostra stanza non è MAI stata rifatta alla sera, durante l’intera settimana di soggiorno. E pur avendo chiesto di prenotare 2 volte l’escursione di snorkeling alla nostra referente questa non ci ha risposto.

Deutliche Schwächen: extrem langsamer/in­konsistenter Getränkeservice in allen Restaurants, Wasser wurde eigentlich nur von Mo nachgefüllt, den anderen Kellnern musste man nachlaufen. Mizaj & Village Restaurant enttäuschend und wenig authentisch, Sonderwünsche ignoriert. Beschwerden führten zu konfrontativem Verhalten von Host und Managern, das mir nach einer Woche noch unangenehm im Magen liegt. Fahrräder, WLAN, App und Shuttles stark vernachlässigt. Müllverbrennungsanlage nahe unserer Villa führte zu starkem Gestank alle paar Tage und machte die Villa temporär unbewohnbar, da die Abgase ins Haus zogen. Insgesamt schöne Natur, aber operativ und service­seitig klar unter den Erwartungen bei einer Preisklasse von >1000€/Nacht

Artificial island, zero wildlife in the sea. Horrible rocks surrounding the island completely kill the "Maldives" atoll experience. Poor room cleaning service.

Beautiful modern, clean new hotel resort. Our water villa was perfect as well. Our room attendant (Rezimeen) was very lovely and took a great care of us. There was also very lovely waitress (Sangita) at the beautiful Amper Sand restaurant. The included 45 massage was great as well.

The resort was very big, in a way it was a mass tourism. The personal private touch was missing. Before you come, you should already pre book the restaurants and trips - nothing was available. After asking many times, our personal assistant (Rahim) said, he can do it for us if we are unable. :) He was not really interested, or motivated to organise anything for us, it was quite chaotic. Once he came to our dinner and when the waitress brought the menu, he wanted us to write a review right now and wait while eating. We booked some included trips, it was nothing special. We always went 5 min with the boat with 40 other tourists. The highlight was the snorkeling trip. We just entered the boat, they told, we should put on the gear if we want to snorkel longer, after 5 min we arrived and they said quickly jump to the ocean if you want to snorkel longer. We snorkeled 15 min, there was actually nothing spectacular to see and they said it was over. Back to the boat. The trips are a waste of time and it's nicer to just enjoy the resort. If you really want to snorkel and see the fishes, it's not the right choice. There are many hotels with housereef where you can snorkel all day long, anytime you want and see a lot. The buffet was ok, but we would expect more choice if they have many tourists. If the buffet was good enough, maybe the restaurant would not be overbooked. Maledivian cousines were missing. If you wanted to order drinks at the buffet or especially at the pool, you had to wait super long and come to the staff yourself. The last day was my boyfriends birthday and I asked if they could prepare a little cake with a candle for him for breakfast. They said yes, they will decorate the table. We came and there was a white tablecloth and one red tissue in the shape of the heart. That was all. No cake or candle came. I think it doesn't cost much to give anything, even a muffin with a candle and write with a chocolate happy birthday. So disappointing.

Personalen behöver mer träning i service. Vi fick ofta vänta länge på att beställa dricka eller påminna om vår beställning. En managementfråga. Maten håller inte 5-stjärnig nivå. Frukosten däremot var mycket bra med bl.a. smoothiestation

W porównaniu do innych resortów jedzenie dosyć słabe monotonne jak i oferta restauracji dosyć uboga jak na 5 gwiazdowy resort powinno być lepiej

Bellissime spiagge, buono per coppie ottimo per famiglie, ci sono molte attività , il cibo è buono e vario, un po tendente troppo all’indiano e sapori davvero forti. Molto carine le escursioni, il massaggio in omaggio all arrivo… tutto ok

Poche cose davvero minime tipo aria condizionata in stanza che puntava sul letto e poi nota della scarsa varieta di cibo europeo.

Die Zimmer sind toll und das Wasser ist einfach der Wahnsinn

Leider ein paar Dinge, ich verstehe die Bewertungen für das Hotel leider nicht ganz. Das Essen war wirklich nicht gut. Wenn ich in Griechenland oder in der Türkei bin und all inklusive Urlaub mache und 200€ für eine Nacht zahle dann erwarte ich mir nicht das allerbeste, da darf auch mal was nicht okay sein. Aber für eine Nacht die 800€ kostet verlange ich dementsprechend Leistung. Im italienischen Restaurant keine Pizza? Keine Bolognese? Keine carbonara? Kein bruscetta? Das Buffet Restaurant ist auch nicht gut, keine abwechslung und keine Qualität, es wird eher auf Masse gekocht und nicht auf Qualität. Die anderen Restaurants sind sowas von nicht ansprechend und komische Speisen, die man nicht kennt. Der Service war ok. Untertags bei der Pool Bar extrem unterbesetzt und auch nicht das was man sich erwarten würde. Das Hausriff ist leider auch nicht vorhanden, es gibt einen Ausflug mit einem hausriff Besuch mit dem Boot, ist kostenlos. Gesehen haben wir aber nichts da dass Wasser sehr trüb ist/war. Dafür kann niemand was, aber die Insel ist unglaublich groß und hat viel zu viele Zimmer und das merkt man leider.

Its a very big island and feel like private beach

Pros: The island is beautiful and quite large, with a stunning lagoon and very clear water. One of the highlights was that you can easily explore the island by bicycle — the ride around the island takes about 2 km, which was great. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. There are also many sports and activity options available, so it’s easy to stay active and entertained.

Cons: The Wi-Fi connection was weak and unreliable. The water villa rooms are slightly smaller than expected. The food in the main restaurant is not very European-oriented, which might be challenging for families with children. There was a lack of simple options such as spaghetti, pizza, or French fries. The à la carte restaurants offer good-quality food, but the selection and number of options are quite limited.

Mancarea nu a fost foarte buna la niciunul dintre restaurante.

Baştan sona organizasyon, ulaşım transfer, karşılama herşey kusursuzdu. Havalimanından oda kapımıza kadar eşlik edildi. Özellikle Türkçe bile görevli arkadaş DANA ya özel teşekkürümü iletiyorum. her an her sorumuzu yanıtladı. Canınız asla sıkılmaz, çünkü her gün için sizin adınıza rezervasyon var. Yemekler, ada temizliği, personel kusursuzdu. günde iki kez oda temizleniyor, havlular değişiyor, yatak yenileniyordu. mini bar hep dolduruluyordu. kaybolan bir eşyamızı hemen buldular. Herşey dahil otel anlayışım değişti. Teşekkürler RAAYA:))

Bize göre tek eksik, odalarda deniz sonrası bir duş iyi olurdu. bir de denize inen merdivenler çok dikti. daha rahat olabilirdi. ama böyle de mükemmeldi
