Very well organised shared accommodation. Great kitchen. Bedding very comfortable. Immaculately clean.

Parking is a bit awkward. The property development has inadequate roading onto the main highway. Some guests may encounter traffic queues to exit the development especially on weekday mornings.

The property aesthetically was lively, very clean and well kept. The shared living area was cold though as there wasn’t any heating.

There was no noise batting between the rooms so you could hear everything at all hours it didn’t make for a comfortable sleeping environment, especially with inconsiderate guesting in other rooms making noise up until midnight both nights of our stay. I had messaged the owners the morning of our first visit to let them know about the noise issue as I hardly had any sleep, expecting them to inform the other guests. However they were as loud the next night and I had to call at 11:45pm about to complain about the noise yet again.

It was perfectly located in close proximity to the wedding venue we went to. The room was very comfortable and beautiful clean. Towels smelt of fabric softener, and no stale smoke smell anywhere in the guesthouse. This is important as we are non-smokers. The lady we met who was cleaning in the house was very friendly and helpful and we could easily arrange an earlier check-in time.

The street parking was not closely available. Many cars were parked when we returned just after 10 pm and it was a challenge to find a place to park.

The room and house were extremely clean and tidy. The room itself was spacious, the heater provided for the room was great and the heated toilet seat was amazing! The closet has automatic lights which makes it great when looking for your clothes in the dark. Overall i loved the cleanliness of the room, no funky smells, and would highly recommend if this is of importance to you.

Location is a bit further out from the main hustle and bustle of Queenstown so you might need a car to travel around or catch public transport.

Very comfortable clean bed so warm, heater and electric blankets, heated toilet for cold bums, wonderful shower and toiletries included. Hairdryer as well. Kitchen and lounge room very spacious.

Very Recommend this place to stay when comeung to Queestown, very clean and warm house and the host is very nice , kitchen equipment all are complete. 5 min to frankton and 15 min to Queenstown, location are superb

I stayed here twice while visiting the South Island, the team was attentive and flexible, the entire house is beautifully done with a lot of attention to detail, the rooms are a great size with comfy beds - it felt more like a hotel than a guest house.

We stayed at this location twice within a week - and both times went very smoothly. Very clean and comfortable stay 10mins from the airport. Tago could not have been more supportive. The bathroom was next level comfort, just what we needed after a long flight to unwind. Thanks to Tago, for an excellent experience!

Location is both positive and negative. Good that it's close to the airport and extremely quiet, lacking in that it's outside the immediate Queenstown area. Depends on what one is looking for.

Great location for us, limited parking if arriving late so just sneaked in front of the garage.

Would of liked a bit of a softer bed or a mattress topper would be perfect, otherwise a very lovely spot to awesome place to stay would definitely book again.

Het was goed uitgerust en alle faciliteiten waren aanwezig. Ook was het schoon en ruim. Een heel erg fijn huis en verblijf.

Het inchecken ging via een code en ook bij het uitchecken hebben we niemand gezien. We kwamen binnen in een donker huis en hebben onze kamer een beetje moeten zoeken, dat voelde gek.

Great homely, comfortable stay. All the necessary amenities was pleasantly surprised how spacious and well equipped the kitchen was. Host was very accomodating and even made a special effort to help us with our laundry despite this not routinely being available after we'd been hiking!

Would be nice to have easy access to washing machine but understand not always possible. Can be hard to find parking but we got space on the street.

Close enough to the airport if you have a flight the next day.

Nothing, but it isn’t so suitable if you need it to be near retail facilities. I believe that there are bus options.

Location was close to both the airport and the Stoneridge Estate, so it's perfect if you need a place to stay while attending an event there.

The location was very handy to Frankton and the airport. The neighbourhood was quiet and relaxing. We had the ensuite room which was spacious, clean and had a very comfortable bed. The kitchen and living area was well stocked with everything we needed.

The only confusing thing was that our booking confirmation said our room would have our initials on the door but there was no sign advising which room was ours. We knew our room only because it was the one ensuite room.

Pretty affordable place in Queenstown that was quiet and clean. Would use again.

Communication with the owner. The house is clean and very well equipped. An especial thanks to the Chinese lady (sorry i forgot her name) who made our stay more comfortable.She was very helpful and kind. Location very near to everywhere by car.

It was a really tidy place, full kitchen available for use

Due to other people staying at the house felt like we needed to stay in our room (beside having a bite). It also felt almost decorotive, when it looks nice but you can't use it vibe. Was annoying to share bathroom (just happened to use it every time at the same time as other guests).

The property was clean and had everything you needed for cooking. The bed was comfortable

The TV could not be programmed for viewing. Disappointed and lowered the rating somewhat

Logement situé loin du centre de Queenstown (15 minutes en voiture). Chambre agréable, mais insonorisation entre les chambres catastrophiques, les murs semblent en cartons. Donc à voir sur quels voisins vous tomber lors de votre séjour… Rapport qualité-prix pas bon, j’ai trouvé ça fort cher pour une petite chambre avec sdd partagée.

There is a big kitchen and comfortable living room and dining room table. It is shared with the other guests so it's not completely private.

It's hard to share a bathroom and kitchen with other guests. The bedrooms are small, with no good place to relax, but the living room is very comfortable.

The guest house was home from home. Well equipped kitchen if you wanted to cook. The beds very comfortable, lovely toiletries. Exceptionally clean. I asked if there was any patio furniture as it was sunny, an hour later the owner bought a table and chairs. I would definitely recommend this property it is amazing. Thank you.

Clean, comfortable, modern accomodation which matched the description. I had a peaceful stay.

The accomodation met my needs. You are in a flight path so might hear the odd plane overhead which did not bother me, but might not be what everyone wants. (There were not many planes when I was there for one night)

The location, cleanliness and homeliness, combined with the friendliness of the owner and lady who was cleaning when I arrived.

We were unable to watch TV as the internet wasn't working, and the walls of the bedrooms were not well soundproofed, so nighttime noises were very noticeable.

I didnt like the rooms being so close to the next room. We could hear ppl talking and opening drawers/wardrobe. We heard people leaving and showering very early around 5am. I went to go toilet couldn't use it as someone showering. When I finally got to use toilet there was loads of long black hairs on the floor and I had to clean it up. I would have liked a TV in the bedroom even just a small one on the wall. We didnt have a great sleep due to the other people staying there being noisy when leaving!

It was very close to the airport. It was close to Lake Hayes as well so an early morning walk there prior to going to the airport worked out very well. Very modern bathroom. Comfortable bed.
