The Hide in Sandton

The location was best for my business in Sandton

Only wish there was a separate kitchen then I could have stayed longer

Very clean, quiet ans secure. The rooms were comfortable and well maintained. Check in was easy, great location in Sandton.

Nothing major, everything was fine. Just a small improvement on wifi would make it even better

It is affordable and close to Sandton Center

It literally like booking a room in someone’s house, you have limited access around the house. There are rooms your not allowed to enter which made the stay a bit weird and uncomfortable

Nada

Super recomendo.

Se nada

None

The smell of sewage that welcomes you at the gate the drain was leaking. We had to wait at a unmarked gate where no one answered the intercom .Our apartment was a communal set up everyone can just come upstairs no privacy the room on your left the locking mechanism wasn't properly functional, really it wasn't for me I cancelled it immediately, and the other thing is you have to pay it upfront and if you raised your disappointments they just say it's not refundable And even the parking I'll not recommend it to anyone that's concerned about there privacy.

Great hospitality. Absolutely amasing host.

The lounge/ entrance area, the pool area. Comfortable bed. Large kitchen. One friendly helpful worker called Edna.

Difficult to locate as no sign or nameplate to say what the building is. A For Sale sign near the entrance gate wasn't helpful . Some of the bedroom curtains were falling off the rails and were net + voile which let in very bright light from the tennis court floodlights _ really horrendous. Worst of all there is Wi-Fi without Internet so we couldn't put extra data.on phones, couldn't get uber or.taxi to go get food and no television. The lady working there kindly went outside to try to get us a cab on her phone. The place looks nice but we couldn't risk a 2nd night and checked out in the morning

The place was clean, the pool was clean. The lady that was assisting us she was friendly and welcoming.

I think they need to update the kitchen, and also put more dishes like salad bowl and change the pot and pans. Cooker hood was not working.

Excellent service and very welcoming

Nothing

I liked everything about the place, it's so nice 😊. In a quiet area 👍😊. It is the place that it think it is 👏😊. Marvelous the Lady there, she was so very sweet ☺️. Welcoming 💕.

The lady was so friendly, understanding and helpful.

Nothing, everything was great

It was wonderful.

Nothing!!!!

Not easy to find, not the best space to park vehicle

I recently had a staycation here and it was honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had. The place was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. What truly stood out was the housekeeper(sister nyasha). She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. Her attention to detail and warm personality made my stay even more enjoyable.

The place is very clean and the furniture is very stylish modern look. Our host Nyasha is the best she's very welcoming we enjoyed our stay and we will definitely come back.

The staff is very friendly and was so generous even though I checked in late.

I loved the hospitality, the host Nyasha gave us exceptional service would highly recommend for anyone travelling to Johannesburg

The lady who hosted us was so kind ... Nyash you deserve 100 star

Everything Nyasha was so lovely and excellent hosting service. Friendly and helpful. Clean With a very homey environment

Nothing. Everything was perfect. A home away from home .

The hostess Nyasha very professional and very welcoming. She attended to my request and made me feel very comfortable throughout my stay . I would definitely return.

There was nothing that I did not like.

The lady who looks after the place is very friendly

Serenity

I still expect you to talk to the owner for a refund for the 9th as getting direction to their place was very difficult inspite of my calling for direction my calls were ignored ,the road to the place is very confusing with boom gate closed and Nobody told us to go through the boom gate and the East Lane where Hse is situated comes off Rubenstein which was Not also mentioned ,as we travelled on Rubenstein we were met with closed boom gate several times we tried calling the property in vain as we wanted to know direction until we booked at the Mint Express ,kindly request the property to refund us our hard earned money ,please .Otherwise all was good as we proceeded to sleep there on 10 & 11,the Host Nyasha was good.

Best place, very comfortable and considerate when it comes to noise , definitely coming next time , the lady is so nice .. nyaisha 👌

Great location

The address was a bit difficult to find. My stay started off on a sour note, the person who welcomed us told me she could not find my booking. She had to call someone to verify my reservation.

I loved the area, the apartment was also stunning and the service was excellent... If I'm around Sandton, that's definitely going to be my go to place

Edna the staff member was very helpful and accommodating. The place was spacious and peaceful, very beautiful too.

It’s clean

We share the property with other people

Room was very comfortable and the staff very pleasant

There are security lights and the curtains are light material so it is difficult to sleep due. Black out curtains would assist.

Ambiente extremamente limpo e Nyasha é muito simpática

The place is so beautiful, peaceful and so very clean. Nyasha is an amazing host and so very accommodating. Definitely coming back.

Fijn gastenverblijf in een mooie wijk! De gastvrouw was erg aardig en behulpzaam! Aanrader dit verblijf! :)

Smartness and spacious

Everything was perfect

Very nice ANB safe and nice place I would recommend if you visit Joberg

Nice place bolt or Uberbto take you placed very nice host

Nyasha was very friendly and helpful..plus the location was bonus to navigate Sandton. I really enjoyed my stay, and I look forward to staying there again on my next visit in Johannesburg South Africa.

