Reviewed Jun 18, 2026Great hotel. Very clean and close to the bus terminal and either a walk or short grab ride to the mall. We actually only stayed here for a few hours to freshen up after a day boat trip before our night coach, but we booked last minute and the room was ready. Staff were very kind and attentive, room had everything you'd need! Not sure how comfortable the beds were as we didn't sleep in them, but I would definitely return!

Reviewed Apr 26, 2026Untuk hotel bajet, saya rasa boleh bagi rating yang tinggi. Sesuai dengan harga, bilik selesa, location yang strategik untuk ke tempat jalan-jalan sekitar terengganu. Segala keperluan basic di hotel cukup semua. Guest boleh reach out ke lobby dengan whatsapp ke staf juga.
Parking yang agak limited tapi staff memberi bantuan untuk lokasi yang boleh parking kereta. Mungkin boleh ditambah baik untuk sediakan vending machine seperti sediakan maggi cup, air minuman tin dan snacks di kawasan air coway.

My room was on the 2nd floor. No elevator there. At 11pm the water in the toilet suddenly became very slow, sometimes no water until the morning. No staff on night duty came to tell us.
