The staff were so friendly and hospitable. Super chic interior and all the design elements make you feel like you’re in a Vogue shoot.

It is a bit small and pokey, however understand there’s limited space!

Cozy vibe very chic rooms

The design is absolutely stunning – Necchi Architecture did a wonderful job. The service was fantastic too, especially at reception: the staff were incredibly attentive, friendly, and always ready to help, we felt very well looked after. The hotel was spotlessly clean throughout our stay, and the location is central and well connected.

The room was smaller than expected, especially for fitting a large suitcase, and the bathroom felt a bit tight as well. This is likely just a result of the building being older – the renovation clearly made the best of the space. Given the size, the price felt a touch high, as you're mainly paying for the design and the hotel's reputation. The surrounding area isn't dangerous, just not the most touristy, so it takes a little getting used to.

Amazing design of the rooms and lobby, very stunning. The bed was extremely comfortable. Large room and bed for Paris!

The bed linen and bed was great, also Diptyque body wash/care was a pleasant surprise.

The lobby seems really old, needs a refresh, and the location I didn't feel safe as a single woman going out by myself.

Amazing staff, a bit far, nice room

Location good, liked the area. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Interiors were cool.

Shower was tiny and a bit challenging. Room was quite dark, minimal natural light but I’m sure all rooms are different.

The room was clean and very stylish, gorgeous bathroom, nice view. Good snack selection in the mini bar and location is convenient.

We didn’t realise you need to request a twin room in advance. This issue was resolved by staff during our stay though.

We stayed for two nights starting on New Year’s Eve. We were allowed to leave our luggage at the hotel before check-in, and we received our room on time. The man at the reception was very kind and helpful. Additionally, the hotel is very well located, and we really enjoyed our stay. The room was small but very nicely furnished.

The staff were very friendly, though the hotel is a little far from the train station and bus stops.

The room and toilet were on the smaller side. As we stayed on Level 2, it was quite noisy at night due to sounds from downstairs outside, such as people talking, laughing, and music.

Good location, lots of eateries nearby, and close to transport.

It can be a bit noisy if you are on the streetside, especially on the weekends. It didn’t keep us awake as it was just a steady hubbub that didn’t go much past midnight

Nothing. The room was tiny, it didn't even feature a functional toilet, something that seems FAR below the bar of what you would expect for this "4 star" hotel based on the pictures on booking.com.

No functional toilet, shady and noisy neighbourhood, hard beds, way too expensive, not even the slightest effort from the hotel's management to accomodate a simple and reasonable request (for example providing a room WITH a functional toilet)...

Das ganze Hotel ist sehr schön designt, vor allem hat mir das von uns genutzte Zimmer gefallen. Und das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hat bei einem Problem konstruktiv reagiert. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Das Einzige, was etwas gestört hat, war der Abstand von der unteren Bettkante zur gegenüberliegenden Wand, sehr eng!

The location is perfect to be close to all your favorite hot spots, the room was very clean! And there is a very nice gym!

The bed was really comfortable

The shower was clogged so the shower overflowed and the room is fully in carpet. Got a replacement room and the shower door didnt close all the way so again the bathroom flooded a bit. The room was only fit for 1 and hard to find space to even open your carry on luggage. They also ask you to leave the hotel card with them due to security and the street outside was really rowdy and loud.
