Some stains on carpets in room, hard to understand cooker needed instructions..had child lock. Remotes missing covers.

The bed is two pushed together with a ridge in the middle that was a little uncomfortable. Could do with a few more utensils for the kitchen area to help with any meals. EG: Additional Oven trays, Dish Cloths,

Good location, interesting decor and smelled lovely

Property wasn’t that clean, floors had hair / general dust and dirt, leftover rose petals from previous customers stays under bed / chair in bedroom, small details like toiletries bottles being broken, not moving toilet brush to clean behind it etc were a shame. Curtain across main door was very marked/dirty and sofa/chairs had a lot of mystery marks, sticky drink spills left on surfaces… overall could just do with some TLC. The bed was beautiful but was so loud at the smallest movement that any time someone moves slightly through the night it wakes the other up. We also had £4.50 taken off our deposit for drinks that we didn’t use out of the fridge which I am disputing - it’s the principal rather than the amount!

Large TV and relatively quiet for city centre location

Property was in disgusting condition. Cigarette butts on the floor, empty drug packets under the bed along with all sorts of other stuff, the bathroom had a terrible smell whenever the water was run and just generally, heavy dust and cobwebs. The outdoor bench cushions were heavily stained and ever had a cigarette burn on them. Staff are super unresponsive. Don’t even try and call the contact number on a Sunday, I had to call another property managed by same group to get them to get the security deposit link sent over. When I arrived, was stuck outside for 10 mins with no one answering phone or responding to the doorbell.

Amazing location with tons of potential. On site customer service when needed, the front desk carried my bags up to the top floor! This was greatly appreciated!

Problems cleaning was not done to standard. For the price I paid, the conditions of my apartment was quite poor. Firstly I had this booking for my birthday so I expected 10/10 cleanliness. Being a cleaner myself I know what the standards should be. I had planned a meal to cook using the kitchen on site. I couldn't cook due to the oven being extremely dirty. Dirty cups & bad smells - coming from the kitchen behind (in the cupboard just before the end of the kitchen on the bottom row.) (also the end cupboard had dirty liquid drip down when i opened it) this smell still stinks now and was disturbing, I couldn’t find what the source was, but please clean out the cupboard before the next person stays.

Mia was the star or the show honestly! What a lovely hostess.

The hot tub was amazing and the sofa was surprisingly comfy I slept like a baby!

It was a very nice place to stay.staf member on arivql was helpfull . Location was nice shame there is no parking there.and a few drug youses was haning about out side are apartmant

Parking was main problem for me

The interior design was amazing. Apartment size and the attention to detail is quality. Customer service is exceptional. Very comfortable and luxurious stay.

Stayed one night at the bells, it was hard choosing a room! we booked the great George, absolutely fab!. Staff were friendly and helpful. Apartment was gorgeous and very spacious, beautiful rooms and the hot tub was fantastic! Just sad we were only staying the one night. The hotel itself inside and out was lovely.and in a great location, shops, restaurants, cafes pubs and markets were all within a short walking distance. Highly recommend, will be booking again. 😊

I had booked one of the packages for our arrival, which I thought was a tad expensive for what you get. £50 for 2 balloons, artificial rose petals and a bottle of prosecco. The balloons looked reused, a bit moresad and deflated and I wasn't expecting the rose petals to be fake ones. Prosecco was nice 🥂

The steam and shower room smelled and the instruction on how to use the equipment were nonexistent. Getting access in the evening was poor considering the keypad wouldn’t work it took 25 mins to get hold of someone to let us back in!!

I've stayed in every 4* or greater hotel/apartment in leeds and this by far beats all the competition hands down. Fantastic location situated right in the centre of town but without the noise. Facilities are great and everything you need is a 2 min walk away.

Copper bath took ages to fill, then the water did not remain in the tub as it seeped back through the plug hole Nespresso pods were cheap alternatives, and were weak in strength and quality. Minor points but with a property of this magnitude (it really was superb) it was a little disappointing and underwhelming

Everything was perfect! We stayed in Great George and it was a last minute spontaneous plan and I wish we actually checked in earlier as the apartment was lovely. Everything was shown to us and we had a little tour around. Staff was very accommodating. The space was insane definitely was a home away from home. The added extras was cute. honestly what we got exceeded our expectations. It was definitely worth it. Can’t wait to return!

Plenty of space, tastefully decorated

Could have been a good stay were it not for the below issues.

