Very spacious, modern room and hotel itself as well. And my little daughter still talks about the cats in the hotel and it has already been month so definitely a nice experience for her too! Please continue taking care of the cats as you do now :)

The name of the hotel was a bit different from the sign above the entrance and was a bit confusing to find it, navigate the external driver. Also the communication about airport pick up took very long and and was a bit confusing but at the end all worked out well and the driver was excellent and also the price of the hotel transport was unbeatable, thank you!

We hadden een suite, met 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers. Dit was voor ons als familie perfect.

Het hotel was opeens een kattenhotel geworden. Gelukkig warenwet niet allergisch maar het blijft vreemd. Ook was het verder van het centrum dan we dachten.

És un hotel especial, pots acaronar gats i als meus fills els ha encantat tenir una nintendo switch a l’habitació ☺️. Han sigut molt amables preparant-nos l’esmorzar a les 6 del matí, que era l’hora a la que havíem de marxar. Moltes gràcies!

Можно выпить чай абсолютно бесплатно, взять попкорн. Там есть диван, большой телевизор с приставкой Nintendo Switch (дети залипли там на пару часов вечером, играя в Mario).Но самое милое — это местные пушистые сотрудники. В лобби живет несколько невероятно ухоженных и милых кошек и котят. Они спокойно спят на своих домиках, дают себя погладить и создают какую-то совершенно домашнюю, уютную атмосферу. Для нас это стало настоящим антистрессом. Дети не хотели уезжать. Номера выше всяких похвал. Компактные (что типично для Азии), но при этом очень продуманные, чистые и стильные. Неплохой ремонт, сантехника в ванной, белоснежное постельное белье, удобные ортопедические матрасы. В душевой гель, шампунь,кондиционер и зубные наборы. Отдельный восторг — завтраки. В меню можео выбрать в меню на выбор основное блюдо, напитки, бонусом фрукты. Всё вкусное и свежее, мы ни разу не ушли голодными. Расположение тоже отличное. До главного входа в Городскую стену Сиани — буквально 10-15 минут неспешным шагом. Метро Наньшаомынь NANSHAOMEN в 15 минутах ходьбы. Есть магазин у входа, так всякие вкусности. Есть кафешки, ТЦ, где можно недорого и вкусно поужинать. На ресепшене работают очень приятные девушки: немного говорят по-английски. Есть прачечная на 5 этаже (стиральные и сушильные машины), порошок, парогенератор. Итог: однозначно лучшая наша остановка в Китае. Если вы ищете в поездке не только чистую кровать, но и классную атмосферу, вам сюда. Мы бы вернулись снова! Огромное спасибо персоналу за наш отдых.

Hôtel très sympa qui a beaucoup plus aux enfants pour les jeux vidéos et les chats. Joli décoration, cadre agréable et personnel très sympathique et serviable.

Funny set up, great to have free laundry service

We got a gaming room, with desktops taking a lot of space

la chambre est confortable et climatisée. La salle de bain est spacieuse. Il y a plusieurs choix de petits déjeuner et il y a un restaurant (payant) qui sert des repas chauds tout au long de la journée. Il y a une buanderie en libre service. L'hôtel se situe non loin des remparts (10-15min à pieds) et du quartier plus touristique. Juste au pied il y a une supérette, c'est parfait pour acheter de l'eau et de quoi grignoter.

Le personnel ne parle pas anglais, les petits déjeuner sont tous salés et assez gras. Nous avons utilisé la buanderie et malgré 3h passé au séchoir, les vêtements étaient toujours mouillés. Les chats sont tous très peureux et leurs poils n'est pas brillants (signe qu'ils ne sont pas à l'aise). Je ne sais pas s'ils s'en occupe bien et je ne pense pas qu'ils reste là toute leur vie. Je me pose des questions sur le bien être de ces animaux. Néanmoins ils sont bien nourris donc bon je suis dubitative.

Absolutamente todo. Habitación grande, cómoda y súper limpia. Completo y moderno. Es “cat friendly” pero no encuentras ni un solo pelo de gato. Tiene gym y la ubicación es perfecta. Cerca de todo.

La comida. Es lo único que te recomiendo no hacer en el Hotel. Ni comer, ni desayunar. Es una pena que la cocina sea tan mala en un hotel tal lindo.

Very good value for money, spacious room, clean, with everything I needed. The window can be opened which was great. Staff were very nice. It was very nice to see the cats at the lobby.

