Home-stay is located in a quiet area with a lot of options for eating, close to night life street (about 7 min by walking). The owner is very helpful and friendly. There is no doubt for me where I will stay on my next Ho Chi Minh visit.

У нас был поздний ночной прилет в Хошимин, я написала в отель, мне быстро ответили, что нас ждут! Встретили и заселили. Номер достаточно просторный и оформлен со вкусом. Хозяйка была отзывчивой, рассказала где хорошее питание, по всем вопросам помогала. Шумоизоляция в номере была хорошая, Wi-fi работал отлично, кондиционер тоже.

The family were extremely friendly and helpful with any extra wishes we had. The location is really good, you can get anywhere in the town center in 1-2 km, but it's also very quiet as it is set back from any main road. The room was spacious and clean and great for the price. Can recommend!

Die Unterkunft liegt nur 5 Gehminuten von der belebten Barstraße entfernt. Sehr zentral, aber dennoch ruhig. Ausgestattet mit einem bequemen Bett, Sofa und Balkon war es für uns die perfekte Wahl, um nach einem langen Tag entspannen zu können. Sie bietet verschiedene Sitzmöglichkeiten, hat ein großes Bad und ist ein Ort zum wohlfühlen. Die Besitzerin lebt im selben Haus und war jederzeit erreichbar. Wir würden das Zimmer mit Balkon jederzeit wieder buchen und empfehlen es gerne weiter. Danke für den wunderbaren Aufenthalt

Les lits sont confortables, le logement est charmant et propre et se trouve dans une petite ruelle piétonne proche de tout ce qui est très agréable au vu de l'agitation de la ville. L'hôtesse est adorable et nous a donné de bonnes adresses de cafés, restaurants et même un endroit ou recoudre mon sac.

Le logement se trouve au dessus d'un salon d'épilation ce qui peut surprendre au début mais ce n' est pas dérangeant. Le balcon mériterait un petit nettoyage. Sinon tout était parfait.

Virkelig venlig vært, god beliggenhed, roligt og trygt, hyggelig indretning, god ventilation og aircon, pænt og rent. Og det folk har skrevet med lidt trætte damer nedenunder i skønhedssalonen det oplevede vi slet ikke, de var søde og imødekommende.

Ikke som sådan noget dårligt, men der kunne godt være lidt flere skeer til når man laver kaffe, eller lige et par glas til vand m.m.

Really nice and big room. Bed is relatively comfortable and we had a nice couch too while still having space to have your bags etc, without feeling crammed. Bathroom is fine too, spacious and shower is good with warm water. Location is great, as in really good I think. Very central and close to a lot of things, but surprising quiet since it is in a smaller alley isolated from the main road. The owner and her family are really nice and welcoming and easy to reach on text. Great value for money if you want to stay around this area I think.

Просторный светлый номер, большие кровати, кондиционер, холодильник, раковина, балкончик - фото полностью соответствует реальности. Очень дружелюбная хозяйка. Мы забронировали номер за 20 минут до заселения, так как возникла проблема с другим отелем. Нас сразу заселили, за что огромное спасибо! Расположение шикарное, атмосфера приятная. Важно: чтобы попасть в номер нужно идти по лестнице, учтите это. Цена приятная для данной локации. Рядом много кафе, ресторанов, до шопинг молла 20 минут пешком, до парков тоже недалеко.

The young lady has an outstanding sense of customer service. She was wonderful and communicating with her was easy. All the recommendations she made were great. The room is clean, the bathroom is small but functional. The bed is comfy, the location is great. At night it's totally quiet. Thank you Chanie, we would stay here again.

The location of the Homestay in a small side street was perfect. It was very quiet but still close to nice restaurants in this neighborhood and a great (Eurosong) coffee shop around the corner. The crazy walking street was 500 meter away if anybody needs this kind of action. We especially liked our small balcony where you can relax after a busy day walking the streets of Saigon.

Our friend had a room without a balcony in the back of the house facing the backside of another house 2 meters away. For just sleeping it is ok, but it fells a little bit claustrophobic. He joint us on our balcony, so for just sleeping this might be ok.

Quiet, central location in District 1

The staff overbooked the property (unfortunately common in Vietnam) so I had to stay in a different hotel next door for the first night. When I came back the next day to change rooms, the maids were going through my personal belongings and throwing them out the room. This was due to the owners not communicating properly with her neighbours. This was a big inconvenience for them and for me. The room I booked was very basic and not as nice as it appears in photos. The main entrance has a very annoying padlocked gate

The host was super nice and the room itself was exceptionally clean and well furnished, not mentioning a nice little balcony from which one can enjoy cozy inner streets of Saigon. It's still in the center, but so much more quiet than near Bui Vien! Definitely want to come back!

