Este un hotel curat aflat într-o zonă centrală. Prețul plătit pentru doua apartamente, pentru 3 nopți, este de-a dreptul incredibil.

Spacious clean room. Comfortable bed excellent shower the reception staff were really friendly and kind and went the extra mile to communicate with us. There is a convenience store in the ground floor whi h was useful for snacks. Busy location and easy to get a didi. Gold start for helping us to order food for delivery when we're too tired to go out.

Nothing really. It is a little difficult to find and you have to go to the 13th floor to find it. The room is great. It has a kettle and two mugs but nothing else not even a teaspoon. So this is a little challenging to eat a snack at home.

Nice room, good area to explore the city and oldtown. The first contact with the girl from the reception was to resolut, not warm. But when we had an issue with the room later, the friendly man from the reception was very nice and helped us immediately.

It was good value for money and spacious. Convenient stores directly under the hotel. Staff was kind, helpful and spoke some English. Easy check out.

Not so clean, needs updated as mirror was cracked and stains here and there, you can see the wear and tear. There was no hot water one night.

Lin, is a fantastic host. Was brilliant from the moment we booked, English was very good and he was so helpful in booking transfers from the airport and back to it for us. He gave us some great recommendations to see as well.

I have been to Xi'an many times and the last few times always in this hotel. Very good service, attentive and friendly staff, good location- I will travel to Xi'an again in the fall and book this hotel again. Highly recommended.

Very close to the old city and conveniently close to the small wild goose pagoda, very clean and good value for the money. We enjoyed every moment at Xi'an and we were very happy to come back to a well conditioned room after long hot summer days. The small frigobar and the washing machine were a nice plus that we didn't think we would use but actually we did. The owner was very kind to reply to all of our requests by before and during our stay, he arranged the taxi service for us and everyone was very nice.

It's not the hotel fault, but there is only 1 elevator to access which can make it long to get in or out, the stairs are not an option since they are in the dark (also 13 floors is quite a lot). The bathroom lightning is a bit dark but the facilities are actually quite good, both for the shower and the wc. Some people smoke in the elevator, but again, not the hotel's fault.

La struttura ha camere molto moderne e belle, il personale non parla inglese ma sono disponibili e gentili. Mi hanno contattato per chiedermi se volessi il cambio di lenzuola e asciugamani. Check out late molto comodo. Stanza pulita e letto comodo

Stanza molto grande e con lavatrice. Possibile usufruire dell'asciugatrice contattando il personale dalle 14 alle 20. Pulizia della camera con acqua ogni giorno. Non lontano dalle attrazioni principale di Xi'an. Consiglio di affittare la bici. Unica cosa negativa per noi ma é personale le asciugamani. Ne davano quante ne volevi ma quelle usa e getta.

Cannot imagine best place to stay to discover Xian. Walkable distance to the walls, big rooms, clean, super convenient.Friendly and helpful staff.

I was missing some kitchenette where we could cook for instance? that would have been great, but nevertheless, amazing stay

Large room and comfortable bed, located about 20 minute walk to Xi’an City Wall, also close to metro line 2.

Smell of cigarettes outside of the room which permeates into the room.

The room was spacious and has washing machine.

The housekeeping did not turn up for 2 days even though I left the card to clean on the door. Sound proofing is not great. Metro is about 1 km walk.

Location was a bit of a walk to the wall, but it wasn't particularly loud outside (the other floors however, were a bit of an issue), and the room itself was very comfortable. Having 2 separate bedrooms felt nice and private, and the air conditioning was strong. We also ordered delivery once and it was a seamless experience from the 24h lobby.

Only 1 elevator takes you to the hotel lobby and it's often busy, so we had to wait quite awhile in the heat for the elevator to come, and we had a few issues in which we would inform the staff about something (i.e. wanting a refill of toilet paper) and having to inform them again as they've forgotten. Bizarre because we would inform them through wechat and they would respond affirmatively. Additionally, the soundproofing from above flooring isn't the best, so if your upstairs neighbours are noisy, be wary! (We spoke to the lobby person about this however and they did speak to them on our behalf, which was helpful.)

