Very clean and well equipped, beds very comfortable, delicious breakfast and staff very welcomed

Always enjoy a buffey breakfast
Absolutely nothing
Our keys didn't work for the room Bed had a ripped sheets Toilet kept running a problem with it as water continues dripping The second day when we came back keys didn't work again Room was never cleaned or new things Had no toilet roll or fresh towels.
The room was exceptionally clean and tidy when we first checked in. Bath was hot, and we slept well as the hotel was just away from the noise of the city centre.
Softer pillow options.
Was clean and staff very friendly
The staff, cleanliness, and location were decent, but the stay is completely overpriced for what is offered. The value for money is very poor.
An average stay overall, but definitely not worth the price. Expected much better quality for this rate.
Clean and tidy, good location
The building renovation work been carried out at 07.30 on Sunday morning and my room been next to skip outside the builders were throwing rubble into.
Excellent location Friendly staff
Room and bed was comfortable and the price paid is value for money. The location is ideal to reach the centre of town.
We had to experience noisy deliveries to a nearby establishment early in the morning
Very close to station and centre. Brand new bedrooms with ironing board/iron, hairdryer, safe and large flat screen tv. It has no gym but 10 minute walk away in The Gym group which has 3 day passes for £15 or so
The keycards need updating. Kept wiping (I guess due to being near phone?) which was annoying. And door to my room very hard to shut properly (room 203) so had to slam
Not a lot
Dated.
The room, and particularly the public rooms were spacious comfortable and stylish. The staff all lovely.
The pillows were dreadful. Too firm too thick really bad for the neck. Had it not been for the pillows the beds would have been fine. The accommodation corridors were long and featureless and the key card repeatedly failed.
The location is good, with a Sainsbury's and a bar nearby. The restaurant area is quite large, and it has room for working. But there could be some improvement regarding the check-in space; it feels like it does not need that much room for a checkin/out. Pillows are comfortable.
Well, first of all, the air conditioning is too loud, but it is very strong so okay then. The room barely has any space for a suitcase to lay out for sorting stuff. The towels just two towels, and I would expect more. Secondly, I would have assumed the bar area should be mixed with the rest, for gathering and working, but there is no area which is specifically designed for working. The desk in the room is tiny, with no chargers and, I assume, no free coffee. Thirdly, the room and this place have a feeling of having just finished its refurbishment, with a bit of a chemical smell.
Great location
The rooms were a good size, and the location is great. I've stayed here before, and the hotel is in close proximity to the train station, which is a bonus, and it was far cheaper than most hotels during the week I stayed.
Only a couple of issues, and ultimately, it comes down to expectations, I guess. The bathroom, when running the water, makes a gurgling sound, and it’s a shame the room didn’t have a walk-in shower. The bathroom is a bit dated. I checked in at 3 p.m., and there was only one person at the reception desk; I would have expected more staff to avoid queues as it got rather busy once the coach arrived.
Location is far from the city centre. Also looking out my window, not a good sight.
Sight outside my window.
Very clean, spacious and an impressive shower.

Lovely clean room, plenty of space.
Pillows were a bit hard.

