Youness hat uns an einer zentralen Stelle erwartet, uns erst mal einen Parkplatz organisiert (3 EUR/Nacht, 5 min. zu Fuß entfernt) und uns dann ins Haus geführt. Es hat Stil, eine tolle Dachterrasse, bequeme Betten, eine starke Klimaanlage und eine gut ausgestattete Küche. Wir bekamen erst mal köstlichen Minztee und dann viele gute Tipps. Youness spricht gut Französisch und Spanisch und kommuniziert ansonsten mit KI-Übersetzer. Das Frühstück war bis 9:30 möglich, es war reichhaltig und gut. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind sehr nah. Ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Jederzeit wieder.

In der Umgebung herrscht reges Leben und man hört ab ca. 5 morgens quietschende Wägen vorbeiziehen. Aber daran haben wir uns schnell gewöhnt.

Good location, very close to pickup points for day trips, still in the medina but you don't have to walk through a labyrinth of streets to get to your accommodation. Younes was great.

No hairdryer, even though it's listed on Booking. Normally, it wouldn't be a problem as I could just bring my own if only there were such information beforehand.

Velice pěkné ubytováni v centru Marakéše v krásném marockém stylu s pěknou střešní terasou pro příjemné večery. Velmi ochotný majitel byl stále nápomocný, pomohl zařídit taxi z letiště, doporučil co v Marakéši navštívit a pomohl s rezervaci. Děkujeme za vynikající marockou snídani (výborné placky) a možnost si ponechat v ubytováni zavazadla před odletem. Youness děkujeme za vše.

La casa è in posizione centrale e strategica, nel quartiere della Kasbah. I proprietari sono gentili e disponibili, abbiamo usufruito del servizio colazione la prima mattina (viene preparata direttamente da loro in casa, la scelta è ricca e completa).

Nei bagni non è possibile scaricare la carta nel water, questo andrebbe migliorato. Dalla cucina ogni tanto usciva uno sgradevole odore di scarico.

La casa tradizionale in cui abbiamo alloggiato è veramente molto bella e in una posizione perfetta, vicino ai principali punti di interesse. Appena siamo arrivati Youness ci ha servito del te e degli ottimi biscotti, come fossimo a casa. L’host è una persona super ospitale e disponibile. Le colazioni sul rooftop preparate da lui sono deliziose! Consiglio vivamente di soggiornare in questa casa.

Younes was an excellent and kind host and prepared an amazing breakfast for us.

The toilet cistern took quite a long time to refill, so it could only be used to flush every 20 minutes or so. In the meantime, we had to use a bucket to flush. Not a big deal for us, very easily done, but it may not be for everyone.

El anfitrión muy amable y super atento. Repetiría sin dudarlo y lo recomiendo. La ubicación excelente, el trato genial. Un 10 en todo. El anfitrión nos proporcionó los taxis de ida y vuelta al aeropuerto, superamable.

Very charming and cosy

Chegamos sem saber o que esperar, e fomos recebidos calorosamente pelo Younes com um autentico chá Marroquino. Ele foi muito amável durante a estadia toda, a casa era muito bem localizada, ambiente tranquilo e confortável. Próximo de diversos restaurantes locais e turísticos. Caminhando 15 minutos voce chega no mercado, onde pode explorar toda a região com suas vielas, lojas e locais históricos. Por todo local onde andamos sentimos-nos completamente seguros, encontrando pessoas amáveis e atenciosas a cada esquina. Recomendo demais este Riat e se for voltar, provavelmente me hospedarei novamente aqui.

Szuper helyen, közel a központhoz. Reggeli pazar, ágyak nagyon kényelmesek! Younnes mindenben a segítségünkre volt, forduljatok hozzá bizalommal. Nagyon kedves házigazda!!! Biztosan vissza térünk!!!

