Reviewed Jul 18, 2026Sehr schöne ruhige Unterkunft mit Garten. Eileen ist eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Das Frühstück war gut, manche Gäste mögen es „merkwürdig“ empfinden, dass alle an einem Tisch sitzen zum Frühstück, ich fand das eher nett. Trotz des warmen Tages war es aufgrund der Fenster oberhalb des Kopfendes recht angenehm. Ein besonderer Pluspunkt ist auch die Dusche mit vernünftigem Wasserdruck. Bis zum gap of dunloe fährt man 18 Minuten. Die Aussicht in die Berge war sehr schön
Kein Kritikpunkt aber wissen sollte man, dass man ab einer gewissen Körpergröße an manchen Stellen den Kopf einziehen muss, da das Zimmer unterm Dach liegt. Außerdem ist das Zimmer eher für Frühaufsteher oder Tiefschläfer geeignet, da frühmorgens die Kühe kräftig anfangen zu muhen

Posizione perfetta sia per il Ring of Kerry che per la Dingle peninsula. La host Eileen molto simpatica e gentile, la colazione era buonissima.

La casa es preciosa y está decorada con un gusto exquisito. Tara , la hija de la dueña, es encantadora y muy servicial, estuvo muy atenta con nosotras y nos ayudó en todo, nos hizo sentir como en casa. Un placer haber disfrutado esos días allí.

Reviewed Jun 21, 2026Magnifique B&B en pleine campagne, très calme, avec une vue superbe sur la chaîne des Macgillycuddy's Reeks. Eileen est une hôtesse formidable, très accueillante : on se sent comme à la maison. Nous avons pu profiter d'un thé dans le jardin aux dernières lueurs du jour, ainsi que d'un moment relaxant dans le salon. Plusieurs livres sur la région sont à disposition, ainsi que des livrets d'idées d'activités — j'ai dévoré les « 101 Interesting Facts about County Kerry ». La chambre était magnifique, spacieuse, très propre et confortable. Le matin, nous avons eu un excellent petit-déjeuner, vraiment savoureux.

Reviewed Jun 16, 2026Eileen fue super acogedora y amable. Llegamos tarde a la noche y no puso ninguna pega, nos abrió con una sonrisa e hizo nuestra estancia muy acogedora. El desayuno muy rico, lo prepara la propia Eileen y te ofrece cierta variedad. La ubicación es preciosa, se ven las montañas del Parque Nacional de Killarney y está rodeado de praderas y animales. Muy cercano para hacer rutas y disfrutar de este parque nacional que merece la pena (a parte de todo el Ring of Kerry). Totalmente recomendado.

Ligger skønt i naturen, men også ret langt fra alle seværdighederne. Hvis du ønsker privatliv om morgenen (i forbindelse med morgenmaden), så er stedet nok ikke for dig. Der var ret lydt fra andre værelser. Det var træls, at der skulle afregnes i kontanter på stedet.

Posizione fantastica per diverse escursioni (noi siamo stati a Carrantuohill e Gap of Dunloe/Killarney National Park, tutti a pochi minuti di strada). Camera spaziosa e letto comodissimo! Colazione ben curata, bella la tavolata unica così da poter scambiare due parole con gli altri ospiti. Eileen gentilissima!

Reviewed Sep 3, 2025Die Unterkunft war für uns super gelegen - Dingel und der Nationalpark sind mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen. Die Aussicht vom Haus ist traumhaft. In der Nähe ist ein Dorf mit ein paar Restaurants und Bars. Zum Frühstück gab es eine gute Auswahl und es hat immer geschmeckt. Wer mag kann sich mit anderen Gästen am Frühstückstisch unterhalten. Es war sehr ruhig und man konnte gut schlafen.

We were especially impressed by the spaciousness of our room and the convenience of having a private bathroom. The linens smelled wonderfully fresh and stayed that way even into the second night.
On the first day, we noticed mold on one of the toasts, and on the second day, a jar of spoiled milk was served. That said, the tea and the rest of the breakfast were enjoyable.
