Modern, ambient, clean and comfortable bed

Couldn’t adjust air con to below 18 and we were too hot.

Location is good for city center

The location in the city centre and 5 minutes walk from the railway station was ideal

Staff were polite, friendly & knowledgeable. The hotel itself is in a great location close to the station & where we needed to be. Absolutely spotless inside & gorgeous.

Only downside & its just small. My wife & I love a nice cup of tea in our room on arrival & before we got to bed & when we wake up. Theres just not enough tea, coffee & milk. 2 very smalls cartons of mineral water. So when we've been super thirsty at night theres nothing in the mini bar to support this. So this definitely needs looking at. I understand not all guests are the same & theres some wastage I expect & yes we could of just called reception for more. But was told this would of veen classed as room service incurred a service charge. For a couple more sachets of milk? Otherwise great hotel! Will definitely stay again

The tv was very hard to use, we booked an executive double although there were no robes as stated.

The restaurant was very busy on a Saturday night. Food was ok, but nothing to shout about. In the room, there was a one small box of water for 2 people. And unfortunately there were packets of biscuits in the room

The cleanliness and staff were very professional. I requested to be moved rooms to be nearer the lift due to mu knee operatiom and this was done without being questioned. The receptionist guy waa lovely

The cleanliness, the staff, the atmosphere, the rooms...couldn't fault it.

The shower head needs a bit updating and the breakfast needs more seasoning, i had an omelette which was meant to have mushrooms, onions and peppers in...it hardly had anything but egg inside and there was no form on seasoning. It was quite cold in the dining room which made my food go cold pretty quick.

Great location central to shops, eateries and attractions of Leeds. They gave us a quiet room at the back of the hotel which was very roomy with a good sized bathroom with a bath and shower. Breakfast in the Gino De Campo restaurant was very good with lots of choice. The hotel is furnished to a high standard as you would expect from a Marriott. The on site restaurant looked lovely and we hope to hope to return soon.

The food in the restaurant Gino da campos Was horrendous Steak was cooked wrong and was a very substandard cut Swordfish was under cooked and both meals were sent back and cooked again Still weren't great Desserts weren't good Breakfast was good choice but cooked options were bland and tasteless Overall very bad and disappointing 😞

Breakfast great, only question my wife asked was no Porridge. All parts exceptional, Croissants superb etc.

Only concern my wife had was the Mattress - too hard. Unfortunately she has Osteoporosis after Cancer treatment.

We always book here, it’s lovely and clean, staff are amazing! We love it.

Great location, and parking nearby, plus many coffee shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Rooms are reasonably sized and the staff were really friendly. Beds and linen comfortable, bathroom was small but smart.

The thing that really spoiled my stay was the room was so hot. I noticed it coming in to the room from the corridor. I adjusted the aircon to the lowest setting and maximal air flow, which was quite noisy. Despite this the room was still so hot and the output from the aircon was cool but not cold (hence why the room never cooled down). After the first night I asked reception to sort it out, and they got maintenance in during the time I was out. This slightly improved things but I still had a poor night sleep due to the room being too hot. Initially, I wanted to open the windows but the noise from local bars and nightclubs was too noisy.

Breakfast was delicious. Pastries, cooked food and plenty of fruit, cereal, yoghurt in the executive lounge

Executive lounge was sometimes very busy as it was small and so could be waiting for a table for a while

It was very clean the rooms were comfortable and the staff were very friendly and the location could not have been better

There was some kind of convention on and was horrendous getting in and out of the hotel the foyer was packed all of the time it was a nightmare.

If I were being picky I would say the bedrooms need updating.

The location is excellent. Right in the heart of everything. The staff are a credit to this hotel. Really helpful and like to take the time to make sure your stay is great one.

The advertise as dog friendly but there are no areas of the hotel to sit and relax with your small dog. The hotel lacks communal spaces. Very little seating or anywhere to chill out, especially true with a dog. Also we have one very small, very clean and very cute dog. To be charged £30 to ‘deep clean’ the room is excessive. Especially as the room wasn’t exactly spotless when we checked in ourselves. Only other thing to note is the beds aren’t that comfy

Central 5 minutes from railway station. Room was large and bed very comfortable. Easy check-in/out.

Shower though large overall was cramped where it mattered. Lifts were a bit of a pain.

The location is great, just a five minute walk from the train station, two minutes from all the shops, we received a free upgrade on arrival, all the staff were really helpful, friendly and very professional, would definitely recommend and will definitely be back.

The Gino restaurant - tried to book in for the evening and the staff were extremely rude made us feel uncomfortable and not welcome when it’s attached to the hotel.
