Lovely house, lots of living space up and downstairs, including really good-sized bedrooms. We appreciated having a secure back garden and separate utility room - and as a coffee lover, the coffee machine was also very welcome. (Note for future visitors - it takes coffee beans, rather than ground coffee). The house also stayed surprisingly cool during the hot weather by just leaving the curtains and blinds closed during the day.

It was a little annoying needing to bring bed linen and towels with us, as there wasn't an option to hire it. (As UK residents, this meant we had to buy some to bring with us on holiday, as UK and European bed sizes are different.) We may use it when self-catering in Europe in the future though!

Het huis was verassend groot en zeer - zeer goed geoutilleerd. het interieur, de badkamer en de slaapkamers zijn met smaak ingericht. Dat brengt sfeer. Parkeren vlakbij. De winkels en vermaak in bouillon is allemaal aan te lopen. De Host spreekt ook zeer goed Nederlands, is hoffelijk en kan veel vertellen over de omgeving of wat er allemaal is te doen.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette très belle maison. C’est très confortable et très bien équipé. Nous avons été très bien accueillis. À recommander.

Belle maison de famille, spacieuse et confortable. Très joli petit jardin avec terrasse. Parking. Très bon emplacement à 5mn du centre ville et du château. De belles réndonnées alentour. Accueil très sympathique.

Bij aankomst een warm ontvangt gekregen met een duidelijke uitleg over het huis. Voor ons een perfecte ligging:vlak bij de Semois en alles (restaurants, bakker,beenhouwer,warenhuis) op wandelafstand. Netheid van het huis bij aankomst was top. In de keuken was alles voorzien en in overvloed aanwezig. Bedden waren zeer goed! Zelfs het weer was perfect 😁

Great house for a family, good location, well equipped, and a very nice host.

The house was very comfortable and beautiful! The owner's family has done an amazing job in preserving the original architecture of this house, at the same time to contemporise with all the amenities. The location is also great.

We had a group of adults staying in the home for a long weekend to participate in a sports competition. We had a lovely stay - the rooms were spacious, the beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of room in the house for everyone to relax, even at the full capacity. The garden patio was especially wonderful for relaxing in the morning and the evening. The house is conveniently located in the town, with both private and public parking just steps away from the house. The family met us at the home to give us a welcome tour and explain everything, and graciously provided us with coffee and a sampling of local beers to enjoy. We would happily return for our competition again next year!

There is a regional law that unfortunately prevents this and similar properties from providing linens, so you'll need to plan to bring your own.
