Manque d'entretien et un rafraîchissement serait le bien venue comme sur les photos de l'annonce : meuble de cuisine abîmé, placard salle de bain ne ferme pas et rouillé, les 2 piscines fermés ... J'ai du prendre des photos et envoyer tous les défauts constatés pour éviter de payer les pénalités pouvant aller à plusieurs 100 de ringgits comme mentionné le SMS reçu. De plus, l'appartement donne sur une voie à grande circulation (2 fois 3 voies).

Response from the host. I informed him upon check in that the common bathroom's flush buttons (connecting to living room and bedroom) is broken. Had to manually refill water to flush everytime. No action taken. Just asked me to turn on and off water supply at the back of toilet. Power outlet near the phoneline connecting to the modem also not working. Had to source out from outlet near TV console, so the modem lays across the living room throughout my stay.

The air-cond in one the room shut off every 15 minutes, so we have to get up from bed to switch it on again and again. A toilet flush malfunction. There was a women pad in the rubbish bin when we got into the unit. Contacted the PIC, complaint got ignored, send nobody to fix anything. If anybody planning a relaxing holiday, maybe can look at other option in Melaka. Lots to improve mahkota melaka.

They are still using old-style keys while most hotels already use access cards. The staff was not helpful at all and did not handle the situation properly. There was also no proper internet access because the WiFi was being shared with another unit. The room was not clean as expected. This was the worst experience I’ve had staying at a hotel. Please think twice before booking this place.

First of all, the unit was nothing like what was advertised. We were given a run-down, outdated unit with worn-out furniture and a foul smell upon check-in. The main bathroom reeked, and we were forced to use the second bathroom the entire stay. The laundry room and kitchen were flat-out dirty — clearly not cleaned before our arrival. To make matters worse, the staff were completely unhelpful. They were nearly impossible to reach, taking forever to respond to calls and messages. Save yourself the headache — not recommended.

The only slight inconvenience for those who prefer walking is the crossing of the big roads. Other than that, everything is great.

Sy tidak suka mengenai pasal deposit .. sepatutnya kalau dah chek out pstu pergi cheking bilik ada barang rosak atau kehilangan apa2 , kalau takada apa2 ok dah cukup bagi jela deposit.. ini kena tunggu 7 hari berkerja, kalau deposit tu sikit takapa, ini mintak RM200 lepastu sidai duit org lama2..

Hotellet är mycket stort och det tog tid att förstår hur allting fungerar. Läget är bra men det finns inget övergångsställe vid hotellet. Man måste korsa en stor bilväg.

😓就是廁所水管會剛開始會發出臭味,需要開抽風機,廁所可以放清香劑較好,陽台呢就有鳥屎😂但好在室內乾淨
