Reviewed Sep 19, 2026Casa da ponta negra, la mejor casa donde hemos podido pasar el principio de nuestra luna de miel. No le falta un detalle, tiene todo lo que se necesita en el día a día en casa! El trato de Paulo espectacular! Nada más llegar nos recibió con un carro para llevarnos las maletas. También en la casa nos dejó varios detalles de bienvenida, no faltaba nada! Porsupuesto las vistas, es lo más increíble. Está situada en el mejor sitio que puede haber, y para rematar el jacuzzi! Una pasada! 100% recomendable, nosotros, si Dios quiere, volveremos! ❤️ Celeste y Ezequiel

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026Magnifique site. Niché dans un ancien cratère, il offre une vue à 180 degrés sur la mer. Un accès à la plage est aménagé. Sur la terrasse une des équipements d’un design sobre et moderne permettent de déjeuner ou se reposer les pieds dans l’eau, attention toutefois à la pluie, car le climat reste instable. Un jacuzzi se trouve dans un angle, parfait pour se baigner après un bain, une bonne randonnée ou même avant de se coucher pour reposer la tête et le corps (il est éclairé). L’intérieur est minimaliste, le propriétaire nous a gentiment laissé capsule de café, confiture (celle à l’ananas est délicieuse), petit pain et eau. Un barbecue est mis à disposition. La nuit est calme, bercée par le bruit des vagues et le chant des oiseaux. La villa étant isolée, le propriétaire nous a gentiment convoyé les valises et sac. Attention cependant, le seul restaurant présent dans la baie est assez cheap.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026Casa muito bonita e os anfitriões levaram os detalhes ao máximo (desde os utensilios da cozinha aos do wc - escova e pasta de dentes... - até guarda-chuva! É notória a preocupação com o hóspede. Sentimo-nos mesmo bem recebidos :)

Reviewed Oct 8, 2025Die Erwartungen übertroffen ist vielleicht der falsche Ausdruck, es war mehr. Angefangen durch die Begrüßung des Gastgebers, bis hin zu kleinen aber wichtigen und tollen Dingen, war alles PERFEKT. Dem ist nichts weiter hinzuzufügen.

Reviewed Aug 30, 2025Perfect house and location, private, spotless and equipped with everything you could possibly need. Lots of food provided, 2 minutes to the beach. If you are able to walk three minutes on uneven terrain (you don't have to carry your luggage), this is a house as good as it gets. Highly recommended!

Reviewed Jun 30, 2025Das Haus hat einen grossen und gemütlichen Aussenbereich mit Liegen, Grill, Feuerstelle und Whirlpool. Die Aussicht aufs Meer und die Bucht Praia Sao Lourenco ist fantastisch. Das Haus liegt am Rand des Dörfchens, dadurch ist es sehr ruhig. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, die Ausstattung ist top. Der Gastgeber Paulo ist sehr freundlich und umd Wohl der Gäste besorgt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Nichts! Dass wir nur 4 Nächte geblieben sind 😉

Como tínhamos crianças de 2 anos e 5 anos, o proprietário deixou alguns brinquedos de praia, bem como roupão arqueado para estas idades. Excelente espaço exterior bem cuidado e muito agradável. O interior da casa muito acolhedor e confortável.

Carried our bags for us, gave us a detailed tour of the house and amenities and left us a welcome basket with the best melons I’ve ever had (grown locally). The constant breeze and sound of waves crashing made our stay super relaxing. Sorry we had to leave. Can’t recommend this place highly enough!

Reviewed Jun 20, 2024Amazing location, you couldn't be closer of the ocean ! Isolated, you will have the feeling of being alone on Earth while still be able to walk to some nice restaurants ! The road to the rest of Santa Maria Island is just breathtaking ! Paul will make you feel home right away ! His attention to details is very special !
