Brilliant location for exploring central Birmingham on foot. The canal, museums, restaurants and bars are all close by. Parking is also straight forward and next to the property.

Communal areas were like a sauna! Sofa was looking quite tired and didn’t have hot water on first morning although staff were quick to sort it when we told them. Friendly helpful staff.

The property is very good value for money. Great location, very clean, and spacious. The property Manager was prompt in her responses, they were able to fulfil my request for a fan. The instructions for getting into the property after reception had closed were very clear. I’d happily stay here again.

The bedroom pillows could have been fuller.

Our stay was significantly affected by construction works around the building, resulting in early-morning noise and an overall atmosphere that was not relaxing. We were not informed about this in advance. The apartment itself felt dated and was not particularly clean, with stained carpets, some mould in the bathroom, and even a cockroach spotted on the first day.

I think the location of the property is great, very central and close by to the city centre so that’s was truly valuable and one of the main reasons I chose it for my stay. Very spacious too, accommodated all my family which is great.

The property would’ve been perfect however in our bathroom, the sink wasn’t draining the water when we washed our hands so even to brush our teeth we had to spit in the toilet basin and flush because the water in the sink remained and didn’t drain. Also for whatever reason we didn’t have warm or hot water when we showered. If there was something we needed to do on our end then that wasn’t clear. There should’ve been clear instructions on this so we didn’t meet this issue. It was an inconvenience and quite annoying given everything else was wonderful. Other than this, everything else was lovely!

Amazing location and facilities! Impressed that there was a washing machine and dishwasher, with tablets provided and there were tea and coffee facilities. The lounge is a good size and the bedroom had a air cooler, which was great!

Bin size needs to be bigger in the kitchen and it would have been nice to have a staff member on site, for any questions.

Location is excellent as is the property size. It is also really clean.

Damp smell in bedroom and bathroom. Not sure if there has been a leak previously as some of the laminate floor is lifted and swollen?

The reception area has all the charm of a storage closet. It did not make a good first impression.

Location and car parking. Able to sleep family of 5 (which can be a problem with hotel bookings. Reasonably easy keybox and parking peemit collection. Having a washing machine proved useful.

No air conditioning. Shocking. A 200 quid a night hot box. No ceiling fans. The internal doors cant be fixed open and air flow was limited. Stifling. Television reception aweful. Unable to watch world cup games as ITV and multiple channels were unplayabale. After fiddling with the aerial wall plug to no avail i eventually rescanned all the channels which fixed quite a few. Still no football. We did eventually manage to get a movie on for the kids. From what i could figure the tv cannot accept phone connectons so no device casting and couldnt see how to connect to app accounts. Very basic kitchen stuff. Not even a coffe pot or tea pot. The view to the courtyard was filled with construction materials.

The location was great. It has easy access. The price was right.

The curtains. Someone needs to sort them out as you feel like you are going to harm them as you have to use force to close.

Full apartment with separate lounge area and well set up kitchen, including a dining table. Easy walking distance to central Birmingham, with lots of dining options along the canal and a supermarket within a couple of minutes walk.

This was a simple process when I found the apartments. They were very close to the station but the station is so big I had trouble finding the right exit but when I found it, it was perfect 5 min walk. The size of the apartment was huge and it was nice and bright, the only bug bear was the doors obviously being fire doors were heavy and did not stay open on there own which made the hallway dark. Some door openers would have been nice.

Apartment had everything needed for a short break, or even a few weeks, perhaps for a work assignment, and was clean and well equipped. Bed was comfy, rooms were spacious and everything worked! Great location round the back of the Mailbox, so everything within walking distance.

Whilst this didn't affect our stay at all, the apartment is well used, and so thing like light switches and doors are a little tired looking. Everything was spotless, and worked perfectly, but it could do with lick of paint, a little refresh, but was a very minor thing for us.

unfortunately the temperature control on the shower didnt work and was stuck on boiling hot so unusable. the housekeeper did try and help and offered to get me a bucket for my second night but its not quite the same! the mattress was a little soggy. although the bed linen was nice quality. A lot of building work outside at the moment.

The location was great.

I did not get what I ordered and they blamed me and booking.com for it. When I told them this they lied and said they will give me a part refund and later said they won't do anything about ti and I should take it up with booking.com. Extremely disappointed and won't be using them again. If it's not deluxe you don't get two rooms with double beds, nor do you get a 'private bathroom and an additional bathroom'. You get 1 double, and twin beds and 1 bathroom. When you let them know about this, they will say it's am minor issue, it's too expensive to fix and that they will give you a refund and then won't. Check all this before you book because apparently they do not have control over what booking.com states about their properties and it will be your fault not theirs! Also the open chocolate wrapper in the room left by the previous guest was a great touch.

