Good Morning Hoi An Homestay and Hostel

The owner was lovely, even booked me a car to the airport for when I was leaving. I felt safe in the area and hotel as a solo traveller. It was a great, central location for everything in Hoi An.

Really nice couple who manages this place and great value proposition. Its right at the edge of the old town and the owner helps you find cheaper options for activities or for example airport transport. Really great option that i can recommend to every budget traveler

The bathroom was a little warm and had no cold water which was a bit unfortunate for cooling down. A problem that was easily resolved by the aircon :D

Super clean and quiet family run Homestay. Tu, my host was simply delightful. So friendly and welcoming, always smiling, always helpful with everything you need. There’s a delicious Vegetarian Restaurant opposite (the veg crispy pancake and the stir-fried eggplant are favourites). I would recommend this lovely home-away-from-home to all, especially solo travellers.

The couple who ran the homestay were extremely welcoming and helpful - they did our laundry and helped organise a tour. They also gave us use of their fridge and always had water on hand to refill our bottles. The room was very comfortable and clean and the ac and shower worked well. The whole property had a lovely airy feel and was very quiet. The homestay was also in a fantastic location down a leafy alleyway but within 2mins walk of the old town and various shops, bars and restaurants.

The ensuite was small but perfectly usable.

L'emplacement est parfait. Dans une petite rue calme et proche de l'animation à la fois. Les chambres étaient propres, spacieuses et bien équipées. Les propriétaires étaient très accueillants et arrangeants. Ils proposent des tours et des services beaucoup moins chers que dans les agences alentours et peuvent vous louer des vélos pour vous promener dans les rizières et aller à la plage. Le prix des chambres est très abordable. Surtout pour un service comme celui-ci ! Je recommande vivement !

ご夫妻で経営しており、なんでも丁寧に対応して頂きました。ツアー、ショウ、ダナンまでの配車の手配なども適正な価格で、すぐ対応して頂き、楽な思いをしました。宿は旧市街まで徒歩圏内で路地を入って所にあるため静かで落ち着きます。部屋は清潔感があります。

The place was amazing, the people who ran it were awesome. Wifi worked well, location was amazing, Bathroom was nice and I loved the solar Hot water for the shower. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends and family.

There was some construction going on right next door that started at 7-7:30am every morning except Sunday. So I used a sleep mask and ear plugs and it was not much of a problems. As a budget traveler there are always some trade offs. But this was not a deal breaker for me.

Sehr schönes Homestay und insbesondere die Besitzer sind tolle Menschen. Sehr lieb und zuvorkommend. T hat uns einen Transport aus Danang organisiert und vor Ort viele Tipps für Aktivitäten gegeben. Sie organisierte uns auch Fahrräder. Sie Lage ist ebenfalls sehr gut. In einer ruhigen Seitengasse aber die Altstadt ist zu Fuß leicht erreichbar. Absolute Empfehlung!

Très belle chambre en plein de coeur de Hoi An, nous avons été parfaitement accueillis et accompagnés par les hôtes. L'emplacement est parfait, la chambre tout équipée et bien climatisée. Je recommande fortement !

The place to be in Hoi An ! <3 Nous avons adoré nos 4 jours dans ce homestay ! Vraiment quel plaisir de trouver des endroits comme cela pour se reposer… la chambre était impeccable ! Draps propre, salle de bain propre avec une douche avec de la pression, et une clim fonctionnelle. Très très bien situé dans une petite rue à l’écart de l’agitation, super agréable de rentrer le soir de la vieille ville en passant dans ces petites rues si mignonnes. A 5 mins a pied des premiers magasins et bar de la vieille ville. Avec un super banh min à 100m. Et surtout la gentillesse de nos hôtes !! Elle a pu nous aider sur tellement de choses, et le monsieur le soir nous accueillait toujours avec le sourire :) Nous reviendrons forcement à Hoi An et nous re dormirons ici. Merci beaucoup

Los hospedadores son super amables y siempre dispuestos a ayudar. Me recomendaron actividades, lugares de compras, me alquilaron una bicicleta y me ayudaron gestionando el traslado al aeropuerto. La ubicación es muy buena también, lugar tranquilo pero muy cerca del centro. Recomiendo el lugar.

La proprietaria merita un 10 e lode, una persona che ti fa sentire subito a tuo agio, come se ci fossi amica da sempre, che ti sa consigliare, gentile. Siccome non aveva posto una notte in più nella sua struttura ho dovuto prenotare altrove e mi ha accompagnata lei con il motorino. Camera pulita.

