The location is superb. Near to Nallurhalli metro station. Staff are responsive and well-mannered.

AC is bad. Taps in toilets are poorly managed.

It wasn’t too expensive.

This place is not well kept at all. It was very very dirty. The bedsheets, pillow covers and towels all have stains. The first night my AC leaked throughout the night and created a pool of water. When I asked for a refund for that night, they refused. There is black mold everywhere in the bathroom, in the rooms. The breakfast is ok but it’s the same everyday and there are cockroaches everywhere. The area is also a bit weird.

We had a very disappointing experience with the bathroom facilities. In our first room, the shower knob was missing, which forced us to change rooms. Unfortunately, in the second room, the shower knob was also not functioning. We struggled with it in the morning, and since we both needed to attend a conference on time, we had no choice but to use a mug filled with water from the washbasin to bathe. This was extremely inconvenient and one of the worst experiences we’ve had during a hurried morning. We reported this issue in the evening itself, but were told that the plumber would only be available after 10:00 am. If rooms are being booked, it is the hotel’s responsibility to ensure that all facilities are in proper working condition. At the very least, basic amenities such as the bathroom should be thoroughly checked before guests arrive.

The place was affordable, close to my business office. Right next to the metro station which was also a plus point. The building itself has a lot of restaurants, which is good too. The staff here were fabulous, the ones who did my check as well as the ones who supported through the day. But the management is not maintaining the property.

While this was an affordable stay, I did have problems with the room. The flooring had torn and come off in places. The bathroom taps and showers were broken and not working as expected. The least i would expecting is a functioning shower, which was not the case.

Last minute they called to tell me that they are overbooked and moved my booking to another far-off property. The staff was non-cooperative and untrained. Overall a horrible experiance.

Rooms were smelling bad, the bed sheets & Bed spreads are not clean. Geyser is faulty causing and electric shocks can be felt using taps posing a very serious hazard

Breakfast was adequate, but it was not served hot and some items were available in insufficient quantities. Additionally, the surrounding area of the location was quite dirty and visually unappealing.

Overall, the experience was highly unsatisfactory. There was no proper water supply in the restroom, including issues with the bath showers, toilet flushes, and wash basin. Although the lighting was functional, the room had a very unpleasant odor upon entry. Basic amenities such as tea/coffee bags, spoons, and clean cups or glasses were missing. The provided teacup and glass were dirty. When we reported these issues to the receptionist, Mr. Ahmed, he responded poorly and treated us with a dismissive attitude. He did not take any steps to resolve the problems and appeared to avoid taking responsibility. Despite repeated requests, a plumber eventually arrived but was unable to resolve the water issues. We are very surprised that Booking.com would recommend this hotel to us. I have been a loyal customer of Booking.com for over 12 years, and I never expected to have such a disappointing experience through your platform. The room rate for this hotel is far too high considering the poor quality of the facilities. I feel that I lost my money and endured an extremely unpleasant and mentally stressful experience. My family—including my wife and daughter—were also deeply dissatisfied, which led us to cut our stay short and vacate the hotel earlier than planned. Given this experience, I strongly urge Booking.com to reconsider recommending properties like this in the future to maintain customer trust and satisfaction.

Proximity to metro station and bus depot. Proximity to restaurants. Big room size

Balcony door did not close completely giving free access to mosquitoes. Bathroom had cockroach problem. Overall maintanence was very poor. Breakfast was at the most passable

Courteous and helpful staff. Quick check-in. Decent room and good AC effect. Biggest advantage is the proximity to Nallurhalli metro station which is just a stones throw away. Good place for a short/quick stay.

Need to improve in-room facilities. TV is practically useless. None of the DTH channels are subscribed and all are locked. Its not a smart tv either. Geyser takes a very long time to heat up the water. Toilet flush isn't effective. The mini fridge was broken and was non-functional. Would've been useful if they had hairdryer or ironbox.