The appartment was spaciaous and well maintained. The beds were comfortable. The location is very central and Q parking was just around the corner. Short walk to the Areana too..

not enough tea and coffee supplied fr 5 people so we have do to and buy some because the reception is closed over the weekend

Customer services were really easy to contact and speak to about my booking even when I booked on the same day as staying. Apartment was clean and had all amenities we needed. Good value for money in central Birmingham

Car parking is limited and near by car parks are expensive. Check in details are quite long winded

Location, how spacious and clean the apartment was and also the amenities inside you didn’t have to worry about anything it had everything you needed to live. Water and temperature/ power of shower was one of the best I’ve used yet no issues at all. Easiest place to stay I’ve been able to self check in and instructions very easy and accessible

No plugs close to a mirror hairdryer or straighners. Radiator didn’t work in bathroom. Parking is quite pricey at £22 and luckily that was with almost £8 discount for 22hrs only.

Excellent location and the staff were amazingly helpful. Fully equipped 1 bed serviced apartment right in the centre of the city. Everything from the city centre is a 10 min walk away. The only thing that let's it down is the apartment is a little tatty in places but don't let that put you off as the rest is excellent. Parking was on site for £20 which by city centre standards for a designated, secure space is good.

Good thing happen when you least expect! We booked this after another property cancelled on the morning of our stay! So glad they did! The apartment was brilliant and from the moment of booking, we had great customer service all round! The place was clean, well equipped and comfortable as well as the perfect location!! Highly recommend & will definitely be rebooking next time in Birmingham!!

The space was impressive but is clearly in need of attention, the curtains are also ripped and carpet stained.

The door to apartment was very difficult to lock even after being shown how by staff.Clearly an ongoing issue.

A great apartment close to many attractions. City centre, Broad street, F1 arcade, Symphony hall etc all 10-15 mins walk. At the mailbox. Nice size rooms, well equipped a home from home. Bath and shower. Plentiful hot water. Comfortable bed with firm mattress. Easy to access but secure apartment that was quiet despite its distance to the city. Parking (at cost) available in Mailbox, and several others nearby. A few minor things stopped a 5 rating, clock did not work, door handle broken. Other than that a really great place.

There was a problem with my room (water, I gather) so they found me a different location in Birmingham to stay in, which was very proactive. Unfortunately, location was the key and the new place was not suitable and they refused a refund, so I didn't stay anywhere but still got charged. Unfortunate.

Location good - just out of the Main Street for bars, shopping and restaurants. Very clean and found the keys after a few false starts.

Brilliant location, right opposite the Mailbox where we had dinner and a few drinks. Brilliant view from the lounge as it was a corner apartment, nice, bright and airy lounge. Beds were comfy and clean, bathroom was clean. Really good overall, we would come back again.

The sofa was a little old and dated with visible signs of the leather bits flaking off and the toilet lid of the main bathroom kept coming off so we used the en-suite one, but overall it was clean and comfy.

Great location with easy access in and out of the property. The extra space offered over a hotel room made a huge difference for a 3 night stay and made it feel like a home from home

There were a couple of issues that we didn't feel warranted making a phone call to a Duty Manager off site but which could have been resolved if staff had been available on site. Namely the in room safe not working and wanting an extra couple of towels. It seemed odd that reception wasn't staffed at the weekend which, presumably, is one of the busiest times of the week. The apartment was comfy and spacious but a little worn and rough round the edges.

Fue una estancia donde nos sentimos muy cómodas. Muy de agradecer que te dejasen café, té y azúcar. Todos los electrodomésticos funcionaban bien. Utensilios y menaje muy bien.

Como sugwrencias…No hablaban español. La puerta no cerraba bien por dentro, tenías que poner el pestillo y algo se abría. En la TV no encontramos el canal internacional. El horno tenía borrados los números de temperatura estaría bien que lo marcasen de alguna forma. En el menaje estaría bien que hubiesen tijeras.

We got an upgrade to our room on Arrival. The apartment was lovely clean Massive in size we were gutted we couldn't stay longer.

The house keeping lady was very apologetic for the room not being ready.

We arrived almost an hour after check in time and followed the instructions given but the key for our room was not where it was supposed fo be. Two other groups of people also had the same problem. After calling the contact number, the house keeping person came to see us 15 minutes later, our room was not ready. We left and got alternative accommodation.

Apartment was great for our overnight Christmas meet up. The booking experience and on going communication was fantastic. Use these apartments if you want to be next to the Mailbox.. Centre of Birmingham.. Bars, restaurants, canals and a Tesco 100 yards away for all provisions. Go!!!!

It felt unloved and a little tired.

Stayed here me and my partner for one night, great location. Apartment were extremely clean and loved the fact there was 2 toilets and a separate living area. Used the discount code to park in qparks too which was handy Would definitely come back

Location was great for everything, utilita Arena is a 10min walk and the station is about the same. City centre is just a short walk too. Comfy room and good value.

Nothing of note. Maybe some black out blinds in the bedroom would be nice. Especially for summer, didn't bother me as it's winter.
