Reviewed Sep 10, 2026Very Bad Experience – Not Recommended Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience at this hotel. I booked a king-size bedroom, but I was given a quarter/twin-size room instead, which was not what I had booked. The room cleaning was also not satisfactory, and there were bed bugs, which was extremely unpleasant and unacceptable. The receptionist was also very rude and unprofessional when dealing with me. The only advantage of this hotel is its location, as it is very close to Al Haram. Apart from the location, my overall experience was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel unless they seriously improve their room quality, cleanliness, and customer service.
