The room was really clean, had really nice natural light and was very spacious. They were also very accommodating, letting us check in early (8am) and helping us with finding a good place for laundry.

We could not connect to their WiFi however we were able to connect to next door so not really an issue for us.

Well located in a central spot, lots of space, easy to reach.

The room can get quite humid and some smells come from outside (at some point I had cigarette smell in the room but I don’t smoke, didn’t figure out where it was coming from)

Extremely nice hotel and great central location in Cat Ba town. They’re very hospitable and even made several vegan dishes to accommodate myself and my boyfriend.

The staff is very friendly, the rooms are confortable and spacious, the breakfast is so yummy at Ladybird. The hotel is conveniently located in the centre of Cat Ba, close to everything, but still the rooms are serene. Full recommendation.

My wife and I stayed here to celebrate our anniversary. We had the most Stunning time. The room was nice with the sea view, and Nhung working in the hotel were exceptionally kind and helpful. I’ve never been made to feel so welcomed! They pulled out all the stops.

My partner and I stayed here with our 2 children in December. Excellent service, cozy room, great breakfast. Location is just amazing. With the bay undergoing huge construction the view is not to bad.

All three beaches are within walking distance. Surrounded by restaurants and massages, multiple mini markets in the same street. Staff is so sweet and amazing, breakfast made fresh every morning. Coffee is wonderful at Ladybird.

It was the nice hotel we stayed at during our 3 weeks in Vietnam. Rooms were very well appointed to such a high quality, welcome drinks were lovely, breakfast fab and the staff couldn't be more helpful.

Yummy breakfast followed by a great care of Nhung and family. Our room was spacious and comfy overlooking the bay. Thanks for a great tour in Lan Ha bay too.

2 days here at this charming and cozy place, very easy to stroll around to local market and excellent restaurant at ground floor where we had daily lovely breakfast. Much appreciated.

Charming homestay in the heart of Cat Ba town. It is very convenient for walking, the breakfast was good and our room was clean and comfortable on the fourth floor. "Thank you" Nhung for the warm welcome from the beginning to the end.

The property was almost completely brand new, so everything looked like it had never been used before. It was in a great location and the staff were very friendly

Because the property was so new, some kinks still needed to be ironed out. But overall it was a great stay.

Our room was very comfortable and spacious located on the third floor overlooking the Green Bay. The breakfast was really delicious.

Warm welcome from start to finish, our room was large on the fourth floor overlooking the beautiful view of Catba bay. The tour in Lan Ha Bay was excellent, we visited the unusual shaped rocks, the caves and also the floating villages.

Spacious room, warm welcome, our hotel is in the center so it’s easy to get around. The visit to the local market was interesting and not to be missed

At road junction so a bit on the noisy side although soundproofing was definitely helpful and muffled sounds. Not there fault but construction is changing the entire landscape of cat ba.