We stayed at the bells apartments to celebrate my partner’s birthday and for a quiet evening away from our toddler. However, this is far from the experience we had. The penthouse above us was having what sounded like a party from around 11pm until 5am. They were screaming, shouting, blasting music and dropping heavy things on the floor which meant it was impossible to sleep. Whilst some noise might be expected on a Saturday night, it was a Sunday. The bells advertise that they have ‘24/7 service’ , yet no one answered on the out of hours emergency number when we tried to make a complaint about the noise and so we were left to endure the disturbance all night. On the morning no one was available on the desk when we were checking out. I imagine this is because noise complaints are a regular occurrence in these apartments, if not for the penthouse above you, then the pub next door which also had music on til late. We came back later to collect our bags and complained to the receptionist. She gave us her email to contact and advised she would speak to the general manager and look into getting us some form of compensation. I now see this was a way to get us to go away, as it has been a week since we complained and I have heard nothing from them, which I think is appalling. I absolutely would not recommend staying here, we paid over £300 for one night and were left extremely disappointed at how they have handled this situation, this is not what I would expect from a ‘luxury’ apartment service, so I’ll offer you some advice for free - save your money for elsewhere.

Kitchen floor was dirty and sticky on feet. Sink wasn’t clean. Microwave didn’t work properly had to hold door for it to work

I liked how secure the building is and safe it was good they had a ring door bell and a code for the guests to enter if we’ve been out later in the night. Great location to the city centre. The style is so lovely and it’s very quiet when we stayed the room was very warm but soon cooled off when we turned the heating down

Everything I would definitely stay again

A superb luxurious stay location I was only able to stay one night but this configuration is a home from home 5+ stars luxury home from home experience copious amounts of space every thoughtful immunity you could expect from USB phone charges to Sonos surround sound system quality luxury handmade mattresses, high pressured, power shower, massage, jets, and Jacuzzi bath friendly staff exquisite experience throughout the kitchen and lounge gives it an ideal long-term stay $1 million apartment sensibly priced boutique finishes with scrumptious fixtures and fittings my best holiday experience ever can't recommend high enough

The apartment is stunning,

When we went to use the hot tub my partner got a big piece of glass stuck in her foot. It was on the step of the hot tub. I emailed the company after our stay to give them the opportunity to respond to this issue and they ignored my email which I find disgusting. My partner ended up in A & E the day after having to lose a day's pay and get a tetanus jab.

Staff were friendly and room was nice.

The shower smelt, hot tub was mucky and I’ve since got ill since returning. The curtains in the bedroom remote didn’t work nor did the heating system in bedroom. The apartment was lovely but bit your paying a lot of money for a one night stay it takes it away.

There was no cutlery spoon forks etc there was only one cup for coffee and cup of tea leaving us to after wait for one anther to finish to have a cuppa tea

What a gorgeous place! Even down to the smell as you walk in (I need to know what that was!) Instantly relaxed. The little added extras available were a great touch. The whole stay is really well thought iut. All of the staff were so lovely and were really helpful. Great location. Will definitely visit again.

Location and building was beautiful

Felt all the pictures online were taken along time ago. The apartment felt very drab and no attention to detail. The soap bottles branded molton brown but filled with cheap soap. No fridge for drinks, even ones you can purchase from them. The plug was broken, There was no toilet roll holder which I found really weird, having to turn around on the toilet to reach up for toilet roll plus the toilet itself was wobbly (not the seat but the actually toilet) We were only provided with one bath robe and slippers. I did message the host and he stated it would take 25 minutes for him to get there as he wasn’t actually in the building. At that point we were already ready to get in the hot tub and thought we didn’t want to sit and wait. (This should have been checked on the cleaning/ restock of the room before we arrived) The hot tub area looked nothing like the picture. The fake plants needed replacing as some of them had broken off and been attached to the wall with cable , no cushions on the chairs and no table for drinks. Unless you kept getting in and out, to the table across the way ( which was in the rain) Someone under our outside area kept vaping/smoking so it’s all we could smell when we were in the hot tub. Also found it strange that they stored the ironing board and iron on the bedroom floor behind the door. So when you close the door, there is just random garment appliances on the floor in the corner of the room. I booked this for my partners birthday and we traveled from Manchester for one evening to the bells as I’d seen it online a few times and thought it looked amazing. My overall experience, I’d say it’s not really worth it. Just gives a feeling like it was done a few years ago and left with no thought what so ever to keep to a high standard (as seen in the pictures).