La mia stanza era davvero piccola (stanza vicino alla reception) con una finestra piccola ma che al mattino ha inondato la stanza di luce (impossibile arrivare alla finestra per chiudere la tenda. Non c’è un valido punto di appoggio nè in bagno nè in camera ed ho dovuto mettere tutto sul pavimento. Quindi la stanza di cui ho usufruito è ok per una sola notte per una sola persona.

Die Inhaberin ist so unglaublich lieb und zuvorkommend, hilft bei absolut allem und ist immer erreichbar. Sie gibt Tipps und Tricks für die besten Orte und warnt vor Abzockern, sagt einem die vernünftige ln preise für Kleidung und Souvenirs. Und sie kümmert sich um Eintrittskarten für Shows oder Ausflüge. Würde vorher gewarnt die Sachen vom Hostel oder so immer zu vergleichen weil die teilweise mehr verlangen, bei ihr habe ich für die Memories show sogar weniger gezahlt als beim Anbieter selbst!! Ich habe mich super wohl gefühlt und würde immer wieder kommen! Vielen Dank!

Great location and owners were super nice. Was able to rent a bicycle for one of the days I stayed.

Door auto locked once you closed it which is handy since you can’t leave without locking but 2 things (1) when I left one time and immediately realized I didn’t have key, I had to get owners to open door for me which they happily did; of more concern to me was (2) the fact that I had no ability to double lock or deadbolt my door once I was in for the night.

The hosts were amazingly welcoming and even took me to the bus station after checking out!

Host are incredibly nice and caring. Facilities are spotlessly clean. Location is 8 minute walk to waterfront and lantern boats. 1 minute walk to McDonalds and KFC if needed. Restaurants and shops everywhere.

Огромная благодарность владельцам отеля. У меня было ощущение что я как дома, так тепло меня приняли и такая семейная атмосфера в этом отеле. Очень отзывчивые владельцы. Очень хорошее расположение, всего несколько минут до старого города. Сам отель расположен на тихой и красивой улочке и поэтому шум города не мешает спать ночью. Очень рекомендую.

One of the best places I've stayed - beautiful room, great facilities, plenty of hot water and the loveliest hosts! Always on hand for questions, recommendations and support - even helped book my activities and onwards travel. Great location too - close enough to everything, but on a quiet street.

L’accueil est fabuleux ! L’hôte est super sympa et souriante. Elle parle très bien anglais et nous a conseillés et aidés pour pleins de choses : taxis, restos, tailleurs… L’hôtel est très bien placé dans un jolie petite ruelle calme à 5 minutes de l’entrée du vieux quartier et 15 minutes du port. La chambre familiale est très spacieuse avec 2 lits en 140 assez confortables et un lit très grand lit mais qui est moins confortable. Il y a un petit frigo. Serviettes changées tous les jours. La chambre familiale dispose d’une grande terrasse de l’autre côté du couloir. Location de vélos à 50k vnd par personne Lessive à 100k vnd pour 2-3kg

Had a wonderful stay! The location is perfect close to the old town, but in a quiet alley! The owners are the best! They always have a positive smile and were very happy to help me and arrange me with anything I needed! This is really a true homestay experience! The rooms are very simple but clean and still in good condition! The price to quality ratio is peeeeerfeeect!

Staff gentilissimo, camera molto spaziosa, pulita e conforme alle foto, arredamento semplice ma con tutto l'essenziale per il soggiorno. La posizione è perfetta: vicolo non trafficato quindi silenzioso ma perfetto per visitare il quartiere vecchio a piedi. La zona è piena di caffè, posti dove mangiare cibo locale e ristoranti più occidentalizzati. La proprietaria ci ha anche organizzato il trasporto verso l'aeroporto a un prezzo ragionevole. Rapporto qualità/prezzo ottimo, assolutamente consigliato!

I loved everything about this place. Specially the hosts. they were very kind, caring and genuine people who always had smiles on their faces. Very helpfull. They also arrange tours and taxis for you. Overall a lovely experience. If you're thinking of staying in Hoi an, book this place without a doubt. I had an amazing experience. The location is great.

Fantastic hostess and comfortable rooms with spacious beds and AC, right in the center of the old town, and a lovely view from the patio! Definitely staying here next time I'm in Hoi An. Very quiet at night!

