⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a great stay at Costa Mahkota Apartment. The unit was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location is very convenient, close to tourist attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas. Check-in and check-out instructions were clear and easy to follow. The host was responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout the stay. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I would definitely recommend this place to others visiting Melaka. Thank you!

- La propriétaire est très gentille et très réactive - appartement situé proche du centre-ville - Appartement propre situé dans une résidence (assez vieillissante) avec piscine

- Même si l’appartement est situé dans le centre-ville il est toutefois très compliqué de s’y rendre en raison de l’absence de passage piéton. Il y’a beaucoup de routes très passantes type départementales que l’on doit traverser. - Odeur désagréable dans l’appartement + présence de nombreuses fourmis

Clean and comfortable

Host is very accommodative to my error and request. Send a very clear message to guide me into apartment. The location is very good although the traffic light is not working. Lay Tin is a super host and clearly my choice again if to visit Melaka again.

The towels seems not the usual type we have used.

It was very easy to check in, we liked that it was close to the mall and from the mall it didn't take too long to walk to Jonkor street. The facilities were great it was clean and quiet. We were very happy

Good location for us as a couple. Wonderful apartment, clean and spacious. Very quiet and the pool area is fantastic, also quiet so most of the time we had it to ourselves. Sun beds also around the pool so great to relax after sightseeing in the town.

Walking distance to center and attractions (or very cheap taxi), large pool, comfortable beds, quiet area, free parking. Lay Tin who gave us instructions on how to arrive etc. was very helpful and responsive.

The condo could be slightly better maintained, but it's clean. The kitchen equipment is rudimentary but not a problem for a short stay.

There is washing machine in the apartment so it is very convenient for those who plan to stay longer in Melaka. There is a convenient store nearby and Jonker Street is just about twenty minutes walking distance.

The bed and the blanket are not comfortable. The bed is hard. The blanket is too thin so you will feel cold in the midnight if the air-conditioner is on as the cool air will just blow straight towards you. But you will feel hot if you turn the air-conditioner off. So we ended up opened the room's door and turned on the air-conditioner in the living room. It works better. The quality of the towels is also not good.

The room is clean, comfy, easy parking and strategic location. Definitely will return for next trip to Malacca.

Location is a quick 20min walk to Jonker, but ALSO a quick 10min walk to the other side of Melaka downtown which is also nice and feels a lot more local. Bedroom was perfect for our 2 night stay, well equipped. Pretty basic but has everything you need. Host was very responsive and let us check out late, she was lovely. Also had laundry facilities and a drying rack which was a plus. Great value for money

Only note I could offer is that the apartment is in an old hotel. I had read some reviews that this hotel was basically abandoned - I can say that the hotel itself is in the process of being rejuvenated. While we were there there were people painting, cleaning pools, trimming plants. It wasn't much of a bother and I see that as a good sign this will only get better

It was a comfortable stay and worth the value. Satisfied with the facilities and the quiet environment. Nearby to the many attractions and historical places. Easy access to supermarket & restaurants.

Flat very well equipped. Big. Near the center but not too near so it is very quiet. The swimming pool is really big and Lay Tin is very thoughfull. Perfect location, perfect appartement.

The room was bright, clean, and quiet. The beds were comfy. Lay Tin was responsive and she even asked for feedback for improvement.

Not that I don't like these things, they just happened to be there and my whole family was fine with them. Please keep these in mind, again, they are completely fine: - There might be some ants and insects. That's normal given the surrounding trees and climate in Malacca. They are harmless. - The facility might be a bit old. But that applies to the whole of the premises and Malacca (it's an old town). Rest assure that Lay Tin will try to make the stay as comfortable as she can. I would still book this place again.