Il personale: abbiamo chiesto se fosse possibile anticipare la colazione di 10 minuti perché dovevamo prendere il treno, risposta: "no" senza spiegazioni o un "mi dispiace non è possibile". In generale ad ogni domanda era sempre una risposta monosillabica. La colazione: ma si può servire la colazione solo dalle 8 alle 10 senza nemmeno possibilità di preparare qualcosa prima per chi deve partire o visitare la città la mattina presto? L'igiene: bellissimi i gatti e adorabili i cuccioli. Ottima trovata ma dover mangiare sugli stessi tavoli dove fanno dormire i gatti non mi sembra il massimo. Poteva andare bene se fossero stati in ambienti separati ma tenere una colonia di gatti nella lobby e nel bar è profondamente antiigienico e pericoloso. Purtroppo il peggiore soggiorno di questa vacanza in Cina

Great hotel, nice breakfasts, friendly and helpful staff. Our son was over the moon to have a Nintendo Switch in the room! They have the cutest kitties - local hotel residents. Overall a good stay.

Great place to stay near the Xian bustling Muslim Quarter, Bell Tower and the Wall. Bonus if you are a cat lover or gamer.

Soggiorno di 3 notti, hall accogliente e pulita, personale disponibile e gentile con livello di inglese basilare. Camera abbastanza spaziosa. Bagno diffuso, lavandino in camera, doccia e wc in stanze separate. Ottima pulizia generale. Frigobar funzionante. Ogni giorno cambiano asciugamani e lasciano bottiglie di acqua. Molto apprezzata la cat Therapy, ci sono gatti liberi di girare per la hall. Adiacente all'ingresso c'è un market molto fornito che chiude alle 23. Non abbiamo mai utilizzato il servizio bar quindi non possiamo giudicare

Unica cosa "negativa" è il bagno separato.

Das Hotel wirkt auf den ersten Blick ganz modern ausgestattet. Das Zimmer war recht sauber und mit dem Nötigsten ausgestattete. Neben dem Hotel sind 2 Convenient center. Sehr praktisch. Der Preis für das Zimmer war schon ziemlich günstig.

Das Hotel ist von außen nicht gut zu erkennen . Die Mitarbeiter waren leider sehr unmotiviert und man musste Ihnen alles "aus der Nase" ziehen. Frühstück gab es erst um 8 Uhr - für uns leider zu spät, da wir früh bei der Terrakotta Armee sein wollten. Auf den ersten Blick sieht alles recht modern aus - auf den zweiten Block merkt man die Qualität doch eindeutig. Auf dem Flur roch es definitiv nach Rauch. Eine Toilettenrolle für 3 Gäste sind schon recht knapp bemessen. Wir haben uns hier nicht so wohl gefühlt und waren zum Glück nur eine Nacht dort.

Excellent. Booked 2 bed-room - got upgraded to 3. Nice, clean, big, very comfy beds, modern, funky (do not judge by the outside of the hotel - which is not that obvious and easy to find), switch in the room, free bottled water, kids enjoyed the cat's in the cat caffee. Convinient store just below. 10 minutes walk to the city wall, 25 to the happening area around the bell tower. Highly recommended.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit großen, modernen und komfortablen Zimmern. Das Personal ist auch sehr nett – wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Lage ist auch sehr gut und man erreicht die Altstadt fußläufig. Ein echtes Highlight waren die süßen Katzen.

Concept veramente d'impatto, ambiente molto cool ed accogliente, sicuramente diversissimo dai comuni hotel (soprattutto qua in Cina). Sala comune (dove si serve anche la colazione) ampia, dotata anche di Nintendo Switch per poter giocare, ma anche di carte/fish, macchina dei popcorn e gatti: a richiesta si può richiedere del tempo da passare insieme a loro (non abbiano provato, ma è disponibile come servizio). Camera ampia, super vivibile, lavanderia con parecchie macchine. Per la colazione sono disponibili alcuni piatti (salati) e bevande da scegliere giorno per giorno, e poi ti portano frutta e uno yogurt: tutto fatto al momento e di buona qualità. Rapporto qualità/prezzo eccezionale.

Di difetti praticamente non ce ne sono, posso solo segnalare il depuratore di aria presente in camera (di per sè ottima cosa), che però avrebbe avuto bisogno di un cambio filtro e di una pulizia del filtro setaccio esterno: accendendolo al posto di depurare emanava odore di sigaretta (evidentemente precedenti inquilini non hanno rispettato il divieto). Questo proprio a voler cercare qualcosa.

It was the best value for the money. Room was clean. Bed and pillows were very comfy and also there are blackout curtains. I slept every day very well without waking up in the middle. There are also very cute cats in the lobby area. It is 3 minutes walk to nice areas of the old city. Highly recommended

Very comfortable art themed hotel with a cat play room, video game consuls in every room and even a spa. Rooms are very charming anf beds are incredibly comfortable. Location also great if you want to be close to the historic bell tower and city wall area, great restaurants nearby. Highly recommend!

My room was on the laundart machine floor so i could hear it still quiet late. Avoid floor 5 for maximum comfort.