Clean
Location
Constant M&E noise for the entire stay. Wet floor beside bed behind the Bathroom. Raised issue with manager but no apology or feedback
Clean. Location.
Shower over the bath. Waiting for 30 minutes to check in (even though it was done online) after a long journey because of only one receptionist. Breakfast was reasonable. Bacon was tough or provide steak knives to cut it. Fried eggs were overcooked. Left over fried potatoes instead of hash browns. Pollock instead of Cod for fish and chips. Not enough milk in room. Toilet seat would not stay open (for gentlemen) (female manager?). At least four people had to return to reception because their card keys wouldn’t work adding to waiting time for the rest of us in the queue. No checks in the evening for buffet or at breakfast whether guests had paid for those meals! Result of poor management not checking all services within the hotel!!! With so much choice in Leeds, this is how businesses very quickly decline and become non profitable.
I have stayed several times and always had good service
We were woken by building work in the room above our bedroom at 7.00 in the morning. We complained to the manager and he said they should not have been there but they kept on drilling and banging. I complained when we checked out and the manager phoned me a few minutes later that we would have our room refunded. This refund has not appeared.
Location
Very poor room insulation (we heard neighbours all nights!) and bathroom design does not match at all for a 4 stars hotel.
Rooms are spacious very clean staff very friendly
Good tv experience very clean.
Booked 9 months ago given terrible room no veiw. No water no fridge. Room and bathroom needs updating.
It was a good location for the event we had planned
The noise from workmen earlier on during the day. Some finishing touches in the room were lacking standards. Dirty pillow case didn’t notice till next morning, chipped paint and moudly bathroom, rusted mirror. Dirty lamp shade, not enough pillows for all beds. None of our keys didn’t work at all had to go to reception fix issue when tried again only one worked.
Close enough to city.
Hotel rooms are not sound proof, could hear everything from next room. Fire alarm constantly going off and no update or compensation from the hotel staff were zero assistance to any guest leaving elderly folk to fend for themselves
Good value for location and hotel

Good view out of the window. Good location and short walk to the city centre.
The bed was not very comfortable
Good location and very helpful mgmt
A bit tired was the decor
Everything was walkable
The hotel it says 4star felt like a 3 tbh premire inn was better
everything’s perfect! Location A+
It was nice and comfortable
I wish it had sound proofing as could hear the room next door. They woke me up when they got in about 3am, they were only talking at first but as it was quite, I could hear there conversations, then they were banging for over an hour and I had to ring the night staff. They went to investigate, then I heard nothing more but I could get back to sleep after that. As soon as I did eventually nod off it was almost time to check out and has to rush
Clean and modern
Minor issue with a smell of weed on our landing, reported to staff and dealt with promptly
Nice team at the hotel
doorkey not always functioning and simple things not functioning
Quiet area, short walk to train station. Room clean and comfy
No guiness at bar! Apparently they are getting it soon
not much but was close to where i was going out
homophobic bathroom facilities. if you know you know mattress was uncomfortable and felt like springs were gonna pop out
Clean and gorgeous view! Spacious!
Nothing - I lived this hotel!
Good few local bars near the canal, 10 min walk from the town center across the bridge, local attractions near by. Mohammed on the checking in counter was really nice welcoming us too
A little noisy through the nite, fire door right outside of our room, continuously banging people coming back from late night, needed a dampener putting on it
Location, value for money, quality of breakfast and friendly staff
Room was a bit shabby
Polite receptionists, very clean and up to standard, room was nice and cool, wasn’t to warm, bed was comfortable, overall great stay :)
There wasn’t nothing I didn’t like
Great location, easy to find
No parking on site, rude front desk and kind of loud at night
Beautiful views of the city Bed comfy Lighting perfect Staff are always pleasant The hotel is clean