Le petit déjeuner très copieux et agréable sur la terrasse

숙소는 사아드 왕릉 바로 앞에 위치해서 찾기가 좋았고 주인장이 기다렸다가 안내사항을 설명하고 열쇠를 전달해 주었습니다. 옥상이 있는 2층짜리 주택으로 아름다운 타일들이 인상적이었습니다. 숙소에서 걸어서 10~15분이면 제마 알프마 광장 등 주요 관광지에 갈 수 있어 최고의 위치였습니다. 주방시설이 갖추어져 있어 식사를 직접 해 먹을 수 있어서 좋았어요. 거실이 넓어서 여러명이 함께 차를 마시거나 식사를 하기에 편리했어요.

주방이 조금 더 청결하기를 바랍니다. 특히 수세미와 행주. 옥상문이 잠기지 않아요. 화장실 휴지가 없어서 요쳥했는데 가져다 주시기 않았어요. 샤워실에 샴푸,린스,바디샴푸가 없어서 아쉬워요. 헤어드라이기가 고장나 있어요.

Feeling of house in the city , younnes the caretaker tried his best to acomodate us , all kind of bread for breakfast . Washing machine ,convenient to shops

Water Pressure too low to shower upstairs, wifi is bad , steps 2-3 story to bedroom and only one shower place for 3 rooms. House generally clean, but should provide indoor slippers and floor mat a d kitchen - dirty cloth bathroom and kitchen.

I'm delighted with the hospitality and beauty of the house! It was an incredible experience to stay in such a unique place—the house is even more beautiful in person than in the photos! The location is also excellent. The hospitality and welcome from the owners were incredibly warm, and they were always very helpful- thank you so much!!! I can only highly recommend it, and it's definitely my place in Marrakech—I'd love to go back!

Me gustó todo. El dar muy bonito , acogedor ,bien situado , tranquilo . .. pero lo mejor sin dudarlo su anfitrión Youness, nos hizo sentir como en casa con su gran amabilidad y muy servicial . Te resuelve todas las dudas y te ayuda en todo lo que necesites sin dejar atrás los estupendos desayunos que nos preparó .Fue un viaje en familia y no olvidaremos nunca los ratos compartidos con Youness .

Nous étions 3 amis à séjourner au riad dar amane. Nous avons apprécié la situation géographique, à 10 minutes à pied de la place jemaa el fna dans un quartier authentique avec des petits commerçants (épices, légumes, pain) le top 👍. Le riad est très TRÈS PROPRE avec une terrasse bien appréciable. Youssef est une personne admirable. Toujours disponible pour répondre à nos besoins. Nous le remercions sincèrement et avons hâte de faire découvrir le riad à nos familles. Nous vous conseillons vivement cette adresse.

Emplacement idéal proche de la place , des commerces et resto . La maison est très agréable, tout confort . Très bonne communication avec Rachid . Et surtout un grand merci à Youness sur place qui s occupe de tout pour vous .

El trato de los anfitriones fue excelente. Younes fue súper amable y simpático, siempre pendiente de lo que necesitábamos. Como detalle, nos trajeron un desayuno marroquí riquísimo. La casa está en una zona céntrica, pero el barrio es tranquilo y seguro. Todo estaba muy limpio y ordenado. Además, tiene aire acondicionado y wifi, lo que hizo la estancia mucho más cómoda. Está muy cerca de la plaza donde hacen el mercadillo y ponen puestos de comida.

Good resting place when you are indoors. Very quiet and beautiful house designed. It is walking distance to the markets. The care taker/ owner is very kind, hospitable,nice and helpful. Breakfast was served in abundance if requested for a reasonable price. The whole house is with air conditioning, which keeps the whole family comfortable.

What an amazing place 😍 located in the centre of Marrakesh. The photographs do not do this place justice it is well equipped with so much space. The host Youness is the most help full and humble individual with amazing energy . He went above and beyond to make our stay awesome from local knowledge, to sim cards. Even arranging taxis for us even when we had checked out. What an absolute legend ! The communication about the property was top notch and it really made our stay in marakesh special. Definatly go for the breakfast option. Cannot recommend this place enough!

Absolutely nothing the property was fantastic. Just book it such good value for money.

Clean and spacious. Beautiful traditional architecture with space between each of the bedrooms. A nice lounge area on the top floor. Our host Yooness was gracious and friendly and was able to communicate well with us by using translator. Breakfast was wonderful. I heard from others staying at hotels that they were not having the same experience as we were able to enjoy! I highly recommend staying here!

