I was not happy with the room. Too small, no sandles no dustbin, no hot water, until the third night I was shifted to another room

The reception lady’s attitude. She was working on Saturday and gave us very bad looks and feedback regarding the electricity issue. We asked when she thought electricity would be back and she looked at us like we’re asking for too much. Only after my partner confronted her, we found out she’s lying about the entire compound not having electricity. We just wanted to iron because we had an event we were going to and we asked to iron in the staff compound because we saw the TV’s were on. She said they also don’t have power. My partner confronted her and that’s when she moved us. The rooms we had were dirty, mouldy, smelly and wet! It was our second time here and definitely the last!

La habitación parecía haber sido renovada hace poco pero le faltaba mantenimiento, especialmente a la alfombra que estaba gastada y sucia, los artefactos del baño estaban sueltos, como el inodoro y en líneas generales a todo le faltaba un poco de atención a los detalles de limpiza.

I didn't sleep there. After making a booking the owner refused to open the gate for us saying i must at least book for 3 nights. I had to book for another Accommodation. I have not received my money till now. She doesn't pick up my calls. She last said I must call booking.com. I really want my money back.

Nothing much except a suggestion to move the table umbrella and chairs outside of room 10 window.we failed to rest at times one guest would go and sit there and have early morning calls and a smoke it was unpleasant as we had to keep the windows closed to minimize noise and the cigarette smell

Water was cold in the morning. The towels were wet from the washing. The blanket did not look clean.

The place is deserted and neglected. The only available person was the security guy who was really helpful. Imagine sleeping in a room in Winter without any heating system. Worse case was that there was no water to for bathing, we left in the morning without bathing

Taking everything in, I liked quite a bit of it actually, I feel a few things in the establishment could use some upgrading but either than that excellent stay

The bedrooms were really clean and the security guard was very friendly and helpful.

I booked for 7 people and we were under the impression this was one booking and would be allocated rooms closeby but we were in separate houses, very far from the kitchen. The kitchen had little to no utensils to use, this made it very difficult for us to enjoy the stay as initially intended. The lady at the reception was nice at first but as we kept enquiring due to the above mentioned, she was losing patience with us.

The property itself is safe, has a nice garden and multiple pools good seating areas, easy access in and out of property, good location and central, staff and security very friendly and helpful.

The room did need some maintenance and cleaning, like spider webs in the corners of the bathroom, the carpets were very dirty, the pillow is not the most comfortable, and you can hear people walking around to much and talking outside of the room, the doors don’t close smoothly so it’s loud each time when somebody opens and closes the door, just minor things that can be improved on and a few maintenance updates will take this place along way

The location is nice, almost in a closed-off neighbourhood. The staff were really friendly and even helped take my bags to the room. Small kettle and complimentary things. Bed was big and comfy.

The shower could've been cleaner. The floors looked like they needed a sweep and mop.

Bereits zum dritten Mal hier. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett und verständnisvoll. Wir hatten laute Nachbarn und bevor wir überhaupt etwas gesagt hatten, wurde sich bereits darum gekümmert. Wenn man möchte kann man jeden Tag einen Zimmerservice haben. In einer Gated Community aufgeteilt in 3 kleinen Häusern mit mehreren Zimmern und pro Haus ein Pool. Immer eine Parkmöglichkeit direkt auf dem Gelände. Nahe an der Benmore Mall.

Im Badezimmer war offensichtlich Schimmel an der wand und Decke über der Dusche.

We stayed at this place from 31 January to 12 February, and overall our experience was fair, but there were several issues that affected our comfort during our stay. When we first arrived, the bathroom sink in our room was blocked, which was inconvenient. One of the housekeeping staff members was also not very professional. Instead of introducing herself as the housekeeper, she repeatedly asked if we needed anything, even though we had clearly stated at check-in that we required daily housekeeping services. Unfortunately, the cleaning itself was also not done properly. There was often an unpleasant smell in the room after she mopped, which we suspect came from the mop she was using. The bathroom was also not cleaned thoroughly — only the toilet seat seemed to be wiped, while the rest of the bathroom was left untouched. Because we were booking day-by-day, we were able to move to another room, which initially seemed like a better option. However, after moving, we woke up with small red, very itchy bites on our bodies. We were quite alarmed and wanted to report this to reception, only to be informed that pest control was already scheduled to come that morning. This made us concerned that the bites could have been from bed bugs, which was honestly quite frightening during a long stay. The second room also had very large pillows that were uncomfortable for sleeping. When I asked if it was possible to get smaller pillows, I was simply told “no,” which was disappointing from a customer service perspective. The self-catering facilities also need improvement. The kitchen did not have enough pots for cooking, there were no spoons at all, and the fridge was very small. Because of this, we were limited in how much food we could store, which is not ideal for guests staying for an extended period.

While some aspects of the stay were acceptable, there is a clear need for improvements in maintenance, housekeeping professionalism, customer service, pest control reassurance, and kitchen equipment to make the experience more comfortable for guests, especially those staying for longer periods

The room was small didn't have air conditioning, they don't have kitchen, no microwave. The room has dirt carpet on the floor. The bed was not properly cleaned it had a dust..so disappointed.

No heater in the room, too much cold. They should include a food delivery service for the hotel, that will add additional comfort to guests.

The price I got when booking with a call and booking with booking.com was not the same. The place outside was dirty even the swimming pools were dirty. The water only gets hot for 10 minutes after that you only get cold water. M very disappointed, they selling us a dream in their pictures.

Not enough shelter for rain ,they no umbrellas the bottom stairs have no rail guards and very slippery when wet so its health hazard ,there are no aircons to control room temperature