As a solo traveller and first time in Vietnam, this couldn't have been more perfect! Chein messaged me as soon as I landed to say she was waiting for me, it was about a 20-30 min grab taxi ride to the hotel where she met me in the room with my keys and explained how everything worked. The entrance is through a ladies waxing salon (it's a yellow building you can't miss it) with a sign saying Co Homestay above it, it is down a side street so you don't hear any of the loud street traffic at all, it's a very peaceful stay with a comfy bed and warm shower, the AC works well and there is also a fan. At night the doors to the salon is locked with a padlock which you have a key to come and go as you please Everything you need is within walking distance, the Central Market is about 5 minute walk, Walking Street where the shops and bars are is about 15 minutes and the main Ben Thanh Market/street food market as well as the Opera House, War Museum and Cathedral are 25-30 minute walk. Chein recommended lots of places to visit and to eat and always replied quickly, I highly recommend the cafe called Little Hanoi-Egg Coffee for a lovely brunch. thank you so much for an amazing stay!

Nothing to complain about, it is well worth the money!

Our best hotel experience in Vietnam! Despite its close proximity to all the downtown action, the bedroom is quiet and you can’t hear any noise from the street. The room is very spacious with room for your bags and the bed is a large queen size! And while the hotel is inside a waxing salon, the owner was super attentive as well as the ladies working at the salon. They gave us local recommendations on food and what to see, and let us use an umbrella when it was pouring rain. Absolutely loved our stay and wish we could stay in more places like Co Homestay

There is nowhere a sign of the homestay; you really have to know that you need to enter a spa to reach the homestay.

Have stayed in Saigon a number of times and would say this is great value for money, wonderful location…street has lovely little restaurants and options to eat out! Stayed in balcony room which was large and really comfortable! Would recommend!!

Nothing was perfect !

Quiet room in fantastic location. Building has a lot of character with wooden floors and furniture. Stone's throw from bui Vien with plenty of restaurants and bars available. Also very close to bus station.

Shower pressure was low. Cramped toilet space. Kiddy sized table and chairs not good for computer work. Window with no view and three flights of stairs and a chain lock on gate was a hassle. I regret not picking the first floor room that was offered.

The room was very spacious and the bed was big and comfy. The AC was working well. Hot water available for the shower. The kettle and fridge in the room was nice. Possibility to fill up our water bottle, and terrasse area to smoke. Good location. The lady and her family are all super nice and trying their best to help guests.

The private studio can get quite hot. It might be hard to find the place once you arrive, you have to enter the waxing salon.

It was a good location, close to the tourist district but in a part that did not have party traffic passing through. The hostess was very friendly and helpful. In person welcome no messing with codes or lockboxes. A lot of dinning facilities in the area

the airco unit is installed on the balcony making it very hot when the airco is running. very little closet space to put away your stuff. Kitchenette was very minimal, no possibility to cook

For the price we paid we knew what to expect.. wasn’t super clean.. Was fine for a few nights. The bathroom is tiny and a wet room. The room we initially booked was unavailable due to the air con not working so we stayed in another room…

Good size, clean room in a quiet street of Saigon's city centre. The host was very friendly and came to meet us way before check-in time due to our train arriving early. The area is interesting, with everything in walking distance from the hotel. Also there is a great nail salon just across from the hotel!

The place was a little hard to find initially as it is above a waxing studio, but once we found it there was no problem at all!

We stayed at Co Homestay for 5 nights. The room was big enough for a family, but it was not completely clean (loads of dust under bed, AC strange smell, etc.). The communication with the owner was quick and easy, always helped with anything needed. Perfect location, full of street food around, cafés, etc.

Be aware that if you stay here there is no place like a common room/terrace, etc. which was a bit inconvenient, especially when one needs to work remotely.

Good wifi, good AC, comfy bed, clean, no issues and good value for money

We got room 101 which was a bit dark as the only window faced a wall. This was not an issue but could be for some people

I was on the top floor, all to myself, with terrace and kitchen 10' away. I could smoke there and thats where I spent most of my time. I'm a writer so I have to be comfortable and stay close to the coffee and the wine later. Everything you need is right outside. My hosts were incredibly nice, a young married couple that attended to everything. Well worth you're staying here.

The stairs to the 4th floor. Artificial hip replacement is unkind to me. Sciatica, too.

A big, spacious comfortable room in a great area of HCMC.

No specific reception as room access is through a beauty parlour so checking in was a bit confusing but all worked out in the end. However I would make sure to nail down the details of check in with the owner before you arrive to avoid possible confusion.

Wonderful stay. The room was sweet, comfortable and spacious. Beds were great. Nice little balcony. Good amenities like fridge. Great location - close to many sites but on quiet side road. Would stay again.