I could have stayed longer and been very comfortable.

Traditional and beautiful house. Amazing location in the medina but nice and quiet. Our host met us at the mosque where the taxi dropped us to take us to the property and help us settle. We had an early flight and our host prepared an incredible breakfast for us at 6am. Could not do enough for us. Utterly delightful.

Hospitality and uniqueness of the place

good location, very clean room, very kind owner. The decoration and facilities were fantastic, fully equipped.

The schower is a bit weak (but it happens in Morocco). There are 4 ACs but 3 of them are for cooling, not heating but we had plenty of blanckets instead.

I've left the property after the 1st night. The main reasons were: 1) all 3 bedrooms were incredibly cold, as the heating (from A/C equipment) hasn't worked at all which together with high humidity inside the building was unacceptable and unbearable, especially when you have a kid who couldn't sleep the whole night due to the terrible cold; 2) there was an unacceptable sewage smell in the kitchen; an awful smell was coming from the floor drain which was covered by the rag; 3) there was another smell of cat's urine on the staircase between the floors, which BTW was cold as there was no heating there. 4) no electric cattle in the kitchen, so if you would like to boil the water you had to use the old metal pot used for Moroccan tea. 4) there was no heating in the bathroom, so taking shower by kid was not possible, and for adults there was no comfort at all. This facility advertising should be changed as is misleading the customers.

Beautiful house located right in the middle of Marrakech. Our host, Youness, was exceptional. He greeted us with tea and biscuits, made us a delicious breakfast in the morning, and always helped us find reliable taxis to explore town.

Hot water doesn't last long - take quick showers!

It was one of our best stays over the years. The beauty of the property itself: it's like living in an oriental palace with own rooftop and barbecue on it. This type of property actually has the name: Riyadh. I only lacked harem -))). But also in many ways to hospitality and amicability of the host Youness, a brother of the owner Rashid who lives in Canada. I spoke Spanish with Youness and English with Rashid. Youness was coming every day to prepare us an amazing Moroccan breakfast which I will never forget. And in general he's such a great person to deal with! I raise all my thumbs to recommend this place! Just one tip: when you prepare for the trip don't burden yourself with how to find the place. Ask the hosts to arrange a taxi and a driver will meet you with a sign for just 15 euros.

Very cosy place, great breakfast in the morning made by the lovely Yousef. All the facilities ever needed. Yousef was a great man, very supportive, he helped us with anything we needed. Would like to stay here again!!

Lovely home in the old part of Marrakesh. Fabulous interior with tiling and moulding, oozing with character. Youness was super helpful and attentive ad breakfast looked amazing though I wasn't able to eat it.

A great location and a very spacious and comfortable 3 bedroom house with great decor. Met with wonderful mint tea and morroccan sweets on arrival . Parking was a 2 min walk if that ! Breakfast was freshly made for us as per any requests. The host was very amiable and honest and even helped me buy some items at the Souk after our stay which included a late checkout which really helped. I’d definitely stay here again !

The water in the bathroom got cold in the morning but with the Marrakech heat it was OK

What I loved about this property was the spacious and well-equipped accommodation that provided all the comforts of home. The washing machine was another great addition, making it easy to keep our clothes fresh during our stay. Having two toilets was also a plus, especially for larger groups or families. The common area was inviting and provided a wonderful space for our group to gather, socialize, and spend quality time together. What truly made our stay exceptional was the incredible hospitality of our host, Youness. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at home. During our stay, Eid al-Fitr was being celebrated, and Youness graciously invited us to spend the holiday with his family. We were deeply touched by this gesture and felt honored to be included in their celebrations. It was a unique and unforgettable experience that allowed us to immerse ourselves in the local culture and forge a genuine connection with our host and his family. Overall, this property exceeded our expectations with its range of amenities, comfortable furnishings, and thoughtful touches that made our stay in Marrakesh truly memorable. The warmth and generosity of our host, Youness, added an extra special dimension to our trip, making it an experience we will cherish for years to come.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

There were a few technical hiccups, but Youness was quick to help and always offered to come by and help resolve the issue on prem.