We booked a suite. The automatic mahjong table was the best part of this holiday. Location just outside of city wall. The staff was polite and helpful.

This hotel is located at the center of an old town and is very convenient to go everywhere. There are plenty of haircuts, restaurants, shopping, and even massages. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful to all my requests. They also helpped me to send express deliveries to other cities.There is Luandry facility in the hotel with washer & dryers. Highly recommeneded.

The shower floor is not that flat so water does not drain very well but the cleaning staff always clean up everyday. This does not really bother us too much.

Our room faced an elementary school so we were awaken by the school bell and children chatter every morning. Not really an issue for us though.

A truely nice hotel, amazingly appointed and fabulous staff, helpful and cheerful at all times. The cats were so adorable and there was baby ones. Purtroppo lo staff non parla inglese, una sera si è allagata la stanza a causa dello scarico otturato della doccia e non sono stati in grado di assisterci nemmeno fornendoci biancheria asciutta. La pulizia della stanza non è mai avvenuta perché siamo rientrati alle 13:30 dal tour dell’esercito di Terracotta e gli inservienti non erano ancora arrivati alla nostra stanza. Lo staff è comunque gentile e disponibile ma ci sono state alcune criticità facilmente evitabili.

Les chambres sont spacieuses. Le personnel est si serviable et souriant, c'est un réel plaisir d'y séjourner

Détail : certaines chambres donnent sur une école avec des animations matinales pour les élèves ce qui peut occasionner un peu de bruit mais rien de gênant si vous avez des boules quies

Not a thing was good

After many very positive experiences during our travels in China, Hesu Hotel was unfortunately by far the worst stay we had. The biggest issue was the condition of the rooms. Every room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke, like the home of a chain smoker, and unfortunately nothing really helped — not even the air purifiers placed in each room. The rooms themselves are very dated, and the bathrooms were not properly cleaned, with visible fungus/mold in some areas. The walls are also extremely thin, and we could clearly hear loud neighbors throughout the night, making it difficult to sleep and rest properly. Another disappointment was the food. This was actually the only place in China where we had a genuinely bad food experience. We would definitely recommend skipping the breakfast. The staff tried to help when possible, but nobody spoke English, which made communication difficult compared to most of the other hotels we stayed in during our trip. The location was also not ideal, as it is quite far from the old town and many attractions. In hindsight, we found that there are much better accommodation options closer to restaurants and sightseeing areas, often for a better price as well. What made this even more disappointing is that the hotel was surprisingly expensive compared to our first hotel, which had a far better location, English-speaking staff, cleaner and more comfortable rooms, and overall much better value. Unfortunately, we would not stay here again and would recommend other travelers look at alternative options in the area.

Habitación súper completa, calidad en todo (champú, gel), tienes hasta una consola de videojuegos por si te aburres. El personal de recepción súper atentos y educados. Nos hicieron el desayuno a una hora antes de lo indicado sin problema, e incluso en el check-out nos hicieron un regalo

Me gustó todo, excepto los gatos, habían gatos muy bonitos y cuidados, pero si eres alérgico a ellos, debes tener en cuenta que hay comp unos 5 sueltos por recepción, aunque no hacen nada y son agradables, ya depende de tu alergia y sobre todo si eres mujer embarazada.

The location was great! An easy walk to the city wall. The place was modern and very clean. The rooms are a generous size.

Despite a great amount of English signage including on the staff uniform, very few of the staff spoke English. Fortunately we had a translation app.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and very patient, using translator apps. Nothing was too much trouble. I stayed in 2 bedrooms during my stay, and both were clean, well-appointed and the beds were super comfy. The hotel has a amall street entrance but the hotel rooms are large and modern. Cats, cats, cats : real ones and as an overall theme. Loved it.

I could leave my luggage at the hotel however it was not secured and was in the public domain. Leave at your own risk.

Nothing much that I like about this hotel

The room had residual cigarette. smoke smell. We asked the staffs to have it cleaned. But, she said, nothing much can be done. That was disappointing. We particularly requested for a non smoking room. The room was not spacious too. Struggled to find space for our suit cases. Breakfast was also disappointing. It could only be served from 7.30 am which was quite late! Many of us needed to take day tour to Terracotta and the tour required us to meet early. So, we requested for breakfast to be packed. But, the recep staff said that their Chef arrived at 7.30 am only. So, we can only get plain white bread slices, ambient yoghurt and banana. Oh well. By they way, breakfast was not buffet. We ordered based on a menu. Coffee was quite bad. We had to order from Luckin nearby. Haha

Im Nachbarzimmer wurde so stark geraucht, obwohl es ein Nichtraucher-Hotel ist, dass es über die Lüftungsschächte bei uns ekelhaft gestunken hat. Insbesondere in der Nacht! Das Personal wirkte gelangweilt und war nicht besonders motiviert. Den Butlerservice den sie beschreiben, gibt es nicht!