Friendly staff and very clean hotel.
Great and newly renovated. Great food and great location
There was no mini fridge and no toilets scrubber.
Nice, clean hotel
All good
Very good location and very helpful staff.
Parking was an issue.
Good location
The bed was so uncomfortable in had a big dip in it room 411 the reception staff was so rude and unhelpful I have stayed in other Leonardo hotels and this was by far the worst
Excellent location
Very clean, comfy beds
Slight noise from interconnected internal door leading to next doors room
Clean rooms. Newly decorated room. Great location.
Room felt a bit small and view out window wasn't great. Air con was noisy. Walls felt a bit thin as could hear guests in next room. We have stayed in thia hotel several times previously and never had this issue before.
Clean hotel. Staff very nice and excellent location
Newly refurbished. Nice clean rooms and comfy bed. Breakfast was a nice buffet with good choice. Great location too for city centre.
Nice and quiet on the top floor, plenty of lifts that were never too busy. The breakfast was quite good.
The room was fairly small with the tiniest of windows, the bathroom was very dated. The bed was too soft, making it very uncomfortable , I’m pleased it was only for two nights.
The bed, everything was Excellent
Consistently best value of the "chain hotels". Pleasant reception and bar area. Good value street parking if you're lucky.
The location was perfect especially for Leeds fest
Our stay was 5 days long and not once did the room get cleaned, there was a random pink and blue stain on the duvet on the first day and on the last day we found out that the duvet was just flipped rather than cleaned, they also kept leaving us without towels and when we left the towels on the floor as instructed to get them cleaned they were just re folded so we had to use dirty towels to clean ourselves with. The cleaner only made one of the beds and that was just the hide a stain the single bed wasn’t made or cleaned once there was hair and fake eyelashes in the bed. We had issues getting into the hotel every night due to staff confusion and key cards not working. It was overpriced for absolutely so reason it was absolutely not worth the £665 we were charged to stay there. Lastly we also felt unsafe every night due to the lock not working on the door even on the bathroom door which we got locked in many times and even the carpet was disgusting with yellow stains everywhere and I even had to wipe my feet every time I got in bed.
Beds were comfortable. Location fitted our plans
Hotel was extremely clean and welcoming. Location central to the city. Rooms decent size. Food lovely. Breakfast was OK.
Some Breakfast items were on the cold side. No bottled water in rooms.
When we arrived we were greeted by lovely staff the y upgraded our room ,the room was perfect with the perfect view.
Parking facilities
Excellent location, clean and comfortable with friendly, polite staff. The room was dark and quiet which allowed for a peaceful night’s sleep.
No complaints
Clean and tidy handy for Leeds city centre
Good quick polite service. Doorman on the door in the evening was very polite and efficient
Service og belligenhed
Clean room which took little fuss to check in to. It was quiet and practical, and the bed was comfortable.
In general, I was very disappointed by the quality of the hotel. The door handle into the room was so bad that it took my friend and I around 5 minutes to try and pry the door open--even once the key card made the lock flash green (which was only around 50% of the time), the lock would not actually open, until it positively had to be barged open. Various other things about the room were equally shoddy. The shampoo/body wash dispenser was jammed shut, meaning we had to wash with hand soap, and the Wi-Fi was extremely slow. I had to re-connect using the portal frequently just to get any connection at all. Two of the lifts up from the lobby weren't working, despite claiming to be on the ground floor, so it took a very long time to wait for lift service. The telephone in the room did not work. Finally, although we booked a twin room, we were given a double. Since I was not travelling with a partner, but rather a friend, this was rather poor form.

Near city centre
It was a bit noisy early morning, that’s all
Location was quiet
Water pipes above room very noisy and noise from other travellers in and outside room.
Good breakfast, good location. Helpful staff.
Rooms are very dated.
Very good location, allowed early check in and have baggage storage facility after check out
Nothing
Location was easy for the city
We stayed on floor ten and the noise was unbearable. A high pitched whistle from the roof which stopped at around 3 am.
Nice hotel, good location, friendly staff, good breakfast. Rooms being updated, when complete, it will make this a very good hotel.
Location was great. Could have offered a discount for longer stays.
Free breakfast for long stays or a discount
Great location for exploring Leeds. Comfortable beds and welcoming staff. Room nice enough for the price.
Rooms quite tired / shabby around the edges now and in need of an update and refurb. Shower in particular felt quite grimy, shower head had a lot of black mould and door all warped and chipped.
Very close to city centre but quiet area
The location is good
Bed was very uncomfortable. It sagged big time. Felt like I was falling into a bit. Housekeeping didn't fill the handsome so that was empty. Also didn't refill the tea bags and left a dirty cup in room
The room had a very generous window and was clean.
We were placed in an accessibility room, which was great in terms of giving us a big window but the wet room was rather undesirable . Also Oat-Milk was not available for the tea/coffee station in the room. The bedside lights were also just bare bulbs without shades, and extremely white/bright
Ottima posizione Colazione ottima dolce e salata
Non c' era il frigorifero
The house was clean, everything was convenient, and it was very quiet—perfect for relaxation.
