L’établissement est bien placé dans le quartier calme de Zamalek. Il y a un café, un supermarché et tout ce qu’il faut à proximité. L’appartement est spacieux avec 2 chambres séparées.

L’entrée de l’immeuble et les parties communes sont sales et absolument pas accueillante. On a envie de faire demi tour en arrivant. L’ascenseur est en très mauvais état et il faut demander au gardien pour le faire fonctionner ce qui peut prendre du temps. Concernant l’appartement, il était sale lors demander notre arrivée. En allant d’une chambre à la salle de bain on arrive avec les pieds noirs de poussière, il faut marcher avec des sandales. La salle de bains et particulièrement la douche était aussi sale. L’appartement n’a pas d’éclairage naturel dans la pièce principale, juste 2 petites fenêtres dans les chambres. Rien n’est fait pour vous accueillir: j’ai trouvé des serviettes de toilettes au fond d’un placard le lendemain de notre arrivée. Pas d’eau chaude car le cumulus n’était pas branché (trouvé aussi le lendemain), pas de papier toilettes. On en a acheté et on en a découvert 2 jours plus tard dans un placard de cuisine… Une odeur très désagréable en arrivant car l’appartement n’avait visiblement pas été aéré depuis un temps. Enfin pas de télécommande pour faire fonctionner la Clim de la pièce principale et impossible de faire fonctionner celles des 2 chambres. Heureusement c’était fin octobre mais on a eu chaud. Clairement cet appartement n’est pas entretenu

Spacious flats and comfortable beds. The host was very friendly and responsive.

The kitcken was not very well equipped, the bathroom was not very clean and there was a leakage, and no toilet paper available. There was a soap bar that seemed to be from previous guests and no shampoo.

Location is centrally located / in the heart of ZAMALEK as stated in the description - Rania , our host has been checking us and provided recommendations for restaurants - Huge apartment with full kitchen amenities - Thank you for the welcome drinks and chips. - supermarket and pharmacy in the same building . - There is Thai restaurant- good food in the same tower.

What I like most about the property is the host, Mrs. Rania. She is one of a kind, and her hospitality is genuine. Whatever happens, she will fix it immediately once you tell her. The location of the property, this apartment feels like it's in the heart of the world 😁. Whatever comes to your mind, it's close at hand. The fact that the apartment has no windows is more of a plus than a minus, because you'll find the peace and quiet that everyone is looking for in Cairo.

Great location there is markets, cafe and shops all around. Very wide apartment. Wifi was good. There was a power bank but we didn’t use it

Although we were charged 60$ for CLEANING SERVICE that was done before we arrive i suppose but we just figured out about it after they draw the money we found some left overs from the people before us and hair all over the bathroom. The toilet was dropping water all over the floor but was fixed by a handyman when we contacted the owner. It was very cold and there were no sunlight at all. Had a moldy smell and there was a voice of a working machine that we didn’t know what it was. The building is pretty old so was the door of the apartment. We were adviced to bring our own towels but we were going to use the ones provided but we only found one face towel and we were 3 people.

Best place, nice Apartment. Very freindly and cooperative owner. She is always avalible to help. Excellent location and great resturants.

Loved the flat and the area... Rania is a very lovely person and was very kind, polite and helpful ..asking about us every day making sure our needs are met Great area Everything was available around us

No net connection Wasn’t clean Toilet was horrible 2nd room only two beds no coubred or table

-Its a very spacious accomodation with a large living room/kitchen and one large master bedroom, coming with a smaller 2-person bedroom -It's located in the heart of Zamalek close to shops, restaurants, not far from the metro -The beds are comfortable -The satellite TV comes with over 500 channels -The apt has a lot of storage room, drawers and a closet -Because of the odd lay-out, it's very well insulated from street noise

-The accomodation only has 2 windows, both looking out on the dirty and dark courtyard, because of this there is very little natural light -The bathroom is sober and has an unpleasant odour, and the boiler is fast but small -The WiFi couldn't handle uploading multiple pictures, but worked fine otherwise. The connection to the mobile data network is weak -The security guard only speaks Arabic and because of this it was a bit difficult to find the apt, but the host was very helpful

Very clean, owners are very helpful and easy to reach. Security was helpful as well.

The internet connection. No network signal and no balconies or windows in the house but that was stated in the description.
