Very spacious and facilities were really good. We had an issue with no soap in the showers and the people who ran the stay had it fixed within the hour. Extremely polite and professional.

It’s a little further out from the city than we would’ve liked however I could’ve worked that out with more research. Uber’s and Taxi’s were always available.

Peacefull and homy

Beautiful home. Comfy beds, great heating, amazing water pressure in the shower. Had everything we could want. Games for the kids were appreciated. Short drive to town and airport.

Absolutely blown away by the property from the moment we walked in. The house is spacious and really well appointed with high end appliances. The beds and pillows were fabulous, and the option of an electric under blanket and hot water bottle was a really thoughtful addition in the cold weather The house is really bright with comfortable outside space and decking. loved the addition of a Nespresso coffee machine and frother

Location was good, not too far away from airport or Queenstown. The property was very clean and well presented. It was nice and quiet and a good size for 4 adults.

Everything! Stayed with our two grandsons on vacation from Oz. Spotlessly clean, great beds and full kitchen to cook in. Loved thoughtful touches of plenty of tea bags ,coffee pods, plastic and aluminium wrap etc etc. location fabulous! We all loved our stay in Queenstown and our little house made it even better.

The property was exceptionally clean and well maintained. It was close to town and close to the bus stop, which made it very convenient. The bedding felt soft against our skin and the pillows were comfortable. Additional hangers were also provided so that we could do our laundry.

The mattresses could have been firmer, however this is just a personal preference.

Pretty much everything!! Location was great, smack in between the airport and the main city! The house itself was great, heated floors were very helpful whilst in the middle of winter. Very clean and just great!

Likes:     •    Clean and modern facilities     •    Good Wi-Fi     •    Convenient to have a parking area Dislikes:     •    The kitchen rangehood extractor fan wasn’t very strong, which made us quite anxious when cooking meat (we avoided anything with strong smells and only cooked simple meals). Even with the windows open, the smell took time to clear. We were aware of the $100 charge for lingering cooking odours, so we did everything we could to avoid it—but it was still stressful, especially after a long day when all we wanted was to cook and relax.     •    During our stay, the host sent two messages asking us to take the wheelie bins out—either early in the morning or leave them out overnight. While the task seemed small, the timing was inconvenient. After long days of traveling, we were tired and just wanted to rest or relax. We understand we need to put rubbish in the bins at the end of our stay/check-out, but being asked to think about this chore -taking bins out during the stay felt unnecessary. It added extra mental load and disrupted the holiday, when all we wanted was to unwind without worrying about chores.

Everything was good! Will be back next time if visit Queenstown again!

Perfect destination, not to far out from town but still felt secluded. The house was very clean, comfortable and big enough to house the 4 of us. Had everything needed including tea, coffee and even wifi.

The list of rules (eg. $100 fine if you leave smells from cooking) were a little draconian and although we can appreciate the reasoning, could have been expressed in a more friendly way.

the house was very well furnished, all the facilities worked well. the view was lovely. quiet location.

How clean it was, had a nice view, washing machine and dryer available which we loved. Located close to town. Very child friendly definitely has that home vibe which makes your stay a lot better and cosy, our son loved being there he felt at home. I genuinely love how clean it is.

It was a nice house

I didn't like the instructions l received of how to leave the house, it is a very expensive stay and we are there on a holiday, not to clean the house. It left us with not a nice feeling. I did as asked but l wouldn't be coming back.

Awesome accommodation, really easy to collect key and user instructions for the house were easy to follow, and the house was really well appointed and set up for us to use.

Not a major but we used the oven to cook hash browns for morning breakfast. The vent from the oven blows cooking fumes into the living area which means that area can get a bit smelly, easy to open a window and clear the air.
