A lot of cockcroaches in every corner of the room. The room is very poorly maintained. The ceiling of the bathroom is like a scene from horror movie. We wouldnt touch the bathtub. Never again.

Reviewed Aug 7, 2025We are a premier guest at Berjaya Hotel since last 25 years.On this particular dates 21-24 January 2024 ,we also checked in at Berjaya Times Square Hotel.Since our last minute request for additional room at BTS Hotel not available, we have decided to book a unit at BTS Resident. The room was very clean & hygenic with all facilities were in order.The Host Mr tuhin was very responsive & responsible person in attended to our request.Mr tuhin assistance " Mr mohsin " was also a kind & helpful person...always smile.. The 2 Bangladeshi housekeeping crews have perform good job during our stay. Sure we will come again in future & will recommend to our staff,family & friend. Thank you very much.

The apartment is directly connected to one of the best malls in Kuala Lumpur – Berjaya Times Square. • Great accessibility: Public transportation is easily accessible, making it convenient to move around the city. • Spacious apartment: The unit is roomy and suitable for families, with a lovely and relaxing view. • Good facilities: The swimming pool and gym are clean and well-maintained. • Respectful and polite host: The person in charge was friendly and responsive within reasonable limits.
Cons: • Outdated furniture: The furnishings are quite old and could use some renewal to improve comfort. • Carpet odor: The carpet has an unpleasant smell, which might be disturbing, especially for those sensitive to odors or dust. • Poorly equipped kitchen: The kitchen lacks essential items – no washing machine and no cooking utensils, which can be inconvenient for families or longer stays.

The apartment was a mess, it smelled very bad. There were many insects. The toilet seat was broken, the furniture needs to be changed. It was very different from the pictures.