Staff very friendly and helpfull Beautifull place Rooms have door to inside of house and glass patio doors to the outside very comfortable Bathrooms is very clean and big Bed is very comfy Stone built casibo at pool and patio on porch beautiful garden view to relax. Coffee freely available to make in kitchen No aircons and i think parking will be a problem when gesthouse is full. But overhaul worth your money

The staff. She is a gem

No aircons

The property is very clean. From the Kitchen to the bedding. Nyasha, the host, is very welcoming and makes the stay enjoyable!

The host was friendly and helpful, the room was nice & big. Every thing we asked for the host provided. The house was clean. Nice and safe location

I liked most things but I would suggest a kettle in the room, it was an inconvenience to go downstairs to boil water for a cup of tea, I feel like if the microwave can be in the room I don’t see why the kettle can’t be

Quite and safe environment

Quality of your toilet paper Poor Wifi TV not working properly

The guest house was cozy, clean, and perfectly located. But what truly made our stay special was our amazing hostess Nyashaaa! She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at home. Her hospitality, warmth, and attention to detail were exceptional. We'd highly recommend this guest house and can't wait to return!

Nothing at all..

Nyasha was a great host, she made us feel at home. Definitely coming back again with my girls. The place is beautiful but still under construction, there is also a tennis court which I truly loved.

I didn't have breakfast, my location was good.

Nothing, I am happy with everything.

I loved the property set up, the furniture, cleanliness, the staff... List is unending

Cleanliness

Vraiment parfait!

A hóspede

Falta de Ar condicionado

The property is very clean and the host amazing

Nothing

It was clean, quiet family friendly,th staff was awesome, free gym.home away from home, highly recommend it

When it rains the electricity trips ,they should fix that

The room with toilet was very clean and comfortable, the kitchen available for me to have breakfast the morning after. I only stayed one night and it was rainy so I couldn't enjoy the outside but the pool looked great!

Great location

Party goers next room at 11 to 2 pm . Really ridiculous to sleep

Such beautiful house! Is like living on a mansion for a couple of days... Very comfortable and the price was Fair! Host was very helpful as well! Great place to stay! No question about It!

I have two suggestions to improve the place: 1 - We took at least two cold showers because there was no more heated water on the system... I think when all rooms want to take a shower at same time (by morning) there's no hot water for everybody. Suggest reviewing this... 2 - The curtains on the room were too thin and light, when the sun comes up or the lights are on outside there's a lot of Clarity that goes inside The Room which can be annoying when you're trying to sleep. I suggest putting a Blackout curtain on the rooms to block light and avoid this.

More than expected

Nothing

The warm welcome by the host Nyasha was amazing, the place very clean, we had a pleasant stay and the place is easy to find, everything was clean.

I loved everything

Everything was great and Nyasha is such a lovely person and so helpful from the first moment on.

Nothing

I liked that it had a patio where we could chill , good for outdoorsy spring / summer activities . There was a pool which was a bonus and an area that looked like a tennis court but I wasn't sure about the accessibility

No noise after 10PM - all rules must be placed on the site before booking

I loved everything about it,Out Host Nyasha was so sweet and polite ,Definitely going to book again 🤞🏾

Everything

I like everything about the property and the staff is friendly

Friendly and helpful staff

Nothing, they were very unprofessional, informed the facility I would be con8ng after 21h00 and when ai git there in the even8ngbto check in,facilty could not be accessed.

N9n responsive to communication.

It was home away from home. Beautiful stay, very clean and the Nyasha made our stay so comfortable. The breakfast was filling and delicious

Our stay was short, next time we will stay longer

everything was fine but the wifi was a problem mostly at night.

wifi

We had a wonderful stay, and the host was amazing

I could spend the whole day typing. -Lovely service by the host, Nyasha, who made us feel at home and absolutely welcome. -Very clean home with modern finishes that are much better than a majority of hotels -Top notch safety as the area is safe and the host has applied safety measures of their own -Both of us enjoyed the pool -Comfortable bed

Nothing not to like with a host as brilliant as Nyasha was!

it's not clean, the house is beautiful but The kitchen and refrigerator smells, they should do a better job of cleaning. Additionally, the linens, towels and the showers are dirty.we were held captive, it got even worse because my sister had fallen down the stairs and spilled her wine on the wall and floor. They demanded R1000, but for what? I detest that place and will never return. Additionally, the staff is completely subpar. Nothing about this stay pleased me.

We reserved the entire house, but their hostess was there as if she were a security guard keeping an eye on us and everything; there was absolutely no privacy. The rules appear to be in order everywhere. Also they terrible, terrible curtains that aren't even neatly hung. Other than that the house is beautiful but facilities and people trash trash

I absolutely loved the lady that hosted us, Ruth. She was very helpful and kind.

It was okay. Nothing bad stood out.

The host Ruth was very nice and helpful available all the time when we needed any assistance and was very friendly with us 😀😀 definitely 10* for her.the place is beautiful loved the pool

The were people coming in and out the apartment we booked in and I felt our privacy was invaded some of the appliances were not working most of the things were not up to standard it's a nice place that needs maintenance

The host Ruthy was very friendly and welcoming. She is cheerful and always eager to make things easier. She responds promptly to guest requests, and goes the extra mile to make your stay as comfortable as possible. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
