Reviewed Aug 18, 2026Das Apartment existiert nicht, gottseidank habe ich die 1000 Pfund, die ich voraus bezahlt habe, wieder zurück bekommen. Es ist nicht lustig, wenn man nach langer Anreise mit Koffern vor einem Haus steht, keiner ist da, die Telefonnummer ist fake. Auf ein Mail an Booking: Wir melden uns innerhalb 24 Stunden, was nicht der Fall war.

- Location in a building highly dirty and smelly - Dirty floor: I have to hoover and mopped the entire appartement - Dirty and smelly coach pillows ( I have to put them to wash) - Dangerous pointy floor tiles corner that can cut or cut if not being careful - Dysfunctional main room window not closing properly

Reviewed Oct 21, 2023Such a nice and lovely apartment, very spacious and comfortable. The bed was really cosy, living room was relaxing, the decor was great and homely. Loved the big mirrors in the bedroom and both bathrooms, luxuriously styled and designed. Definitely one of my favourite places, I highly recommend and look forward to coming back

Reviewed Feb 10, 2023The apartment could be nice if cleaned properly. One toilet tissue paper was not enough for 4 days. The decor of the apartment was nice. The apartment comes with a parking space but we were not allowed to use this.
Communication with property as they communicated when they wanted and when we had issue they did not communicate with us. We were given a parking pass but there was a car parked - we sent images of the car and on the first day we were told to take somewhere else and they would refund us for the parking. The second and third day continued and the car was still parked in our spot number 78 and we text and sent messages and all they did was send a text to apologise. We could not watch TV in the lounge as the remote did not work, in the smaller bedroom the toshiba tv remote was missing we called the property and reported this and had a call from maintenance they said that they would bring it up - we waited on Wednesday morning up to 9:30am for maintenance to attend before we had to go to work. We again wanted to park the car in the car park on our final night to pack out bags and contacted the property and they did not respond as again the same car was parked in that spot.