The staff were very accommodating and helpful for anything that was needed! Really nice rooms with washing machine and everything else needed! They gave me aome washing powder so I was able to clean some of my clothes! Nice location in local area (although 30- 40 min walk to attractions and 15 min or so walk to nearest Metro)

Nice 2 bedroom with spacious common area. The room was clean and looked better than the pictures. Not inside city walls but of a short walk to get there. Staff was friendly and spoke English. I would happily stay again!

Il sistema di aerazione ha qualche problema, quando cucinavano (ai piani inferiori o superiori) la stanza si riempiva di un forte odore di cibo, potrebbe dare fastidio

Номер очень старый, кафель в санузле грязный, есть плесень, темно, холодно, окна не закрываются. На фото есть освещение, а по факту в гостиной два точечных светильника с минимальным светом, как ночник, в туалете тоже всё на ощупь. Туалетной бумаги нет. Номер рассчитан на 4 человека (две двуспальные кровати), оснащение (полотенца, зубные наборы, вода) только для двоих. Полотенец для лица нет. В туалете темно, ванная не закреплена, я перевернулась на пол вместе с ней, когда пыталась залесть во внутрь и принять ванну, получила травму. Душ на стойке не держится, падает прямо на голову через каждую минуту. Из удобств только стиральная машина и чайник. Никогда не вернусь и никому не советую.

The bedrooms were big and everything was clean. The mirror could have more light, it was difficult for make up.

If you are looking for a place with no traffic noise. Maybe this is not your hotel, its a bit noisy during the night. Other than that. It is nice and staff very friendly.

The room was good with a lot of space and a fridge and washing machine. It wasn't too far away from the inner city of Xi'an.

Decent location, within walking distance of the city walls. Spacious apartment with good facilities and a comfortable bed.

The level I was staying on smelt like cigarettes. Anyone could access the floor too and there was no security.

It's got two bedrooms and relatively spacious for its price. There's a living room / dining area. There's a washing machine, kettle, hair dryer. We had four rubber slippers and four disposable slippers. They don't clean you room unless you request for it, but you can replenish the toiletry (comb, tooth brush, razor, toilet paper, disposable slippers, etc. if you want). We didn't want our room cleaned for the entire stay so it fit us well. Sink was outside the bathroom which means that if someone was using the bathroom, you can still use the sink. The rooms were clean when we checked in, and still relatively clean when we left (despite no cleaning done in our six day stay). There are some shops outside with great food. If you walk north for about 20 mins, you'll reach the Bell Tower / Drum Tower / Muslim Quarters. If you walk south for about 20 mins, you'll reach the Xi'An Museum / Small Wild Goose Pagoda. There's a convenience store in the same building, pharmacy across the road and lots of eating places. Beds were comfortable. Electrical points (US / Australian style) with USB points. Staff helpful. You can make coffee at the lobby in the 13th floor and there are two PCs for you to use. If you need a microwave, there's one at the lobby. We arrived at the hotel by taxi. The taxi driver was a speed demon who weaves in and out of traffic like a motorcyclist and cost us 140 CNY and some motion sickness. The journey back, we took the hotel transport, which was a luxiourious van sized vehicle that can fit our large luggage. The driver was professional, drove like a normal person and although it cost more (200 CNY), it was well worth it. Would I return? Probably yes, unless they have another branch closer to the train station.

Walk to the train station was 15 minutes. However, along the way, there are plenty of food places. The heater, washing machine all in Chinese. Probably good to have English translation instruction book in the room. The fridge was pretty useless. We had to unplug it so that we could plug in the kettle. Hotel provides chinese tea but no instant coffee. You'll need to use the espresso machine at the 13th floor lobby to get our caffeine fix. But since I'm not an espresso lover, I had to get my caffeine from the conveninece store downstairs. Figuring out how to get to the hotel can be a bit challenging. Booking.com should provide the Chinese address as well (besides the English address). It's on the 13th floor of a Service Apartment and there are other hotels there.

Reception staff were rude. Traffic noise. Hotel transfer was over priced and a poor service generally, don't use, taxi is a much better option.