Location is great

Corridors and our room reeked of cigarette smoke. We asked to change rooms as our initial room stank of cigarette smoke, even if it is supposedly a non-smoking hotel. Second room was fine until 1am in the morning when we woke up choking due to cigarette smoke coming into our room from the ensuite bathroom ventilation. It was so bad it stung our eyes and I thought I was going to vomit. Fortunately we had two other bedrooms we could retreat to. Front desk staff were apologectic but hotel manager, who they communicated with on the phone, was hostile, rude and when I asked for a full refund said we would have to leave the hotel immediately. We were travelling with two children so I said no, we will leave first thing in the morning. This discussion went back and forth for 2 hours. I contacted Booking.com via phone and while their customer service officer was sympathetic, he said the only thing they could do was request a full refund but if the manager refused, they couldn't process the refund etc. Long story short, we received a full refund but it was the most unnecessarily stressful experience I have had using Booking.com and I won't be using them again for future bookings.

The staff were extremely helpful - we left some items in our room and they arranged for them to be forwarded on to our next hotel. The room was clean with good facilities and the location was within walking distance to the city wall.

The staff were incredibly helpful and the accomodation was perfect. It’s situated on top of a convenience store and also a bunch of restaurants within a minute distance! The wall is a 15 minute walk away which is really convenient as well. I would highly recommend staying here!

Everything was acceptable.

Our sink did not work. We told them, they repaired it, but it only worked until evening. However my biggest complaint regards cats. Six cats are enclosed in an aquarium maybe 7 squares meters big. I think cats should roam the hotel and if you don’t like cats choose another hotel. So all in all a very mediocre experience.

Modern hotel, nagyon jo helyen kozel a deli kapuhiz es a metro megallohoz, jol felszerelt, tiszta, kedves szemelyzet. Angolul nem igazan beszelnek de a fordito applikaciot jol es gyorsan kezelik :) mindent megoldottak amit kertunk (macskak, reggeli elvitelre, informacio a kornyekrol)

Стойка ресепшен не находится на первом этаже, приходится пользоваться лифтом. Персонал не говорит на английском вообще. Приходилось пользоваться мобильным переводчиком. Не понравился завтрак по меню, не было соков и фруктов.

Le manque d informations sur l emplacement Numéro 72 en chiffre note nulle part donc impossible de se repérer Sur Booking c heonic hotel lors des messages c hesu hôtel Nous avons demander a une dizaine de personnes qui ont fait res recherches aussi pour trouver l hôtel après trois heures et après avoir lu le dernier message de l hôtel que nous avons qq indications devanture en verre blanc avec des écritures noirs !! Enfin nous l avons trouvé Dans l emplacement il serait bon (vu que le numéro en chiffre n est pas note ) d indiquer par exemple après les remparts sur le coté droit de la rue et de donner les indications envoyés par mail dans l itinéraire Petit point a améliorer au dessus de l accueil il y a une cinquantaine d ampoules un petit coup de poussière dessus serait le bienvenu C un hôtel assez classe cela dénote avec la qualité de la prestation de nettoyage dans les chambres

Everything was super. Check in was easy, room was spotless and really comfortable. Staff were incredibly helpful when I had to purchase something. Little things like free popcorn, tea and extra water bottles by reception all were nice touches. Laundry room also incredibly helpful.

Breakfast was good and substantial, but just to highlight they are more western-style lunch options, so young children may struggle a little. I enjoyed it, though. There is no kids play area as photographed- this is now the cat cuddle room.

Beliggenheden var okay

vores værelse var egenligt okay, set udefra. Men det stank af smøger. Vi kontaktede personalet, som kom og sprøjtede noget spray rundt i rummet, hvilket ikke hjalp overhovedet. Luften var så slem, at vi sov med åbne vinduer. Og derudover lugter alt vores tøj nu af smøger. Det skal siges at ingen af os ryger overhovedet!

L’emplacement permet de se rentre rapidement au niveau des remparts et de la petite pagode. Nous avons tout réalisé en marchand y compris le quartier musulman. La chambre est spacieuse et confortable. Le lit est immense et très très confortable. Le personnel est très gentil. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Отель расположен на одном этаже в большом здании в центре города. Рядом много кафе и ресторанчиков. Очень приятные девушки на ресепшене. Завтрак по выбору из меню (входит в стоимость проживания). Но кофе почему-то платный, а сок к завтраку бесплатный. Непонятно. Номер просторный и чистый. Приезжали специально на 1 день, чтобы посетить комплекс "Терракотовой армии". Впечатлило! В номере есть халаты и тапочки, чайник и питьевая вода в бутылочках.

Всё было отлично.

Quizás un poco la ubicación. Pero con lo barato que es el DIDI no es para tanto.
