The location was super convenient for my purpose, architecture and decor is quirky, the rooms are spacious and unexpectedly getting a suite was a nice bonus. The breakfast was good though I would have preferred a double espresso over sweet milky coffee!

Bonita arquitectura y habitaciones, wifi decente, baño decente, desayuno bastante bien. Todo esto a muy buen precio. Personal muy amable y no andaba buscando propinas.

Baño ruidoso por el extractor, agua sale a borbotones. La salida da a una calle bastante fea (aunque no peligrosa) y la zona en general no es la ideal para turismo, muy alejada del centro (yo tenía la convención ahí).

The room was spacious and well-equipped, including a large table for work. They have a gym and the hotel lobby and architecture design are nice. Good breakfast.

The hotel is located in a small street (full of rubbish) next to the main road, and crossing the road is not an easy task for a foreigner. The cleanliness could be better but it was still okay.

The breakfast is pretty tasty in terms of its price. My room is very large and the employee is very nice to respond to my demands such as refill shampoo and provide toothpaste.

1. Some facility is out of working such as kettle. An employee tried to fix it but failed :-( Then, another employee sent me a replacement. 2. There are too many switches in the room. I cannot figure out such complex design. For example, I used two days to finally find a mysterious switch behind desk to turn off light in the living room.

Not as same as pictures. Bathroom gets messy just after one shower. The room was clean but not as clean as any hotel in Europe. Not recommended is you are coming from EU.

Nice room with a balcony. Staff were polite and friendly. Decent spread of breakfast. Very nice location. Very close to a mall and yet away from the noise and pollution.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent.

The surroundings are untidy. There are stray dogs and pigs around the hotel premises. I saw a big rat running in the corridor a couple of times during my stay there for a week. It was not a pleasant experience seeing rat running around. The hotel is not well maintained. The view from the window is of wasteland next to the hotel full of garbage and pigs roaming. WiFi didn't work at all.

The location is almost no noise. Just outside the hotel is relatively clean. close to the shopping mall, the location is very good. the room is very clean, no dust on the floor. breakfast and dinner is good.

It’s a very old property, very much dingy, rooms having dingy dark interiors, poor bathroom conditions Even though bookings clearly says two people, there was a single bath towel, no hand towel. No other amenities. One small AC working to cool down a huge space. Charged us a bomb for water bottles. Pretty pathetic.

This is the second time we booked this hotel, purely because of its location. However, the experience was better this time. The room was better than last time. Apart from initial hiccups to get our room serviced, we had a pleasant stay. We also tried the in-room dining this time around, and liked the food too. The manager during the morning shift accommodated to our requests.

We booked a double bedroom for two adults, but the supplies in the room (towel, water bottle, dental kit, etc.) was provided for only one adult. We had to call the reception 4 times to get things right.

Sandeep is a wonderful asset and goes out of his way to ensure comfort and convenience.

There should be a fridge in the room.

The location of the hotel is good, as it is very accessible and near prominent points of interest such as the Nexus Shantiniketan Mall which is walkable from the hotel. I liked that the hotel is pet-friendly. The street outside the hotel is neither busy nor dirty, and is a good place to walk a dog. The hotel staff was friendly too.

The hotel has great ideas but lacked in execution. The art installations are nice, but the pathways and corridors and poorly planned and, at times, dangerous as it is too dark inside the hotel even during the day. The rooms are dark in spite of switching on all the lights. We booked multiple rooms and none of those matched with the photos on booking.com. We also had to get our bed sheets changed as soon as we checked in, as they had blood stains on it. The food was mediocre, and we had issues with getting our orders right. We decided to dine out instead, and get our food delivered when we could not dine out. There is just one lift, which was always held up on other floors, and the staircase is a hazard.

The phone signal was so bad …even their WiFi was too slow

We stayed for 3 nights and 4 days. It was very comfortable. Food was safe, good and reasonably priced. Free breakfast was fresh and excellent .

Good location close to the mall

Lighting in the room was not matching throughout, some white lights some yellow lights. I found it hard to do work under such weak lighting. Toilet had a sewage smell sometimes. The interior of the room including the toilet is old and could do with proper upgrading. There was only a single seater sofa in the room and made it uncomfortable to rest as a couple. We could only lie in bed and not the sofa.