T è stata l'host perfetta e un supporto fondamentale durante la mia permanenza a Hoi An. Non ci sono stati problemi per il mio arrivo molto presto in struttura e ho ricevuto aiuto nell'organizzazione del transfer verso Da Nang quando me ne sono andata. Ho ricevuto consigli su posti local dove mangiare (tutti buonissimi) e su esperienze da provare ad Hoi An. Da viaggiatrice solitaria è stato un piacere essere accolta così bene. Nota di merito il fatto che la struttura sia vicinissima a tutto e che soprattutto sia ecosostenibile con alimentazione a pannelli solari e con campioncini di shampoo e docciaschiuma in confezioni biodegradabili.

Geweldige rustige plek dichtbij het oude centrum, met een super goede host die je met alles wil helpen! Je kunt hier fietsen huren waarmee je binnen 1/2 uurtje op het strand met super leuke strandtenten bent! Je wandelt binnen paar minuten naar de oude stad! Ook tour kunnen ze voor goede prijs reken, de was, het is fantastisch! Als je echt in een rustig, vriendelijke, gastvrije en goedkope plek wilt verblijven bevelen we dit hotel van harte aan

Il nostro è stato un soggiorno velocissimo. La stanza e il bagno sono piccoli, ma forniti di tutto. La posizione è eccellente per girare il centro a piedi. La proprietaria di casa è stata molto presente e disponibile e ci ha organizzato un transfer per la stazione di Da Nang.

I had a truly wonderful experience at this homestay in Hoi An. The owner was incredibly kind, always smiling, and went out of her way to make me feel welcome and comfortable. She created such a warm and homely atmosphere that I felt completely at ease asking for anything I needed – and that made all the difference. The room was spotless, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the bed was super comfortable. Everything was just right. I genuinely felt like I was staying with family, and it turned my time in Hoi An into something really special. I can’t recommend this place enough. Thank you for everything – I’ll definitely come back if I’m ever in Hoi An again!

Nagyon jó helyen, de egy csendesebb utcában található. Nagyon tiszta, jól felszerelt. Közel van az óvárosi részhez. A tulajdonos nagyon kedves, segítőkész. Segített a programszervezésben is. A csomagokat ott lehetett hagyni (előbb érkeztünk és később távoztunk).

I absolutely adored this homestay. The owner was so wonderful and helpful with recommendations and additional services. The tailor's she recommended also were fantastic. The house, and room were beautiful and well set up. The balcony room let in so much natural light and was spacious. I also loved the location. The room, bedding and towels were all immaculate.

The host at Good Morning was the loveliest woman - she recommended us tailors for both leather and clothes (which were both amazing), when we wanted to post our things back she got someone to come to the hotel and when that was too expensive she drove us to the nearby post office. The most helpful, attentive person ever. Thank you! Location was also amazing, right in the heart of old town and walkable to most places. Clean and comfortable.

I spent 4 nights in this Homestay. The Homestay is very well located in a quiet lane within easy walking distance to many shops and restaurants including McDonald’s and KFC. The room was spotlessly clean, nicely decorated, lovely soft new towels, excellent lighting, a room fan as well as an air conditioner, bottled water provided on the first night and the 2 owners were very friendly and very helpful people.

The room however is best described as “minimal” in so far as it lacked a refrigerator and television as well as a kettle for boiling water. Clothes storage consisted of open hangers (see photo) instead of a wardrobe. The bathroom was very small (see photo) and the shower lacked a curtain. I spent 4 nights in the Homestay and it was serviced after the second night. Servicing involved replacing the towel and removing the rubbish. Sachets of shampoo and body wash were provided as well as a small bar of soap. I would recommend to bring your own shampoo if you have long hair. The comfort on the first night of my stay was less than satisfactory. On arrival the room was exceedingly hot due to the window being open and allowing a strong hot breeze to enter the room. It took a very long time to cool the room to a comfortable level and I found it difficult to sleep. The subsequent nights were better. The price of the room was very reasonable so one cannot expect too much.

L’ospitalità, la cortesia e la gentilezza dei proprietari. Inoltre la camera era molto pulita dotata sia di aria condizionata che di ventilatore. La posizione è perfetta, sei in centro in 5 minuti ma sufficientemente lontano dalla calca.

The staff were very nice and kind. They allowed us to check in early and let us leave our things there for a few hours after check-out. The place is clean and centrally located.

The hosts were just beautiful with a lot of great advice. The location was excellent, close enough to everything but nice and quiet.
